Rooms were great for the most part. Switched rooms and our second room had some sort of liquid splattered on the walls. I'm not sure how well they clean in between stays but I could also see how it was missed as they have to turn over rooms quickly. Location is within a mile or so from Disneyland. A great place to stay and park your car if you're willing to walk to Disneyland, but easy enough to drive over if you're wanting an early start to the day. It's also a great spot near the Angels Stadium. We walked over and it didn't take any more than 30 mins. We also drove to beaches nearby, so I'd say this location is pretty convenient! My biggest complaint was the "VIP" Salespeople (or whatever their titles are). They were too aggressive for us when we arrived at 9pm after an evening of traveling. We simply did not to attend a "meeting". They are not enjoyable and the "freebies" as incentives are simply not worth our time. We could tell they were upset with our decline and the treatment afterwards was somewhat passive aggressive. I'd come again but cannot stand the salespeople. You would think when you pay a hefty cost to be a higher tier member that they would have more respect / better customer service. This is very unusual to most WorldMarks we have stayed at. read more

I own a timeshare at this location as well as all the other Worldmark locations. This is the closest location to Disneyland. Is less than a mile and the walk is short especially if you cut thru the mall. You can also park across the street and take a shuttle over so you have options. I'm a senior so we rent scooters and head on over to DLand. The company drops the scooter off at the resort and picks it up after. The resort is clean and parking is in a building. I do love their 2 and 3 bedrooms. There's so much room. They have nice pool and great during spring and summer. The employees are helpful and we can check in anytime. It's a great place , the Disneyland shuttle is right in front of the entrance to the left. The whole place has a Disneyland themed look . They also have a gift shop full of Disney items . They also have a Starbucks inside with a store full of snacks . This place a very cozy. It books up fast so get on the waitlist, it's worth it . All the rooms have a washer and dryer by the way . Honestly a really incredible Worldmark. We stopped in to do a timeshare which included a vey cool extensive tour of WM - Anaheim. They were making improvements and upgrades to many parts of the hotel when we visited, which is great to see. I've stayed at Wyndham Hotels in the past including BEI in San Francisco, which is a little more on the minimalist side where as this iconic location in Anaheim is a destination in itself being in the Disneyland neighborhood. Being a World Mark it's very much a resort - with it's vacation ownership incentives. Great staff and the amenities are stacked from their Starbucks inside to their recreation room, rooftop spa & jacuzzi, pools, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, concierge service, and those spacious rooms... The list goes on. It's only a 10 minute walk to the entrance for Disney, which makes it great as their parking is now free/complimentary. The garage is safe and secure and only accessible through one side off Zeyn Street, which is actually where the main entrance is as well. A few people arriving got a little confused as well as the address is 201 W Katella Avenue. There didn't seem to be anyone able to help guest staying here with their luggage right away and we did need a temporary card to access the garage when we were ready to go after nearly three hours here for the presentation and tour, snacks and some serious marketing tactics. It was fun, but not really worth it because we did everything we were supposed to including not signing up for a time share and still receiving our gifts which included a meal credit for $100 we can't really use and a voucher we mailed in but come to find out they sent another voucher via email that was lost in spam O.O... they really don't want you to cash in on this deal... Or at least make you go the extra mile to get it... The thought of doing a group staycation definitely popped up as we were walking some of the suites, great for all types of families, including chosen. It's just not a practical thing to invest in at the moment. Worldmark Anaheim itself is nice overall, very local to lots of food spots including the food plaza at the Cambria Hotel off Anaheim Blvd and Katella Avenue. Aside from the Starbucks/Cafe/Market I don't believe they have a full on eatery, which is a little surprising. Also local restaurants, other amusement parks like Knott's Berry Farm (6 miles away - 36 metro ride, 12 minute drive), House of Blues - Anaheim and even the iconic outdoor mall known as the Anaheim Garden Walk. Reasonable stay. Nice area. Clean layout. EV friendly. Would consider staying a night or three here, maybe when they finish pool and jacuzzi renovations in 2026. read more

