After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

Instead, I was quoted between $2,150 and $2,800 for a replacement, depending on the model and horsepower, with only a $100 discount offered. What makes this especially frustrating is that the 1.5 HP pump model they quoted is available online for around $1,150. The pricing difference feels excessive. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about using this company for repairs. I understand warranties have limits, but I expected better customer service and a more reasonable resolution given that the motor failed so soon after the warranty expired. Unfortunately, it left me feeling that the focus was more on maximizing revenue than on building long-term customer relationships.
