Loved this relaxing environment and kindness of Staff. Murat is an amazing stylist. He is very friendly and knows what he is doing so much better than another Salon I visited on the East Side which the Owner was totally rude and giving me the business due to a miscommunication and no conformation text which she claimed I received That Salon was not about the customer but all about her Business staying in Business. .I am so glad i found this place and not a second rated business whose owner enjoys berating potential customer's. Truly had a great experience. From the moment I called in to book an appointment the staff was super nice. I've been to a few salons all over Tucson and have never gone back as I always felt judged and the staff was not nice. This place is definitely NOT THAT! A friend recommended this place to me. After years of my parents spending money here, they made excuses and refused to see my elderly father. Very cold hearted rude staff. They discriminate against the elderly. Don't take your loved ones here. I hope Annie is treated the same way in her old age. Also, neighborhood must be very unsafe as they have to unlock door for each person entering. read more

Awesome! Nereyda gets my hair right EVERY TIME! Kim does an awesome job with acrylic nails and gel nail polish. The salon is gorgeous, well kept, and welcoming. There's no pile of hair shooting in the corner because it all gets sucked up in a vertical free standing inconspicuous vacuum. They actually show appreciation by pampering their clients! I even brought my Mom and daughter here for a three generation Mother-Daughter day, and they both loved their nails too! I recommend then to everyone who says they need a hair cut! read more

My Mom and Dad have been going to this place for YEARS to see Annie for pedicures. She's always done a pretty good job with Mom's mani/pedis and Dad's pedi's. Dad has continued to see her after Mom passed...until now when Annie decided on her own that Dad would be better off not coming there anymore. Why? Because he has a hard time getting in her chair. She suggested we find someone who could come to his place and sit in a regular chair...and---couldn't she do the same thing?! She said he has a hard time getting into the place over the railroad tracks and "it's just so hard on him." Um...Annie, we get to decide if that's really a problem for him or not; it's NOT your concern. I am very disappointed how coldly you conveyed this to me-really was not compassionate at all-you were rushed and was ready to get off the phone with me. After all the years they came to you at Abstrax, followed you to Peak and then you dismiss my dad and refuse to see him like that. That's such a shame. We are sad you feel this way and I didn't appreciate your cold manner with me. I barely got a chance to speak. If the facility was not getting him there a couple times, you could have charged us for the appts and we would have gladly charged the facility for not getting him there; but I hardly think this was a chronic issue. I don't know what your issue is, but you don't seem to be in this with your heart anymore. We will find a better place that is willing to actually work with us, rather than refuse to see him without being able to discuss. I'm sure they have a chair for him he could use! I always go into this salon with an overdue, drabby hairstyle and leave feeling beautiful. The atmosphere is welcoming and Concepcion, the owner, is the greatest stylist I have ever met. I began seeing her over 12 years ago for a wedding "updo". I must admit that I have strayed and tried other salons (to get a last minute appt because I wait till the last minute until I just can't stand my hair anymore, and then I desperately need a haircut right away). Every time I strayed, I regretted it. I have learned my lesson and will remain an indefinite and loyal customer of Peak of Perfection....and who can forget the name?
