Clean cardboard to begin test for leaking oil.

After getting my 2018 BMW 328d xDrive back from another shop, it was leaking oil. I was reluctant to take it back there, so I shopped around and found Peak Euro. They had good reviews and another person I know with an Audi uses them for service. They identified two places it was leaking and quoted me over $3,000 to fix them both. I had them fix the main problem first, which was over $2,500. The leak, which had been substantial was reduced to a few drops. I went ahead with the second issue, which was over $500. When I got it back, I didn't even make it home before the car indicated I needed to add oil. When I got home, I filled it to spec with oil. I laid out clean cardboard in my garage and parked it for about 2-3 hours. I then looked at the cardboard and it had significant oil on it. I sent an email to Peak Euro, which is the method we had been communicating. After 24+ hours I haven't heard anything from them. Usually they would get back to me within a few hours. Imagine how frustrated I must be to get my car back and have it leaking oil worse than when I delivered it to them. They had it for almost a week after they said it had been repaired. Apparently nobody thought to check to see if it was leaking oil after they "repaired" it. I'm incredibly disappointed with them and cannot recommend them to anyone for service or repairs. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Very good experience overall. Brett up front was professional and communicative, the technicians did a great job fixing the problems, and in general I got a good feeling of honesty and competency from Peak Euro. I will be back when my '99 Audi A4 needs some more work. Thanks team, A+

Ryan looked at it, ordered the appropriate hose, and a day later I picked up the Vespa with a minimal charge.

They are very reasonably priced, very easy to book an appt with, and so incredibly helpful. I'm so glad I took my van to Torque and Bend!!! They have such skilled mechanics that have so much more integrity and knowledge compared to any other shops I've been to in the area!!! 10/10 recommend this place!!

So I booked a diagnostic and a service done since I had a 50 yo vanwith an oil leak and it didn't like going into park and I had a new kick down cable I wanted installed. The girl told me the cost would be 300 bucks and the 100 dollar diagnostic would go away, so we scheduled for this morning. I showed up with 300 bucks in my pocket and the girl behind the counter tries to get me to agree to 400 dollars. I explained I was told 300 when I made the appointment. She went and talked to the guy in the shop and came back with some stupid shit about since the work being done wasn't recommended by them they can't take the diagnostic fee off and I needed to pay it, but since they felt bad about how this all went down they would only charge me 50 instead of the 100. I told her either I'm paying 300 like we agreed or I'm paying zero. She started to apologize to me I said thank you and walked out.....at the end of the day rich or poor your word is all you got. When you tell someone one thing but do another it's dishonest business practices...thanks for waisting my time money and gas

I DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC…read more Darryl Henry had my vehicle for nearly four months and failed to deliver on the job I paid him for. I brought it to him in August 2024 with one simple request: fix the check engine light and make the car roadworthy so I could sell it. Instead, I spent over $2,100 on unnecessary repairs, endured months of delays, and was left in the exact same place I started--with a still-broken vehicle. Darryl repeatedly assured me that the repairs he recommended would resolve the issues, but every time I got the car back, the check engine light came right back on. He charged me for additional fixes that didn't need to be made and ultimately failed to complete the original repair I requested. Despite knowing I was on a tight timeline, he made no effort to expedite the process, leaving me to chase him constantly for updates while enduring incredible inconvenience and frustration. In the end, I was left with nothing but wasted time and money. Darryl's lack of follow-through, honesty, and professionalism caused me months of stress, and I've completely lost trust in him. I do not trust this mechanic, and I have no respect for his integrity. If you're looking for a mechanic who is honest and reliable, look elsewhere. Darryl Henry made big promises but left me with nothing but financial loss, wasted time, and a still-broken car. Save yourself the frustration--DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC.
