The doctor was very attentive and thorough when evaluating my eyes, carefully considering my medical history including medications and quickly determined that (1) I need bi-focals, but also (2) my pupils were over dilated (likely due to medications I take) and letting in to much light, and recommended glasses with transition lenses for driving/bright environments. Sales staff was incredibly nice and attentive, helping me to price a reasonable pair of frames. With my vision insurance the cost was very affordable. Seems like an easy fix and I left feeling immensely better. Very excited to get my new glasses!

I wasn't expecting her to bend over backwards for me, but c'mon, I give her legendary customer service whenever she comes into MY store, the least she could have done was get off her high horse and acknowledge my presence. Psh, I hauled ass out of there! I told the doc next time he came in. I also told him that I paid cash for new Coach glasses at my place (take that, sucker!) FACT: The grass isn't greener on the other side. What Eyetopia lacks in eyeglass selection, they totally make up for with their amazing customer service. The professional staff at CL Optical were immediately on it, working with me and contacting the manufacturer while I was there. They made no excuses and did not try to blame me for the problem.They made many adjustments to the lens until we finally obtained a one that worked for me. It's now two years later and the lens is still fine. They have made adjustments to my frames a couple of times since then, no extra charge, and I still have great lenses for my glasses.

She came in the room and didn't even make eye contact until about 5 minutes in and barely looked at me more than 2-3 times the entire visit. The she immediately told me to stop talking as she needed to read what was entered in the computer. When she started reading the narrative for why I was there, and I responded to her question, she immediately placed her hand up to stop me and said she didn't need to hear that right now. She then went through my complaint but literally word for word as she was more preoccupied with typing it into the computer than actually listening to me. Wouldn't let me say more than 2-3 words at a time or said I was talking too fast and she had to type it, and to stop. She then proceeded to say what I was feeling was normal, and I should just take 2 Ibuprofen tablets twice a day, use some artificial tears and I'll be fine. When I reiterated that I was unable to move my eye without pain and had blurred vision and swelling and I literally couldn't function and that I was concerned that those things had only worsened my symptoms thus far, she just said it'll go away and proceeded to attempt to end the visit. I was so upset that I started crying and had to ask her to please listen to me as she continued to ignore my concerns. She eventually stepped out and said she had to check something and left. She ended up giving me a prescription to help but the prescription was not written correctly (should have been drops for just a few days but the Rx was for daily and with 6 months of refills). I left the office in tears as I was so incredibly frustrated. The front office and the assistant who checked me in: fabulous.. so nice! But the doctor, the one person that needed to be attentive, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable; she was anything but this. Literally the worst experience and I will never return or recommend this doctor or practice.

Her staff also helped price compare my different contact lens options based on my insurance plan. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this office!
