I think they thought they were getting out of this one because it's been a while but unfortunately for them I did not forget what they did to my teeth :) Let me start this by saying I know this can ruin a business but my intent is to warn people to potentially stop it from happening again. First off the overall experience with the doctor specifically was awful, he is extremely rude and quite arrogant in my opinion. He will talk down on you, and just overall seems extremely tired which I get I'm in healthcare but? When you make as much as a Dentist I tend to not care as much. The staff is lovely, kind of forgetful but so am I so I never really minded that. Now let's talk about my teeth, I got my wisdom teeth removed and they really pushed it on me to get them removed in office, which is odd but I tend to trust people that are professionals (shouldn't have). They also pushed me to get all of my fillings replaced and even go on to say I have great insurance, and at this point that should've been a red flag but hey I'm 23 and I'm a bit dense and trusting and it was my first time picking my own dentistry. The wisdom teeth removal was fine and they also decided to do the fillings while I was under. I was told nerve pain would be normal for around a month and unfortunately I got dry socket, maybe my fault not sure... So come to find out the pain is not my nerve it's actually from the filling not being done correctly, which I guess just happens (apparently) ? So at this point I'm told by the doctor I need a crown and root canal $1600 out of pocket for the crown and $300 :) because they maxed out my insurance. I was put under that day, so I was unaware that fillings could fail. I thought it was my wisdom tooth surgery. Anyways I got the root canal done but still unfortunately have pain till this day. I never went back for the crown, because absolutely not! Hey it was a life lesson, don't let it be your lesson. read more

I came here after I had a bad route canal experience at my old dentist. I was in excruciating pain and so I came here referred by a coworker/friend. Gloria was very helpful and friendly and was able to accommodate me right away and was even able to get all my old files from my old Dentist who was giving her a hard time. I just recently had a root canal done at this location and cleaning and they were both very quick and painless the doctor is very professional and as well as the staff. Both Faith and Gloria are very friendly and professional. Do not believe all the bad reviews that are on here they are simply nothing but lies and clearly somebody has a vendetta towards the one if not all staff do not believe the bad reviews. I was looking for a new dentist and skipped one cleaning so it had only been 10 months since I was last seen by a dentist. The back office girl Maria was sweet but I immediately had no trust in the doctor. He was professionally rude if you get my drift. The min he walked in the room he somehow became a "sales man". I have strait teeth with a few sensitive gums, due to me lacking in flossing which I've been aware of since I have always gone to the dentist my whole life and that's the one thing I've always been lazy about. He immediately pitched me braces, he pitched me electric tooth brushes, he pitched me some crazy deep cleaning that I supposedly needed, I can go on but Iong story short, he came across at the end making me or better yet "trying" to make me feel like I needed $1600 worth of dental work and the icing on top was to tell me that I had 13 cavities! I don't see how a person who missed one cleaning and had only 10 months pass that could develop 13 cavities within less than a year. I most definitely will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever come back. read more

Absolutely 10000% recommend pearl dental! I went in for a consult in September 2022 for TMJ issues. I had constant headaches and saw a neurologist, PT & chiro and none of them were able to fix/diagnose my headaches. Dr.camacho saw my bite and immediately knew what was causing my headaches. I had a severe underbite, cross bite and my bottom teeth were overcrowded. I opted for Invisalign and after a long journey of multiple trays, I just finally graduated to retainers! I am now headache free and am not insecure about my smile anymore. Dr.Camacho was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process and explained every step to me along the way. He remembered running across the Pearl Dental Group a while back, so we decided to check it out... As soon as we entered we were greeted by a friendly, pretty front desk/ dental assistant (I knew she was a dental assistant because she did the cleaning) and instructed Kent to fill out proper paperwork. Amazing customer service. The atmosphere of the office is very clean and blue, which is physiologically known to be a calming, warm, safe color. The theme was the ocean, very cute. A couple of months ago I was looking around for a reputable dentist (it had been a while since my last appt :-( and I stumbled upon Pearl Dental Group. I called them about 30-45 minutes before closing (I have a bad habit of doing that), I told them what I was looking for (cleaning and checkup) and they were very helpful and accommodating; being very impressed by their customer service I decided to come in. Everything in this place is top notch! The facilities were nice and immaculately clean, the dental assistant was very sweet and thoughtful and the dentist (Dr. Naz) was friendly, informative and thorough. Dr. Naz is real cool; she went over everything with me, which left me with a feeling of security :-). I came in for a cleaning but I felt like I got much more than that (well, i did get more than that i got x-rays too :-) But the point is, she gave really good service. I went there with a private dental emergency, she took care of it with a Gentle touch. Dont go here if you have a pre-paid insurance plan. They are not honest and up-front. They told me they accepted my specific insurance, then hassled me on the first visit about how little profit they would make. After I waited three weeks for my scheduled treatment on an urgent problem, they told me that they only accept me as a patient if I agree to added services of $400-600, beyond the co-pays of my plan. There is no way I can show the amount of gratitude I have for Dr. Ben and the entire staff in the office. My fiancé was experiencing extreme pain because of a broken tooth and not only were they able to schedule us same day on a very short notice, but they also performed the procedure immediately and she was pain-free in just a few short hours. We just moved to the area and all of our previous experiences with dentists have been in Northern California. I had no expectations but Dr. Ben was simply phenomenal. He was so courteous and concerned. I told him we had kids waiting at home and within AN HOUR he numbed my fiance, took the x-rays, cleaned out the exposed root bonded the teeth back on and filled in the chipped tooth. He did all this while his office was very busy. We never felt rushed and he performed the work very meticulously and patiently. My fiancé watched Netflix from her chair while all the work was performed and I was very nicely treated by the staff to delicious cookies and hot coffee. The entire experience was so pleasant that I booked my yearly check-up appointment and came back the following week and saw Dr. Ben myself. Dr. Ben was very gentle.
