Love Pearle Vision. Both optometrists are awesome and I'm so glad I switched to this eye office 2 years ago. They are consistent, good customer service and welcome my children! I will continue my family's care here because we are always pleased. This was my first time to use Pearle Vision and unfortunately the young lady I dealt with before the Dr saw me was rather unpleasant and lacked customer service skills. The Dr herself was very kind and informative when I asked questions. Before being seen by the doctor the young lady named Ebonique I believe called me back to do some test and was just plain rude and seemed like she had better things to do. At the end I went to check out and pay and when I asked about what I was being charged for that was yet another moment of me bothering her I suppose. I was only given a credit card receipt for my visit, so when I went back in to get detailed one she said she would email it later and of course I never received it. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she doesn't need to work in a job dealing with people. Not impressed and will not be referring people that's for sure. read more

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid as well as other members of my family. Dr. Nguyen always asks about how everyone is doing and is always so sweet when giving me eye exams. My last visit I had to purchase new frames since mine were fading. Dr. Nguyen walked the store with me to help me find the shape she knew I loved most (I love big frames). I recommend this location to all my friends and family. read more

Like other reviews said: the front desk attendant is rude; I wanted to walk out because of the attitude I received. I was the only patient in the building at the time, so I'm not sure why I received the care I did. I will not be returning. I think she needs to find a job where she doesn't have to talk to people! read more

This was my first time here and it has been two years since I have taken my two kids to see the eye doctor. When I arrived, the front desk lady named Eboni was unwelcoming and rude. When I met Dr. Nguyen, she was nice and helpful. She made the kids feel comfortable. However, she did remind me three times to make sure I have the kids seen yearly, which I acknowledged the first time. I started to feel shamed and belittled for not bringing in the kids. However, when COVID was more potent, I did make the choice to hold off on taking the kids to the eye doctor. The kids did not know which glasses to get and needed help with finding glasses that was their frame size, Dr. Nguyen did help with that, which was very helpful. I'm giving two stars because customer service is important and how you talk to your patients is very important as well. read more

Buyer beware! You are going to sign an agreement before you get to see your glasses. And even if they can't provide what they promised, you are going to have to pay. Feeling reasonable and want to talk it out with a manager...? Nope. They are not in and have no interest in calling you back, but you are offered the option of calling them. Maybe you will get lucky and they will be in. Probably not. You have lots of options in where you buy your glasses. I suggest you go with one that is interested in you as a customer and not just in grabbing what money they can from you. read more

Buyer beware! You are going to sign an agreement that has a hidden fee of 39.99! This fee is not explained. When I called I asked for a basic eye exam along with the price. I was told it would be 40$ total. However,when I was done with my appointment I was told my total was 99$. As a new customer my options should have been explained to me by your staff and not hidden in contract. Its not about the money its about customer satisfaction. I will never return here. read more

The only good thing about this place is Dr. Nguyen. Her receptionist is rude and unprofessional and simply stupid. First, this girl calls to inform me the glasses are ready and when I show up, I'm told they were waiting for me to call them and tell them if I wanted them to repair the scratched lens on the new set of lenses they just replaced - stupid, right? Of course I want the new lenses to be perfect..... So, today I went to pick up my son's glasses and pay for them. I'm the only one in line. I tell the girl I'm picking up and paying, no fitting needed. Another customer enters. The girl tells me rudely to sit down and wait, then proceeds to take the 2nd customer's order - and fills it - while I'm waiting for someone to hand me my son's glasses so I can pay. FIRE HER. You are going to lose more than just my business because of this girl. read more

I went here for my first eye exam in Texas. Dr. Nguyen was awesome and amazing. She is very personable and took amble time to talk to me and answer all my question. She was very knowledge as well. The eye exam was the best value I could find. I was clearly told about another test for $39. I am unclear about previous comments about not seeing this. When I opted out I just had to initial a line. They also provided me with 4 free contact lenses to use while I waited for my contacts to arrive. The glasses frames are only expensive if you buy designer brands like anything else. The staff was also very friendly. I will be returning here to get my next eye exam. read more

I really like this location. I have NOT had an exam here, so I cannot comment on that. However, the people working here are very friendly and professional. Also, you can get great deals on frames here if your timing is right! I got a pair of Burberry frames for half price, at a cost that is unheard of elsewhere (even on the internet). read more

Horrible customer service, way overpriced. Their frames are way overpriced which u could get way cheaper somewhere else. If your planing to come here, your making a big mistake. The people here make u feel like ur not important. They don't care about you, all they care is selling you the product so they can make the sale. I went there for we exams and came back to order my contact lenses bc I was on my last pair and it's way over due. I asked the girl if she can give me a new pair of lenses while waiting on my order and she said they don't have anymore of my prescription. Really? Not even a single pair? So if there's another me coming to get eye exam and contact fit, then I guess after that person gone through with all the exam and at the very last step, contact lenses fit, they have to tell her come back another day bc they don't have the contact lenses? I know they were being cheap and didn't want to give up a pair of contact and I had to continue wearing my very old overdue contact lenses until my order arrived. The only reason I continue my service there was bc I was desperately need to get everything done right before the holiday and I don't have time to schedule another visit to somewhere else. But this would be my first and last and i would never recommend anyone to come here instead I'll make sure none of my friends or family member would go there read more

Do not go to this place. Very unfriendly, over priced. After going in doing exam and buying contacts from them I wanted to send my glass prescription off and called them to take my PD. This was day after I bought my contacts. I was informed it would cost extra. After I just spent money there they refused to do that for me. Asked to speak to the dr was told she was busy. Asked that she call me back. She never did. Having family where I'm from in optical business I know how it works. Their mark up on frames is way over priced. To simply help me out and take a simple measurement after I paid them a lot of money would have been nice but a simple ruler and a mirror I did it myself. They didn't care whatsoever and was cold and rude. There are so many places out there. Don't give your money to a place that don't care about their customers. I had to give it a one star...they don't even deserve that one. read more

I have not had my vision tested here, but have ordered lenses for my Silhouette glasses, which I purchased a couple of years ago from another store in Pearland. Today one of the hinges from a temple that attaches to the lens broke. I went to the original store where I purchased the frames and was told it could not be fixed, I would nee to order an entire new frame at a cost of $339. I went to Pearle Vision and manager Melissa was extremely helpul. She immediately called the company to discuss my problem and was able to orderthe the individual hinge, which will be replaced in their store. My total came to $50..not $339! read more
