He went back to his van to call his office, and the, he opted not to continue with the appointment and suggested she go to someone else to do the work because he could not be bothered to honor the request to wear booties over his work boots. Bottom line: When setting up the appointment, my partner requested whoever did the work wear booties over their shoes. This is not an outrageous request. To then be told go get someone else to do the work for something that was arranged WHEN the appointment was made? Seems like a bad business model, and quite disrespectful to the customer.