***TIMESHARE PRESENTATION REVIEW!!*** I've been to these timeshare presentations with my wife, so we know what to expect. So let me share my experience here step by step so that if you are wondering what your experience will be like, you will know... First, you're probably here because someone you met at the fair, a mall, or maybe even Vegas promised you some free gifts for a 2-hour presentation. We were promised gas, a hotel stay, and food. We did not receive any food except for snacks. So if you were promised lunch, not happening. Parking is free and covered, so that's good. The location is nice, right close to Disney and close to restaurants. When you walk inside, go to the sale check-in area, not the front desk. Once checked in, they will verify that you are with a spouse and see if you hold a major credit card. No credit card, no deal, yo! So have that. Once that's done, you will sit and wait until some rep picks you up. Everyone gets picked up by their own rep. An army of these sales reps will walk down the stairs and call people by name is pretty funny. Once you're on the second floor, they offer you snacks and sit you down. This is where they will try to talk to you and get to know you, they will ask you questions. Be careful what you say; they will use it against you. If you say you spend 10000 dollars on a trip every year and you decline to purchase, they will tell you, Why is it that you can afford to pay 10k a month but can't pay 300 bucks on a timeshare? Yeah, be ready for that. Keep it to a minimum! Then after a few minutes they will show you some videos about the program and how it works. The dude giving the presentation will act as your best friend. He's not. Once that's done, your rep will talk to you again and explain the packages to you and ask you even more questions, like what are your dream vacation spots and then will use it against you. They will ask how much you plan to spend on each trip and again will use it against you by telling you how much you can save on their timeshare. Is CAP. Then you get the grand tour. It is mid. Nothing super special. Pools are mid, but a bar is coming soon, so alcoholic drinks next to the pool woo hoo! sarcastically, of course. You get to see their best room. You will not get that room if you purchase it. They show you the best they've got. Then they take you to the roof. Looks cool and has hot tubs but is still mid. Then once that's all done, you go back to your table. At your table, you get asked more questions and ask if you're interested. If you say no, they will bring the manager, who will try to sell you a great reduced deal. Some even go so far as to say it is just for you. CAP is the same info they feed to everyone; don't fall for it. They explain everything to you except the hidden fees and the maintenance fees that go up every year and the fact that not every place has a hotel you can stay at... is all cap, but if you're really going to buy, I'd recommend being cautious. There are a lot of hidden fees and lies. Once you reject the manager, they start to get desperate. They will use everything you said against you. Oh, you have money to go here but can't buy this? When I declined multiple times, the manager gave up and made a rude statement to the rep, saying, It's okay, check them out. These deals are for real people who want to vacation." I looked at him and said, Nah, fam, we know how to vacation; we just do it our way and cheaper. He just stared at me, and my wife laughed. He walked away. Once that's done, they stamp your paperwork with a picture that says customer refused. Then someone comes and gives you a quick survey about your experience and then walks you to the cash out window to get your gifts, and that's it. It takes about 2 hours. Less if you plan to reject. More if you keep asking dumb questions or giving them more ammo to throw at you. So my advice is keep it simple!!! Don't say more than you need to, and you will be fine! Stay strong; you can do this! Aside from the chaotic driveway, we loved our stay here. When we arrived there must have been a dozen cars in the round about waiting to check in. A staff member eventually came out to help direct traffic. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. It's always nice having a full size kitchen and a washer/dryer when traveling with kids. This resort had all we needed. The parking situation is not too crazy. Just know it's a self park garage that is $12/day. There always seemed to be available parking so no big deal. They also have electric charging stations which is nice! It's not free, you have to download the app. When you check in and out there are plenty of the luggage carts around. There are no ice machines but the front desk will provide ice upon request in a nice plastic bag. The rooms are modern and visibly clean. The shower could use a deep scrub but other than that, the rooms are nice. We came during the Christmas season and I loved all the holiday decor to include a mailbox for the kids to write a letter to Santa! read more

