This was my third stay at the Peacock Suites. The first two times I was with family members who are timeshare holders. This time I came as just a regular paying guest with no timeshare. The Peacock was in remodel the last time I visited. Can't say that the changes are all that noticeable, and certainly not something to write home about. The pool's renovations were not changes, I honestly can't see a difference. I still don't understand why the pool is outside next to the parking lot and busy street. Is it impossible to move it to the "sun deck"? It's quite small so even just a couple of families using the facility means it feels overly crowded. But, I don't like to use the pool so I guess it doesn't matter either way for me, right? The hotel used to offer a continental breakfast for guests every morning - I was sent an email several weeks before our visit informing us that breakfast was no longer served. It's only for those that are being sold the timeshare. (Note: timeshare holders also get pushed upon to attend the meeting to find out what's new with their program.) Peacock Suites is a "green hotel" so they don't service the rooms daily. This used to mean that they would only come in and take out the trash - now this means they don't even do that. They service your room every 3 or 4 days depending on your length of stay. We had them service it twice while we were there. That's no biggie, but it would've been nice to know about the change in the garbage detail. No idea if we were supposed to leave our trash outside our room or where we could take the full bags. Seemed odd to me. They will service daily if you request it. The housekeeping staff didn't seem to be too into their job. Not that they need to be super perky or happy about cleaning up after people - but the work was sloppy at best. They left dirty dishes and sheets in the hall next to our door and several others for a couple of days. We finally called down to the front desk to ask when they would be removed. This was a daily occurrence on our floor. The front desk was always apologetic, but I was told at check in that housekeeping and the front desk are two different departments. I assume that we're not the first to complain of the issues and the front desk is a bit defensive about it. I checked in early and was not given an ETA on when a room would be ready. That was fine, Check In isn't until 4pm and I got there at 11am - which is check out time. Still it was 15 before 4 and they still hadn't even gotten to the floor that my assigned room was on. There are only four floors in the hotel, and not many folks were checking out while I waited in the lobby. Thankfully a front desk person took pity on me and switched me to a room on the first floor. We're not picky as to what level we're on, just so long as our room is the one we paid for. Which it was. The rooms were just as I remembered. We had a two bedroom suite. I settled in and am happy to report that the beds were comfy and clean. Sadly, they were having issues with their wifi. When we called down to let them know they assumed we didn't know how to connect to the internet - that wasn't the issue. We could connect but it kept bumping us off. Two of our party are IT folks, when they told the front desk that it was a router issue, not a connection issue they were told they didn't know what they were talking about. Wifi isn't a huge issue, but the attitude we were given was. Still, even with the issues, Peacock is still a great value for bigger groups that need more privacy than a standard room would bring. Their suites are comfortable and affordable. They're close to Disneyland parks, as well as the Garden Walk. I'd stay there again, but only when in need of the suites. read more

Room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable... What could use some refinement is the security guard who patrols of your parking lot yelling at guests to put on a mask. Like, very confrontational even when you are outside he is demanding that a mask is put on. Not sure about how I feel about paying $14 a day for parking and then having to tip the valet on top of that every time they get your vehicle? Overall, would stay again. read more

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Peacock Suites. The rooms were above and beyond our expectations, and the complimentary snacks and water at check-in were so nice after a long, delayed flight. What was also very nice was that our rooms were set-up as adjoining rooms without us having to make this request ahead of time. Each room has a big, comfy queen sofa bed with a small dining table and kitchenette, 1 TV in the living room, and 1 TV in the bedroom with a sliding glass door to separate both. The property is technically within "walking distance" of Disneyland, but we chose to pay the $5.80 to catch a Lyft to the Harbor Blvd. drop-off point. There was also a cool game area on the bottom floor of the property. Added plus was the water cooler - my family and I buy tons of bottles of water while on vacation, and this helped us out a lot! I love this resort and have only 2 suggestions: 1. Don't push on the timeshare presentation. Many times, guests will feel extremely put off by pushy salesmen and will shut down versus open up to you. 2. Offer shuttle service to and from the Disneyland and Knott's Berry resorts. read more

