I've been coming to this Pearle Vision for two years in a row for both contact lenses and glasses, and they've continued to exceed my expectations. Booking is simple, and my appointments always start on time, which shows how organized and respectful they are of their patients' schedules. From start to finish, everyone here is professional, kind, and attentive. The older gentleman who helped me with my glasses consultation deserves special mention--he has a sharp eye for style and instantly knew which frame shape would complement my face best. He took the time to explain every detail, from lens options to fit, and made sure I was completely satisfied even during my pickup visit. I came back a few times for minor adjustments, and each time the team greeted me with the same warmth and patience as if it were my first visit. The store itself is bright, clean, and well-organized, and parking is easy, which makes each visit stress-free. I'm honestly surprised by some of the reviews here, because my experiences have only ever been positive. The staff has always gone above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Pearle Vision to my friends and family. It's rare to find a place that combines skill, care, and genuine customer service so consistently.

No option to opt out of this OPTIONAL part of the exam which is not covered by any insurance. Also no explanation of what this is.

Violation of NRS 598.0917 defines a "deceptive trade practice" and includes situations where a business uses "bait and switch" tactics, such as requiring other undisclosed conditions before selling the advertised goods or services. This could include failing to disclose optional services and forcing the customer into a purchase of an item they didn't intend to buy. Happening here! If you experienced this with this business file an electronic complaint with NV consumer affairs. So the NV attorney general can step in or class action lawsuit. Las Vegas eye doctors owns 14 of these locations in the valley. If this is the formatted intake application for all office locations I cannot imagine the amount of $$ they are making off of this illegal practice. I had an appointment scheduled with this office/location for this Sunday but I have since cancelled because the electronic application paperwork was a red flag and now reading the reviews on Yelp it seems accurate. The red flag was the part where it TELLS you to select the Optomap retinal exam. It's either chose that for $44 or chose that with an extra thing for an additional $20 on top of your co-pay because insurance doesn't cover the optomap part. Which the optomap part is OPTIONAL so why are you not giving the option to decline it completely? This is a shady business practice and I wonder how many customers have just selected one of the two which are additional charges not billed to insurance because they aren't being given the option to decline. On top of this having to be filled out and selected without anyone even explaining what this OPTIONAL part of the exam is. I will be reporting this to consumer affairs. I know from being seen at other optometrist's office that this is optional because they have always given me the option to decline and they explain what it is.

Hidden costs everywhere and they are not upfront about prices. They don't let you walk around and try on glasses that you like, which I get for sanitary reasons. Instead, they give you a tray and you put the glasses on there you like and then must sit with a sales person to proceed. I had my pairs picked out, and was not given the time to really try them on, compare prices, etc.. It seemed like the worker automatically just sold me the most expensive one. Plus, she kept trying to upsell me blue light lenses...these are sunglasses - why would I need that? I did end up buying a pair of Coach prescription sunglasses here and regret that decision. When the glasses arrived, they did not fit right. They leave red marks around my nose that are on my face for hours after being worn. Seems there is no ability to return or exchange these and my advisor did not adequately make sure they fit me correctly even though she measured me. So, after insurance coverage, I still ended up wasting over $250 out of pocket for glasses that leave red marks and cause me pain/don't fit correctly. Such a waste of money and disappointing experience all around :( Additionally, they don't give itemized statements unless you ask for one...and when I did ask, I had to wait about 5 minutes for the worker to figure out how to make one/print one. Seems this should be the receipt they are giving to everyone. Instead their general receipt just states the overall price paid and does not give a breakdown of any charges; I really feel that they are railing people here.