WorldMark (WM) Anaheim is one of the WM resorts closest to my home. I have stayed here a few times when my daughters were younger especially when we had the Disneyland yearly pass. Since Covid-19, I haven't been back until recently. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy. I was the last one to check-in for the day. I actually got in after 12:30 AM the next day LOL. Lobby is open 24 hours. They now charge $12 parking per night for WM owners... $15 for WM guests. Parking is separate from the main building. You will need your unit key card to get into the parking structure. I stayed in a one bedroom unit. It was enough space for 1 person. Unit was clean, however, I saw a small cucaracha on the kitchen counter first time ever at a WM resort. Anyway, unit was equipped with kitchen, TV, closets, bath tub/shower, and washer/dryer. Everything was in working order. Bedroom had a very comfortable queen size bed. Sofa had a sofabed which I didn't have to use. Unit allowed 4 people max. I was on the 3rd floor with a very tiny balcony LOL that overlooked the swimming pool. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable 2 nights stay. The resort itself has alot of amenities such as a business center with one computer only, a game room, an exercise room, a little food market, a small souvenir shop, and swimming pool with community BBQ plus lounging area. There are only 2 elevators. They have a rooftop where you can see the fireworks coming from Disneyland... how cool! Btw, Anaheim Gardenwalk is just a couple blocks walking distance away. I've been a WorldMark owner for a little over 9 years. I made my first purchase at this location. Ironically, I have yet to stay here. One of the main reasons why I haven't is because I live fairly close by. Lately, for runDisney races, I've gotten accommodation so I don't have to wake up extra early each day and pay for parking each day. I've opted to stay over at the Dolphin's Cove instead of here as I refuse to pay the $10/night for parking. While I've found that each WorldMark property is well maintained, they don't exactly treat owners all too well. Every time, I have to be hassled or strong-armed into attending yet another owner "update" where they try to squeeze even more money out of me. I only attend them when I absolutely have nothing planned or anything else better to do. Personally, the incentive that is offered is never worth the aggravation of having to endure these high-pressure sales. I really cannot get that hour back. read more