So the first night was rough. The place looks pretty nice and the rooms were pretty good. First night we had no air conditioning. Outside temp? 104. I thought I was gonna die from heat exhaustion. The view, well, ...... see the photos. We asked for someone to come up and fix the problem the next morning. They worked on it for a bit and came back in and said that they didn't know what to do. He said he was only a painter. Uhhh, .....?? are you kidding? That's not our problem, and we told him that. He got kinda rude. The front desk did give us another room. It was a little cramped but it was better than the night before. The staff at the front desk were great. The girls at the concierge counter were fantastic! Okay, Not great...... read more

So we went back for another vacation stay. This time was awesome! They upgraded our room to a four bed suite. With no extra charge upon arrival check in. Customer service was great. She explained everything so well. Especially about the deposit hold. I really appreciate that cause last time was a whole confusion. The best thing out of the whole stay is refusing the timeshare team. Even though they still try to reach out by calling and putting a note on the door. I didn't fall for it this time. Peacock will be the place every time in Anaheim. We'll definitely be back many more times to come. You guys rock! read more

No maid service still, because of covid?!??!!!?? Not smart. New people in on a daily basis without proper cleaning (everyday?) That leads to an even more dangerous disease. COCKROACHAVIRUS! Do yourselves a favor. Talk to your competition right around the same area you folks are in. Some of them are experiencing your same problem. They may be able to give you some insight. You can guarantee to be infested real soon with those standards. Why is it at all your other locations I don't have to pay for parking? You folks remind me of wolves praying upon the tourist sheep. We stayed for three nights through a groupon and it was fantastic! Everyone was super polite and excited to help, and the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special on her birthday. They surprised her with balloons and a card signed by the staff, and she absolutely loved it (that's a pretty big deal to a preschooler). Little touches like that go a long way. Super close to lots of stuff and the ART stops right in front to take you to Disneyland. Get a 3 day pass for $12 and you are good to go. Much better than paying $17 a day for parking. 7/11 about a 90 second walk away, a mall about a 5 minute walk, a cvs an 8 minute walk, and disney a 15 minute walk if you wanted to walk there for some reason. Valet guys were cool and helpful, everyone was awesome. We will stay again for certain. Thanks! read more

Used our timeshare points to check in for a night while attending a tournament not too far away. Valet parking only, but we didnt have to pay extra as it was covered by our check in, other than the tip. Rooms were nice, the bed a bit too stiff for my liking, but overall better than a regular hotel. The room did not have a full kitchen unlike other places within the Shell Vacations Ownership locations, but did include a sink, dishes, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and complimentary cookies. There are 2 covered hot tubs and a pool on ground floor as well as pool tables and video games. We'll be visiting again in April for 2 nights when we take the family to Disneyland. read more

Booked this hotel for Business, had to travel to La Palma by 8:00 AM and this was a great location near the highway. NOTE: There is some reconstruction going on at this hotel until March. That being said... I was staying on a Wednesday 8/23 and due to reconstruction I was comped to a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath suite that includes 2 Queen beds and a 1 King. It's a bit hilarious when I came since it's only me and it's for a one night business trip. But I felt like a queen and had a great time doing work, studying, and whatnot with the FREE INTERNET. It's not super fast but it's moderate and enough for you to browse your email and watch YouTube and that's OK. 1) Parking is Valet only. It's $10 + Tax which comes out ~$11.50/night. There is a shuttle parked in the front for a "low price" to Disneyland that drops you at the park and could pick you up too. Comparable rates for this service in the area is around $5/person. You can walk to the park too, but I never recommend this after a full day walking and waiting in lines at the theme park/convention center. You must be super fit and your kids must be angelic level of behaved (or passed out in their stroller) to allow this. 2) Room Layout: For a two bedroom they made it a family style in which one side had a room with two large beds for children or a family with an attached bathroom. And on the other side of the hotel past the dining, kitchen, and living area is the master bedroom with king bed and attached bath. This is a great layout since you can't hear what goes on in the other room and vice versa regardless of doors open/closed and baths being used. Tested it out of curiosity, for future reference. 3) Room Comfort: The beds are on the med-firm side, I prefer mine to be super plushy but that's me. Linens are comfortable but basic including the towels. Blankets are a bit thin for an area that's on the cooler-dry climate. A/C is very good and will keep you comfortable and very quiet. Maybe it was just for me but my windows were opened when I came so check them, specially during renovation time cause when I first came in visually I was like, "THIS ROOM IS AWESOME" but from my ears it was, "WHAT THE ****". So yeah, close them. Windows and floor/ceiling need a bit of attention regarding some sound proofing. Not too much but I can hear a single guest above me just walking and this continued til 11:30 PM. This would be bad if it were a family above me. Furniture and design was very comfortable and obviously newly updated so there were no problems with bad chairs, tables, and sofas. 4) Amenities: There's a pool, jacuzzi, gym, table tennis, air hockey, and some arcade games in the lobby community floor and. Even a Mrs. PacMan! The vending machines are stocked with drinks and even some basic electronics (headphones) at a practical price. Orange Jarritos for ~$1.00 to give you an idea. The room amenities had dishware and conventional oven/microwave combo, fridge, sink WITH cleaning supplies, bathrooms with toiletries and even a card that lets you know you can contact them for additional bathroom items. Every room and living area had a large 38-42" HDTV flatscreen so you can watch TV with many channels (Direct TV?) and if you're like me just bring an ipad with thunderbolt+HDMI and watch a movie/presentation on the screen. And you can't beat the free internet, I've been charged so many times for this service so having a place offering this makes me always so very happy. 5) Customer Service: Very friendly staff and convenient checking in and checking out. Valet guys are pretty funny too and fast with the car but due to the renovations some parking space is temporarily reduced and it's recommended you call the valet to prep the car before you check out. Overall, was a very good stay and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again after renovations are complete after March and hopefully some upgrades to a bit of soundproofing could be added from noise coming from the windows. Noise is mainly coming from cars off the main street and fireworks from Disneyland. The price is very good for the stay. read more

