I called Peak Electric to get an estimate for a panel box replacement. Natalie responded, I believe, within an hour. She was so very pleasant to speak with and was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The bus bars in my panel were burning out and I urgently needed it replaced. In Sacramento, the temperature can rise 20 degrees in one day's time, so I was worried that I wouldn't have the electrical back up in time to use the air conditioner. I met with Ashley, and she was on time and very knowledgeable. Ashley told me that I could place a claim with the insurance company which I was not aware of until then. She offered to submit the estimate to the insurance company which was convenient for me since she knows exactly what they require to process the claim. I waited a few days to see the estimate, but I did not receive it from Peak Electric. My insurance company was able to send me a copy after the claim was approved. Out of four estimates, Peak Electrical was the highest by nearly a third. Insurance was not a consideration on the other three estimates. Natalie was able to put me on the schedule within a few days, which I totally appreciated. The temperatures were starting to rise and I was kind of panicking about the A/C by then. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and was ready to get started. Everyone from this company is polite and respectful. They only took a few hours and the job was completed. Everything turned out fine. The stucco job turned out a little rough, but there is nothing but electrical boxes in that area anyway, so I didn't care about it that much. Now, fast forward a couple of months. I finally needed to turn on the A/C and nothing happened. I went to the panel box and flipped the breaker marked A/C and found out the breaker actually was for the stove. I called Natalie and she responded quickly. I probably did not explain the issue to her as well as I should have, but she was willing to reach out to Ashley to see if someone could check it for me. After speaking to Ashley, Natalie said that she was able to send someone the next day. I was so relieved. Not sure of the spelling, but Aaron came by and had the issue resolved in about ten minutes. Again, this was another super polite and knowledgeable person. This whole team of people is very responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment through Ashley for electrical work on a commercial property. I made it explicitly clear upfront that I live out of the area and that coming out is a significant drive -- I asked them to call me if anything changed. They confirmed and we were set. Day of the appointment: no show. I called three times before anyone picked up. Their explanation? The electrician had "car trouble." Maybe. But when a company can't be bothered to pick up the phone and give a customer a heads-up -- especially one who drove out specifically for this -- it's hard to take that at face value. It reads like they simply forgot. They wasted 3 hours of my day with zero courtesy, zero communication, and zero accountability. I wasn't even given a reasonable callback -- I had to chase them down. If you have a commercial property and need reliable electrical work, look elsewhere. Professionalism starts with basic communication, and Peak Electrical failed that test completely. we requested a 200 amp panel replacement for our Zinco panel that finally burnt the main breaker and three others lucky my house didn't catch on fire, but I called Ashley. She was very quick to respond very knowledgeable. She was prompt on time professional throughout the entire process with upfront communications. She set everything up for me. The permitting process the final inspections everything was done within eight hours. Start to finish she performed the panel replacement and a sub panel replacement. She showed up by herself. We called Peak Electric and Ashley called back within 1 hour and arrived for our rather urgent [but not dangerous} situation within three hours. The problem was that our new LG Dual Fuel oven was delivered today but the outlet was inadequate and they could not install it until the outlet was changed. That essentially left us without a functional range or oven for God knows how long. Ashley arrived and with good humor and polite yet professional demeanor came prepared with the new outlet. However, upon removing the old outlet she quickly assessed that the prior contractor had wrongly used a wire that would not be capable to provide the amperage needed for our new oven She very economically solved the problem in the safest and most wise manner and we could not be more pleased! read more

All I can say is that Peak Electric is AMAZING!! We had a main circuit breaker that was going out and half of our house was intermittently without power. I initially spoke with Natalie who was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. She was able to send a technician out within the hour.