Came here to tour the property for what ended up being a timeshare presentation that lasted 2+ hours. The property is nice. My favorite part was the rooftop pool area. The fitness center is tiny. The rep was pleasant. But the reason for the 1 star is the company they partner with "Grand Incentives" will do everything in their power not to honor the promised gift - in our case was a 3 day/2 night stay. You will need to jump through hoops to get it honored. The form to fill can only be mailed to an address that wont accept mail so ends up returned. The blackout dates are not mentioned so you put the wrong date they say its void. Any excuse to deny your reward. As far as Im concerned, Grand Incentives is a scam company and should avoid at all costs. And I fault Wyndham for knowingly partnering with this company for their timeshare tours. I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo through Extra Holidays well in advance for four adults and a toddler. Everything was confirmed and seemed fine--until the morning of our stay. That's when I received a call canceling the reservation with no reasonable explanation. Instead of the condo I reserved and paid for, they offered a one-bedroom hotel room with two queen beds--for five people, including a toddler. Completely unacceptable. I refused the offer and demanded a full refund. I received an email confirming the refund, but as of now, it still hasn't posted to my bank account. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I expected a reliable booking service, not a last-minute bait-and-switch followed by delays in processing my refund. Review is for the facility, for what it is the facility is good. The downstairs has a gym that I hadn't seen anyone use and an entertainment room with arcade machines better than the one at Garden Walk. My family got these "VIP" wristbands where we got free drinks and snacks every afternoon. Except I only used it once because I was out most of the time they offered this. Our room had 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining/family room. There was also a washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. Pretty strange place to put the laundry area. The TV remotes were pretty janky and the TVs had limited channels. I tried to log in to my Hulu account because apparently the main menu said I could but wasn't able to for whatever reason. Instead of using the TV I ended up using my phone to watch my live TV via Hulu. Now for the sales presentation, they said it was only going to be an hour but it was like 4 hours long. We stayed here for a few nights to visit the parks. It is definitely within walking distance of DIsneyland (if your feet can take additional steps!!) and it was easy to get an Uber, Lyft, or Bus to the parks if you did not want to make the trek. It is right on the sort of downtown boulevard that leads to Disneyland so there are tons of restaurants and things to do around the hotel. My son loved the game room and pool. We enjoyed the quiet of the hotel and the friendly staff members. Stayed here with my parents and friends just have Christmas. It's not a bad walk to the parks and Flo with bell services was the best! All of the staff was very good! We stayed in two different presidential rooms (3 bedroom and 2 bedroom). Both were very comfortable and didn't look like the other pictures on Yelp. We took a couple Lyfts to/from the hotel and Disneyland. Parking wasn't that bad and had a garage. Also liked the bracelets as the key card. My hotel room smelled like mildew , and the windows had no screens on them and opened wide enough for a young child to fall out. Also, the balcony did not look stable, nor safe, and had no screen door to just let air in. Have you ever seen the film Get Out...just saying! So... Upon check in, I was greeted immediately by a friendly face. She verified my information, checked me in quickly, notified me my room was not ready then directed me to concierge to obtain information about the shuttle to Disneyland parks. I approached the concierge and was greeted by another friendly smile. I was asked how many days I would be staying, dates reserved for Disney and then was offered a tour of the resort. I initially declined, until I was offered a $250 credit to use within Disney for a 45 min resort tour. I took the bait. I was told the provided key was to access the amenities on the resort and would receive my room key once my room was ready upon finalizing the resort tour. 45 min turned into 90 with numerous attempts to sell us timeshare credits. At the end of this experience, I approached the front desk once again. I requested keys to our room only to discover I possessed our room key the entire time and there is no additional key to access the amenities on site external to the room key. Wow! I was lied to from the start then lead down a con artist brick road. The rooms are spacious, clean, and appear recently remodeled. Two bedroom suite with a queen and king bed, a kitchenette and living room area with a tv in each room and two full bathrooms was an overdue welcome. The beds are comfortable, sheet/comfortable sets are soft and the pillows are medium and firm. There is a washer and dryer combo in the room. The tv channels are limited especially considering little ones like mine. It has an option to stream from your phone; however, you need a HDMI cable to do so. I would not recommend this hotel or any of their affiliates. If you have ever seen Get Out, this resort is the real life version of that film. Just saying... read more

Meh sorry to say my room wasn't ready in time and when they gave it to me ti put my stuff inside. I bought food from a long travel and didn't want it to spoiled so almost two hours later after the schedule time I got my key. But it wasn't ready blinds missing water in the counter and hairs on my "clean" bathroom which b made me feel like the whole room was dirty. If that wasn't bad enough I came to enjoy Time with my family and pushy salesmen at the bottoms made me feel like I was the bait and they were "vultures" the way they had it sit up you need to go to them to get your parking key. This is a very high pressure timeshare presentation. They are very vague with their details and will outright lie to you to get the sale. Any complaints will have the representative basically call you a sucker for not reading the fine print. I had refused the sale until the very end in which they offered a trail membership. After showing all the great places I could stay, I accepted. Then I found out the trial membership didn't include those places. I'm from Los Angeles and over half the places were on the west coast. Never was this mentioned at all. The biggest lie they told me was some locations allows dogs. Blatant lie, no locations allows dogs which means anything I could save would be spent on dog boarding anyways. Terrible experience. Don't go, even the free cruise wasmt worth it. The taxes and fees were in the high hundreds and nearly the same price as a discount cruise. read more