Came here to stay with my sisters family while we went to Disneyland. There was a bit of a mix-up with the payment at first, but the front desk clerk made up for it by giving us an extra double bed room, which was definitely welcome. They have a nice pool, but wasn't able to go for a swim. Disneyland park was only a few minutes away and the shuttle service was pretty good. The continental breakfast could have used more fruit and pastry options but the view was pleasant while we ate. There is a gift shop on the second floor that sold Disney stuff, but was closed after getting back from the park. i rebooked 3 times due to DIsney not being open March, June and Nov 2020. The manager would NOT refund my 3 night stay even though Disney is STILL not open. That is absolutely taking advantage of families during the COVID pandemic. 10000% unacceptable. Non refundable rates should be if FAMILY backs out....... Not if the area activities are NOT OPEN!!!!!! They did refund 2 of the 3 nights after spending over hour on the phone with Peacock suites supervisors/orbtiz etc. Appreciated, But still not acceptable!!!. Nice looking exterior, but just wait until you enter... This place should NOT be called "Suites", the rooms are like 10x10 cubical at work. Even the 2 bedroom units are crammed. We stayed here our first night and we wish we would have stayed here also our second. The rooms were spotless, no complaints what so ever and the service was impeccable. Larry was a doll and very personable, although disappointed that we had to pay $10 for valet parking Muhammad was great, personable as well and took great care of the car. The breakfast wasn't bad but not really great either, but hey it was complementary. It was nice that they had a few options at least but I would have appreciated a warm meal. The cool thing was that they had an arcade, pool and foosball tables, two outdoor grills. Decent size semi-indoor pool and pimping big screen tv right in front of one of the two hot tubes. Man how I wish I had that to come back to after a day at disneyland. The nice thing also is that when you wake up in the morning they leave a sheet at your door with information on the day, like the weather forecast, special events in history on this day, things of interest in the area etc. It was a nice touch and pleasant surprise in the morning. Minus one star for the noise and parking fee, I agree the walls are very thin so I woke up at 5 am to little excited children running around and people turning on showers all over the place but I was excited for disneyland too :) I will be back! read more

