We met up here with a group of friends from our church. No one warned them that we were coming and there was only one person working but, she did an amazing job serving all of us (there were at least 20 in our group). Most of us got lattes or iced drinks. I got a brewed coffee. It was delicious! There is seating inside and outside. Since we were a large group, we sat outside. There were a lot of seemingly regular customers who ordered online and came in to pick up their coffee. We were there on a Saturday morning and there was a steady stream of customers in addition to our group. A bunch of our group got the banana bread and they all said it was wonderful. My husband and I had morning buns and really enjoyed them. I would go back, for sure and, if we go in a group again, I promise to warn them ahead of time! read more

Lovely little coffee shop located in a business park, super close to Kaiser Redlands! I ordered a decaf iced latte with regular milk. Coffee Lover here!!!! I absolutely love this place. Honestly discovered it during COVID, after breakfast w. My brother (cause he's my coffee buddy). The Venue is really small, there no chair or tables. So can't really sit and sip. Its was cut in the cut. Lol meaning its kind of hidden, by commercial buildings. which it totally shouldn't be. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Nothing but great conversations and a lot of recommendations. My fave is their redline cold brew. Ugh its just the best! I have seen Wild Goose coffee served in town and in the grocery stores for a while, but today I went to the source on the west side of Redlands. It a small place but a super spot for a quiet break. It's not busy and a stone's through from California Street. Their expresso bar is really cute little dining area with 6 or so tables to sit and enjoy your coffee at. We tried their Gibralter and Expresso. The Gilbrater is half expresso and half steamed milk. Like the Expresso, they are both rich and deep. These are from full roasted beans. If you go to their website, under "Our Communities" and find "Brewing Guides" then immediately under that click on "Brew With Us" you'll be rewarded with a host of educational videos of how to brew your favorite coffee at home - it's worth a look. read more

Wild Goose Coffee Roasters is the place people who go who really value a good cup of coffee. Due to limit hours (which I suggest you check before going), I hadn't had a chance to check out this place previously. It is located in a business industrial park. The location is a Roastery where they package and roast coffee, but they do have a tasting room. I came ordered a Vanilla latte hot, which came out great. The great thing about this place is that it is full of people who are passionate about coffee. I got the chance to strike up a conversation about what else than coffee. Different places we've been to and some of our favorite flavors of coffee we had. I did find out they have secret menu options not listed. They have one that is an vanilla orange creamsicle, which I will probably try the next time I'm there. Due to the level of greatness of their coffee and my passion for coffee I'll probably be there tomorrow or the very next day. More to come as when I come back. Located off Lugonia Ave in a business plaza, in a corner. There's limited parking. We found this place on Yelp so we wanted to try them out. No one else was here on a Saturday morning and we were pleasantly surprised at the prices. My hubby got the Red Lion iced coffee and the barista made a special decaf with honey vanilla iced coffee with oat milk for me. Oh la la! Pure bliss! We loved her service because she suggested a blend that would please my sweet tooth. Be mindful of the hours though. They're closed on Sundays. Will we be back? Most definitely! read more