As we've come to expect over the years the Worldmark Anaheim is a nice place to stay. The rooms are always clean and they all have full kitchens as well as washer and dryers in the room. This is roughly the 5th time we've stayed here over the last several years. While you could walk to Disneyland from the location, it's just far enough that you're better off paying for the Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) for passes or if your group is small enough taking another paid transportation service. The resort has a nice pool on site, a private parking garage and a convenience store on site, with a coffee shop. While the shop has Starbucks products it does not accept Starbucks forms of payment (ie. no Starbucks App). Wish the store hours were open a little earlier and later, but I was glad to at least have the option of getting some Starbucks, even if I had to change my timing to get it. They have a couple banks of elevators, but in peak times you will wish they had more. The staff here is always nice, but be warned it is a time share resort. I won't lecture anyone on the long term costs of timeshare, but you can do the math.... Anyway, even as a regrettable owner, they always try to get you to do meetings (which even an hour out of your day, is time you will never get back). The property is located close to several restaurants within walking distance. Definitely a solid place to stay! read more

Loved the hotel! We have been in two different rooms during a week-long stay and the beds and pillows are so so comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.  There were some water issues during a few days but they were solved and showing was still possible. Another bad thing was that the wifi was very slow and at times did not work at all but that also makes sense if you think about how packed it was that week. I'd recommend making sure you have enough data before checking in. I just wish the hot tub worked after 10 pm: I get that it is for safety but everyone is at the park till after the fireworks, so they come back at around 10 when the hot tubs are already closed. read more

Booked a one bedroom condo months in advanced through Priceline. I even called a month before to confirm my reservation. During check-in, I was told that they have been trying to get a hold of me and that I will be relocated to another hotel. Mind you, this was at 8pm and we drove to World Mark Anaheim from San Francisco (6.5 hrs drive) with a toddler. I never received an email or a call stating i will be relocated to a different hotel. I asked why I was being relocated when I had a confirmed reservation and they couldnt even give me a straight answer. When I asked them where I will be relocated, they said they dont know but "just call this number". They just gave me a phone number to call and said that "they" can give you information where you will be relocated to. If I could give 0 stars to this peoperty, I would. If youre not a time share owner you can get booted out even if you have a confirmed reservation. read more

Unprofessional selling services. They will have you come in for a presentation and promise that they do not care about your income, but then deny the presentation and the promised reward once you're there. They want you to lie about your income because they're trying to promote the resort. They did refund my deposit, but I think they had me agree to come and pay the deposit because they thought i wouldn't come and keep the deposit. read more

Worst time share experience ever! I commend one employee, but she can't carry the whole resort. We came here as a family for a Disneyland adventure (all of us are adults ages 26-61) and we come to find we came on a day that they are fixing a water main, from 10pm-8am. No problem, just bad timing, we all decided to wait for a shower. Then the next day, because the timeshare "owner" had a previous engagement for that day, we were denied complimentary breakfast, guess they don't want new customers. Even though we got up 2 hours earlier then when we would have, we brushed it off to enjoy the happiest place on earth. Then the kicker, we return to the resort after our second day at Disneyland, exhausted and certainly grimy feeling. Right before I get into the shower I discover that there is no shampoo or conditioner, no problem again, maybe since we checked in on a day of no water they figured to save the stocking, but NO, "we are out of complimentary toiletries, but there is mini shampoo at 7-11 for a few bucks." Yeah, right, customer service is not the standard here, its the extraordinary. Thanks Pari for being attentive, that star is yours, but this is nothing you could fix. read more

My wife and I purchased a Discovery Plan, which is an introductory to their timeshare program. 24 months to pay it off. At the end of the 24 months, the points expire without being able to use the last of our credits. They basically stole our money. Stacy compared it to having a gallon of milk that you had to drink it before it expires. I tried to reason with them and they basically told me, "Oh well, nothing you can do about it". I will never do business with them. They make it sound like they care about your vacation plans, They don't. They will take your money with no problems. Would NOT recommend. Save your money. $3200 down the drain with only two stays. Fool me once. Shame on me. read more