Three stars is generous. So to start off, we get there park in valet and head to check in. The front desk gal was nice, but then we were passed along to the timeshare attendant. She asked constantly when we would have time for a breakfast, or lunch. She continued to be so pushy I finally told her that we had been driving for 8 hours and were exhausted and wanted to go to our room. That made me grumpy right from the beginning. She also mentioned "if you sign up for the lunch I get credit, so that would be appreciated"..... I'm like pretty sure I'm on vacation not here for your personal gain. Then they tell us where the bell carts are. Meanwhile I'm wrangling my two antsy toddlers, while my husband is trying to load stuff into the cart while it's rolling away clearly struggling. The valet guy just stares at us and doesn't offer to help. Then after staying four days and three nights our room didn't get cleaned once. They failed to mention that to us at check in that our room won't be cleaned. Yet we get charged a $70 housekeeping fee. THEN we get charged $10/day for valet, which parking should be free at a hotel. Then finally at checkout, I'm trying to get through the heavy glass doors with my stroller and two kids, and the front desk attendant stands there and looks at me for a good two minutes while struggling until she finally comes to help me. I just want to give a shout out to Peacock Suites. We were vacationing for 3 days at Disneyland and California Adventures. Our daughter woke up this morning with the stomach flu and throwing up uncontrollably. It would have been a nightmare trying to drive her home with this condition. Plus I had my elderly mother with me which if she got sick it would take a very big toll on her body. I got a hold of the front desk who got a hold of their booking management and it went all the way to the elite corporate. Bent over backwards to accommodate us, even allowing us to keep our room so that we didn't have to switch rooms even though they are booked to the gills because of Disneyland and Christmas. I thoroughly appreciate them taking time to help my family where my timeshare Wyndham resorts did not. So much for Wyndham treating you like family. Thank you again Peacock Suites for being the one to treat us like family. They may be not a five-star hotel but they treat their customers as five stars. Ok..so i searched high and low for a vacation package to Disneyland with a flight and hotel and this hotel came up numerous times. After some research, i discovered it wasnt as busted as some of the pictures made it look. They've put some work into it recently. Now as far as how i feel about it having actually stayed, I don't know. I liked it and didn't like it at the same time. Lemme break it down for ya one time.. Pros: Clean, newly remodeled/ decorated room Working air conditioner ( i freeze myself at night, don't ask ) Kitchenette (microwave, sink, dishes, mini fridge) Table/ living area with TV Nice beds with plenty of pillows 7-11 like two steps away (so you dont really have to eat the caca breakfast) Cons: Those strange open air hallways (am i the only one that wonders about rain? and the poor people that have rooms in that hallway. what happens when it gets really cold? ) Poor breakfast selection (hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, crappy danishes/croissants/donuts) over sugared garbage. Lack of house keeping (came back after a long disney day, room a mess, no towels, had to make the bed myself) NO onsite restaurant ( would have been nice to be able to get room service) I could go on with the CONS but i'll hold my mule. All in all, not bad to be fairly close to the parks. Theres an unreliable shuttle for a fee. WALK to anaheim gardenwalk for food. its close enough and worth it! would i stay again? maybe. probably not. i dont think so... read more

I was so excited for my say here. I hate to say it but was a very disappointed. Upon check in we were given a packet of stuff and the lady found out we were under 28 and too stuff out of it. When we got to our room all I wanted was a shower and there was a huge spot of crusty green snot on the shower curtain. I'm not sure if it was just not checked or what but it made me feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness. The next morning we were called and asked if we were coming to the complementary breakfast I was like sure and was then asked my age and told that never mind I was to young since I'm 25 not 28......I was so excited for my stay here but I felt so disappointed with the end result. read more

Stayed there last month. Got a 2nd room for my parents. They've updated the place. Our room view was facing at the back of the building next to us. I figured because since I requested for our rooms to be as close as possible, those were probably the only ones available. The shower in my parents room didn't drain but they were very prompt in fixing it. I gave 4 stars because I miss the patio breakfast. It's one of my family's best memories every time we went to Disneyland. read more

Had a two bedroom suite which worked for us because we brought grandchildren. Walls must have been made of tissue paper because we heard EVERYTHING our neighbors did or said. No kitchen but it had a microwave and dorm sized refrigerator. Closets don't exist the have cabinets which aren't very big. They also don't have a restaurant and really aren't close to any so you'd better buy plenty of frozen pizzas. Maid service was good, proximity to Disneyland is adequate for hikers. Staff is friendly, they have a pool and hot tub with ADA compliance and a game room. I booked through RCI and they gave us an entirely different expectation. We were disappointed. read more