Wanted some coffee on a Monday morning and found this place. Cute little place in a quiet area with outdoor and indoor seating. Very minimalistic but still trendy. Barista was very nice and provided recommendations for my husband and I when we were ordering. We ended up getting a Red Line Coffee (cold brew with agave honey and milk) and a vanilla latte. Both were really good and tasty! They also provide a punch card for you to keep coming back and you can get the 11th drink free. Idk if I post this on wild goose or surfer joes but it's their collab breakfast sandwiches. They look nothing like what they advertise on the counter in wild goose. No salt, no pepper, no butter, no green herb stuff that they show. I'm sad I paid $7 for this. McDonald's breakfast beats this by a long shot sadly. Also I love the new employee he's a great guy but he does need a lil help on making drinks. My drink tastes a bit underwhelming but i think the ingredients were right might just be a technique thing I'm not sure. I can't say I'm a coffee connoisseur but I do love coffee. Whether it's iced or whether it's hot, I love it! Stopping in my for my first time, I was surprised by its location in an industrial area. You'd never think this hidden jewel would be located here. Located in a small space, you may blink and you'd miss it. Ordering a Vanilla latte to go, I was able to experience the full taste and texture of a true vanilla latte here. Complete with a frothy layer of silky foam. It was perfect! I can't say I will be back because the location wasn't as convenient as I like coffeeshops to be, I know there's a lot of patrons that are loyal to this place. That's a good thing! Definitely their coffee is delicious, but because I'm not a grand master of coffee, I can't tell the difference from one coffee to the next so I love all coffee. Pricing seemed reasonable. Honestly, Wild Goose is hands down the BEST coffee shop in Loma Linda/Redlands area. You MUST try their specialty drinks! Their specialty drinks are actually so unique and based on how you like your drinks (sweet or bitter) you can let them know and they make adjustments for you! Their shop is really nice as in: their restrooms are clean, they have nice tables, their music isn't too loud, and there aren't many people! The only downside is that they do close at 3pm on weekdays and they only have 3 tables! (But they are always empty!) 100% recommend stopping by! read more

There are several top 10 locations in Redlands alone and after visiting Wild Goose coffee roasters I think I've found number 1. This off the beaten path coffee roaster offered one of the best lattes on this quest. Their beans produce a smooth, flavorful latte that insists you take your time and savor the experience. The location on West Lugonia in an industrial park doesn't seem to invite patrons to linger, but few inside and outside tables are usually taken and I've encountered a line waiting to order. The service is friendly and efficient. The proprietors donate to local food banks with every sale. They sell some merch and the coffee is spectacular. I highly, highly recommend Wild Goose coffee roasters. read more

Wild Goose Coffee Roasters is a total gem! A little hard to find, but dang their roasted coffee beans and drinks are excellent. First time I got an Americano and a bag of Kenya Othaya Peaberry and Ethiopian Kercha Guji whole beans. Second time I tried the Redline (wow I now see why a lot of people recommend this drink), and got two more bags of Kenya Othaya Peaberry whole beans. I think the owner who was there during my visit also recommended the whole beans from Colombia La Floresta since I like more adventurous coffees, but not sure I can wrap my head around a flavor profile of Skittles and malted milk balls. I would ask about a coffee bean subscription, but I more enjoy actually going there and getting a large Redline and more beans! read more

This coffee shop has always been the spot to go to. First discovered this place during COVID times (2020). Hands down some of the best cold brew I've had. Since I work in this area again, I wanted to stop by and check it out once more. Again the customer service is on point. Super friendly staff and have a few samples of their cold brew and their drink "Red Line". The decor is nice and simple but you mainly go here for the drinks. I ended up getting the Red Line which is their cold brew with oat milk and agave syrup. I fell in love with their coffee again. Their Lattes are excellent and drip coffees are made from locally sourced beans. I love this place and definitely going to be coming back more often. Decided to go out in search of a new coffee taste. Wild Goose came up in my search and since it is pretty close to home, why not go! BEST decision. My go to flavor is the caramel latte, but they didn't carry that flavor, so chose to go with the vanilla latte with their Flight of Fancy blend...WOW! That's all. It is a 2 cups of coffee kind of day, so why not try a 2nd drink? Their Red Line cold brew is amazing (today was their Blue River blend, oat milk and agave). So good that ended up buying a bag of their blend ($20), and was lucky enough that it had been roasted earlier that morning. They've been roasting coffee since '08, a bit hidden, but so worthy. Wild goose is situated next to corporate offices and warehouses. It's come a long way. You use to just order coffee to go. Now they have seats and merchandise you can purchase. They're good people that serve the community with their coffee and I love that. They roast their own beans and distribute them throughout the IE.
