We've been meaning to try this spot since they've been open. Today we made it happen. They open at 3pm. We had clam chowder, lobster rolls, shrimp cocktail and oysters. Everything we had was very good. The menu is small ( a good thing). We didn't take pictures of the chowder or the oysters because they were in our bellies before we knew it. The beer was cold, restrooms clean, and staff attentive. We will return for round 2

My wife and I went to this spot for date night and to get our seafood fix here in El Paso. I stumbled across this restaurant after googling seafood in the area and reading the reviews and they did not disappoint. The establishment was clean, great customer service and attentiveness, and the food was fresh. The martini that I had was awesome. I really love the touch of the blue cheese olives, the little gem Caesar was tasty and filling while the fish and chips were amazing and crisp and a mixed seafood. The mediterranean crudo was so flavorful, my wife and I really loved the scallop and salmon that was a part of the dish. We also thoroughly enjoyed the oyster Rockefeller as well. We would definitely visit again as the price to quality of food level was perfect.

Pearl Divers Oyster Bar - Soft Opening Review 115 Durango St Suite C, El Paso, TX 79901 What a great addition to Downtown El Paso! I stopped by Pearl Divers Oyster Bar after a meeting nearby, and I'm so glad I did. It's tucked next to the Tiki Room (same owners), just a short walk from City Hall and the train station. Totally worth the detour. The vibe is a mix of modern industrial and coastal charm -- think Fisherman's Wharf, but cleaner, cooler, and far more intentional. You can actually see your oysters being shucked right in front of you, which adds to the experience. Here's what I tried: Oysters (Chef's Choice) - Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served with a classic mignonette. Each oyster had its own unique flavor. Clam Chowder - Creamy but not heavy, with bacon, corn, herbs, and perfectly cooked potatoes. No gluey filler here! Pintxos (Gilda) - They offered this complimentary so I could try it, and it was a hit! Anchovies, olives, peppers, and even a sardine version with a little kick. A great nod to the Basque bar culture -- would love to see this catch on in El Paso. Bread - Soft and crusty, great for dipping, though it wasn't listed on the menu and came in at $7. Worth noting for anyone watching their tab. Grapefruit Radler - Refreshing, citrusy, and the perfect drink pairing for seafood. They've been doing a soft opening for a few weeks, but the official grand opening is Thursday at 3 PM. Rumor has it they may add fish & chips soon -- and possibly cioppino this fall (which I'd love!). Final take? Pearl Divers brings big-city seafood charm to El Paso in a way that feels relaxed, intentional, and exciting. It's perfect for people who want great seafood without needing to dress up or drop $100. Just walk in, enjoy, and eat well. I'll definitely be back.

We stopped by before closing so we didn't get to order much! We had the oysters Rockefeller and they were amazing! The Cesar was also delicious-i do wish the dressing was spread out more evenly, with cutting it ourselves it helped me make sure every bite was even! I asked for a gin drink recommendation and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will be back thank you!

What I enjoyed is that this was beginner friendly for folks who aren't much into wine but are curious. They also have two or three beers on draft to enjoy. From sandwiches to charcuterie boards, you can enjoy plenty of snacks for the table. I really liked how they had the besos caliente sauce on sale for bottles to take home or as an app with crackers and cream cheese. (Don't knock it till you try it) There was live music on that day so it was nice to really unwind. Take a walk around and learn the history of the house.

Everything is set for a serene and enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and personable, and very eager to make your time memorable. We started out by wandering around the facility. They have all kinds of little small rooms that open up into the big area. Each place has a different interesting decor and a different seating arrangement, Some just couches and chairs. Other areas are small tables and then some have larger tables. All are around the perimeter of the larger center area. On our tour around, we came upon a small gift shop with all kinds of cute local wares that you can buy. And in the corner is the bar. It has a tasting station and they allowed us to taste several different wines to determine which one we wanted. We ordered a glass and continued browsing around the area. Once we found where we wanted to sit, they brought us menus, and we chose two different sandwiches, one is the turkey avocado, and the other was vegetable ciabatta both with side salad, rather than potato chips. We also got a starter of a Caprese salad. Other than our meals coming out at different times, which was awkward, the food was very very good. We enjoyed our meal and our wine and we both bought a bottle to go! Around the area, they have card games, board games, and other things that you could amuse yourself with. There was an area with a variety of cigars. But no one was manning it at the time. It appeared that they may have music outside, and there are some tables outdoors where I can imagine on an evening could be a great place to sit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, relaxing, sipping wine, and enjoying lunch/snacks. I definitely recommend this place! You might choose to make a reservation if you're going at prime time after five.

Raoul, our server, was attentive, polished, and genuinely pleasant throughout the evening. The kitchen remains one of the very best in El Paso -- frankly far superior to Anson 11, which too often feels overrated and inconsistent. The fresh Ahi Tuna was outstanding. The bone marrow was exquisite in both refinement and flavor, rich and literally melting in my mouth. The Branzino was cooked to perfection. Add a great bottle of Champagne Crystal Roederer Rose with a perfectly balanced French Martini, and the evening became close to flawless.