So I ended up finding this place on Airbnb & it was literally so perfect for 2 couples! The rooms were split off & you could close the doors for some privacy, also it was a full sweet so had a little kitchen & living room area. We also found this for New Year's Day which I thought was such a great find, especially not too far from the park. I'm giving 5 stars because the staff was amazing. They were super accommodating & went out of their way to help us with anything. Usually rooms get 2 keys, they gave us 4 because they saw there was 4 of us, gave us late she kept out without asking because they knew we were going to the parks as well. We arrive kind of late but they asked if we were hungry & suggested close by spots to pick up some snacks or if we were willing to take an Uber for some dine in places. They also let us know that there's roof top access & you could see the fireworks from there & where the pool/ game room was & operating hours. They would've easily just let us go & be on our way to find out ourselves but they really went above & beyond. Also the next day when we saw them again they asked us how Disneyland was & if we made it to here or there, overall you get my point THESE GUYS ARE GREAT & deserved this review! Whenever I go to Disneyland again I'm definitely coming back here! Also a short couple minute drive to the park (save your feet some walking time for the park+ it's inexpensive) Side note-I've never done an Airbnb/hotel combo spot but the transition was very smooth, no complications! read more

This a great location if you need to stay close to Disneyland or the Anaheim Convention Center! Very welcoming, clean, and upgraded suites. They have an great game room, nice covered pool/hot tub area, and an amazing sun deck that includes a tv and grills that you can use. You can also treat yourself to an amazing roof top view of the Disney fireworks at 9:30 each night!! {check the schedule to make sure the time is the same when you visit.} The only negative is that they charge an additional valet fee for each night that you stay. 006 / 100 - 2017 YELP 100 CHALLENGE. My fiance and I decided to stay here when we were at Disneyland last month because we didn't want to deal with driving to/from after spending a whole day at the happiest place on earth. We got here somewhat late Friday night, but front desk was so helpful and so friendly. We chatted a bit about our plans for the weekend, where we were from, etc etc. We got the key for our room and then we were on our way! The room was clean and beautiful - much larger than what we had been expecting to be honest. We had seen some photos online, but weren't expecting what we got! Very spacious, the bed was definitely comfy, and it was incredibly clean. There was lots of room for us to place our bags, set up camp on the bed to watch some trash TV (I love watching Ghost Hunters in hotels lol), and get ready for Disneyland the next day. My fiance forgot to shave before we left AND forgot his shaving stuff at home... so we called room service to see if they had any razors we could purchase. They did! They offered to drop 'em off at our room and then we were on our way. Peacock Suites is located near Disneyland, so they do offer a shuttle service for about $5/day. You can buy the shuttle ticket right outside the lobby and the stop is just a few feet away. Awesome! We had no problems throughout our entire stay. Everyone we talked to was incredibly friendly. We didn't use any of the amenities (hot tub, pool, etc), but people seemed to be enjoying themselves whenever we'd walk by. The exterior of the hotel seems a little run down, but it wasn't that big of a deal for us. Valet IS required, just an FYI. The parking lot outside the lobby is very tiny, so be prepared for that. Valet was polite and friendly, so that wasn't too big of a deal. Overall a great place and we had a ton of fun! read more

We live locally, so this is our go to for our "stay-cations". The hotel is located very close to Disneyland. The staff are welcoming and very nice!! The parking lot might get a little congested due to the valet parking lot; but it's really not that bad. Make sure to check to event calendar on your ride up the elevator; we have stayed there twice and each time they had a food truck on a Friday handing out free treats for hotel guest. read more

First time staying here... the hotel looks very pretty from the outside. We got a one bedroom suite for 3 kids and 3 adults and it was the perfect size. They have a small kitchen area where they offer plates, spoons, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. There is a very pretty roof top area to lounge. The customer service is very good, you are greeted as soon as you walk into the lobby. We will definitely be staying here on our next Disney trip read more

Stayed here during a trip recently to go to Disney and it was really nice! The rooms were clean, weren't dated, and we had plenty of room for four girls. We didn't use any of the amenities as we had other plans but they do have a small game room and pool area. They also have a rooftop where you can grill, watch tv, and chill. The customer service here is great!! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and were super nice! The hotel is in close proximity to Disney, a couple of stores, as well as an outdoor shopping area with plenty of restaurants so if you don't have a car there's plenty of places within walking distance. read more

I was very weary about our Timeshare due to the previous yelp reviews - But this place blew me away - all the amenities, the GREAT friendly and outgoing staff from the valet, to the registration to the janitorial staff. We rented the 3 bedroom unit - everything was GREAT. The only thing I would say is that it doesn't have a full kitchenette - they just have Microwave and fridge, coffee maker and sink. But they make up for the BBQ pits upstairs with a priceless view over the city. Our family brought our George Foreman grill/griddle to make breakfast. Pool and spas were clean, Pool Table, Foosball table and overall GREAT STAY. read more