Terrible service at the front desk, I just ask that i need to be in the exam room with my daughter wen she gets the eye exam cause she have a medical condition and the girl with the piercing in her nose was very rude she even called me YOU ARE CRAZY BRO cause I decided to leave if im not allowed to be in the exam room , even my daughter that is 19 gave the permission to be with me but the girl with the piercings nose was just RUDE VERY RUDE, this is why returning customers leave pearl vision and go to other doctors, we went to Summerlin lenscrafter and the service was outstanding even the frames were cheaper and the doctor very polite and completely understandable of the situation, we will never comeback.IM CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT CAUSE YOU NEVER CALLED A CUSTOMER YOU ARE CRAZY BRO!!! Wasted time and appointment at 1.20pm

Front desk people aren't very personable or friendly, very dry attitude. Selection isn't that great to choose from, bought two glasses regular and one sunglasses not a fan of either...

I was referred to Personal Eyes because my style is a little more bold and unique and I was having trouble finding the perfect frames elsewhere. I have worn eye glass frames for 20 years as I cannot use contacts, so having a frame that stands out has always been a goal of mine. Nancy's options are so thoughtfully selected and each one has character! I also loved that Nancy had small business brands and brands that you've never seen before. I had so much fun trying on all of her boldly beautiful pieces and ended up having multiple favorites which almost never happens to me.. What's funny is that at at the end of the day I ended up picking an oversized ivory pair that my husband found which may not have been bold in color, but felt bold in style and was 100% ME. Nancy has such great prices and she made me feel totally comfortable and when we were chatting, I felt like I had known her forever. I will definitely be coming back for all of my eye exams and eyeglass frames in the future! I have already referred so many people and I hope they love Personal Eyes as much as I do. :)

I even recommended my daughter to go because of how positive it was. Unfortunately, the quality of service declined afterward, especially during the times we were assisted by Jr. I decided to give the office another chance and brought my husband in for an appointment. When it was time to choose his glasses, my husband politely mentioned that we usually make those decisions together. As I started asking Jr. questions, he completely ignored me. I repeated myself three times and even had to raise my voice before he finally acknowledged me. When I asked what our insurance covered, he responded with, "I don't know, you'll have to call your insurance company," and simply wrote down numbers without explaining anything. He also made an unusual comment like, "Don't worry, this company won't rip you off." When I asked what he meant by that, he couldn't give me a clear explanation. I Care Overall, my recent experience was disappointing. If he didn't want to provide good service, my husband and I could have easily taken our business elsewhere. I truly hope the customer service improves, because the first visit showed they're capable of much better.

However, I would never recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a pair of new glasses. Without insurance, I ended up spending nearly $600 for my prescription, frames and for some features to make my glasses a little more comfortable to wear (ex. I have a high prescription so I pay a little extra to make my lenses thinner). It took about a month to receive my glasses, which felt like an inconvenience because in my personal experience, regardless of how strong my prescription is, I've never had to wait more than two weeks for glasses. When I finally got my glasses, I was disappointed with the quality. They felt cheap, and the lenses pick up finger prints quickly. The lenses also aren't securely attached to the frames. When I wipe the lenses with a cloth or when I take them off, they make a creek noise and they tend to shift in place. For the amount of money that I had paid, I would have expected to receive a pair of glasses with great quality. At Eyeglass World, I've never spent more than $400 for the same services that I had paid at Eleven Optometry (this includes their two pair for $100 deal). I was in a rush to get a new pair of glasses, but I now realize that a week wait for an appointment at Eyeglass World would have been so much better than coming here.

Not only did she lack compassion when i was going through the exam process, but at the end she gave me the wrong prescription! When i called to discuss the problem the receptionist responded with, "It's fine," after i told her that i was terrified that i was going blind. Then, I came back to discuss the matter, and the doctor went and hid in her office (on 2 separate occasions) Instead of trying to discuss my concerns. The level of negligence and lack of professionalism is astonishing. Furthermore, all but one person on the office staff treated me more like a piece of data than a human being, demanding i give "my date of birth" instead of my name. It's as if they see patients as nothing more than numbers on a chart and another chance to get paid from the insurance companies Overall, I would strongly advise against trusting your eye care to this establishment. They clearly prioritize their money over the well-being of their patients, and that's simply unacceptable.