HIDDEN FEES. You can book a better hotel for cheaper. They don't hit you with the fees until the end. I stayed for only two nights and was charged 40 dollars a night to clean my room. read more

I've stayed at the Peacock Suites three times. I first stayed there in December 2006 as a party of 2. We shared a one-bedroom with two queen beds. The second time, in December 2011, we had a party of 9 and got two 2-bedroom suites. In December 2013, we were a party of 3 and got one 2-bedroom suite. As you can see, the Peacock has options for all party sizes. I stay here for my trips to Disneyland, so I haven't used the pool or the jacuzzi. I can't justify the cost of Disney hotels or even most "good neighbor" hotels, and the two hotels I stayed at for two previous Disney trips were sadly lacking. Here are the reasons why I like the Peacock: 1) A shuttle stops right out front of the hotel to take you to Disneyland, and drops you at the entrance to the park. No walking, and very little waiting. The cost is reasonable and you don't have to deal with the hassle of parking yourself. (NOTE: On my most recent trip, the ART shuttle was NOT as efficient as it had been previously. Shuttles are supposed to run every 20 minutes, but we were waiting for at least 40 minutes after we missed the first shuttle by mere seconds. I docked a star for this.) 2) The continental breakfast is FREE. No, it's not waffles and sausage and bacon and omelettes, but it's FREE. What do you expect? There are cereals, bagels, pastries, and hard-boiled eggs, plus milk and orange juice. This saves you a bundle at an already-inexpensive hotel. (NOTE: On my most recent trip, the Peacock decided to remodel their breakfast room during the coldest month of the year. Really? They set up the breakfast area in a covered space off the parking lot that was freezing cold. The only food there was all pre-packaged lemon cakes, banana muffins, tiny cartons of milk and orange juice, whole apples, tea and coffee. This was not at all what I'd come to expect from the Peacock based on my previous experiences. Why would they remodel and force people to sit outside in the middle of winter? I'm very disappointed. I docked a star for this.) 3) The rooms are clean and spacious. It's a good place to come back to after a long and tiring day at the Disneyland Resort. Because of the convenience of the shuttle, my family and I often come back after lunch to rest for a bit at the hotel and gear up for the evening activities. (NOTE: I am adding a star back to my review for the quality of my suite on my most recent visit. This was the first time I'd stayed in one of the updated suites and I loved it. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable.) 4) They offer FREE Wi-Fi. I've stayed all over the place in several different states and I am sick to death of paying money for internet in hotels. It's the hotels' way of trying to recoup the lost costs of phone service, since everyone has cell phones now. Wi-Fi should be free, and at the Peacock it is. 5) The cost. The cost. Did I mention the cost? Now, we get a really good deal because we are Shell Vacation Club members, but I would stay at this hotel even if it wasn't part of our timeshare. For the quality of the hotel, you can't find a better price. One downside to this hotel is the mandatory $10-a-day valet parking. I don't mind handing the keys over to a valet, especially because their little parking lot is always jam-packed and I wouldn't want to navigate it. But I don't like paying $10 a day for parking. I just don't. If you're looking for the Disney experience without paying for high-priced Disney hotels, the Peacock is a reasonable substitute. read more

I was going to give 2 stars, but I rounded down after complaining about a massive stain on the couch and the front desk asking if I had reported it prior... No, it's not my nasty stain and I'm not paying to have it cleaned. Maybe an apology for giving us such a dirty room? Anyway, I think this place would be good for a frat party, but as far as family friendly, no. Here's why: $150 security deposit, pushy pushy sales people for their time share (seriously won't take no for an answer), lies about how long the sales spiel takes, and not a miscommunication-- straight up just lied to get us there, an annoying "check-in" call that woke up my baby 3 times before I gave up and answered, mandatory valet parking (11.50/day), far from Disneyland-- over a mile and not through a nice neighborhood, the room was newish, but it felt dirty especially after taking the couch bed down and putting it back together... Ew! We only stayed one night and I was shocked at how intrusive everyone was. I don't feel like an overnight stay warrants nearly as much interaction as we had to deal with. It was not "easy" or quick and we won't bother next time. read more
