I call and do not get a response. in addition, my glasses I ordered are not the correct prescription. i was able to get an appointment quickly on my initial visit, but when I needed help afterwards I cannot get a response. read more

Today I went to pick up my glasses I had ordered in December. after waiting almost 6 weeks. when I first ordered my glasses, that same gentleman was in a hurry to leave the shop supposedly he is the store manager and thinks he could do whatever he wants and decided he wanted to leave early so he took the order and said I could come at a later date to exam my eyes. well he denied it all today.. Sadly the doctor of this parti location was standing by the register and witnessed his rude manager treating a customer si poorly and did t do anything about it and that's why the store manager did what he did. Needs a major overhead management audit and monitorin. If anyone needs to go to a Pearle Vision, there are better locations out there with friendlier staffs. A real shame. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service and eye care experience ever - and I have been in corrective lenses for over 30 years. My eye exam was adequate - no changes in the prescription. Unfortunately, that exam was over two months ago, and I have yet to receive my contact lenses which were ordered through the store. Additionally, when I contacted them about this issue, they have been completely either not returning my phone call or by having to call again when I randomly happen to reach somebody. Because of their extensive delay, I had to order contacts elsewhere so those that have yet to be received are no longer needed. Terrible, terrible customer service - sorry that I ever gave a chance to them. read more

Staff members were very friendly and exam was super quick. I will say the pricing on frames is very high. I would recommend getting the exam there then ordering frames and lenses online, saves $100's. read more

Terrible service. It took 2 months for them to try 3 times to get lenses that I could see through without seeing double vision. It never happened. They blamed it o the prescription, which was new from an optician I have seen for 15 years. I went back to him and had my eyes rechecked. Same Rx and still didn't work. They then blamed "prisms". I went back to the Dr. who said you only need it if you have double vision which you don't. Went back to them and a different person measured me and came up with different measurements than the manager and they still didn't work. Never once did they call me and let me know when the glasses were ready. I'd wait 'til the 2 weeks they said they would be in and call 2 days later and they said Oh we have a pile here we haven't gone through yet or some other excuse. Twice I went to pick up and they were closed, even though the sign on the door said they were open and so did their website. I finally asked for a refund which I eventually got then I asked for my insurance to be informed to reinstate my Vision benefits as I still needed glasses. I called and they said they would do it. Never did. I went in person and asked the manager to do it and she said she'd do it that day and it would take 5-10 days. Never did it. I finally got SpecTera to reinstate my benefits. I went to Lens Crafters with the same prescription, which I had to get again from my Dr as the Pearl Vision manager "couldn't find it do to filing issues" to return to me. Lens Crafters did a great job in 5 days. Wish I could give Pearl Vision NO stars. read more

Friendly staff, but don't stand behind their product. I haven't worn glasses in years, I wore contacts and had corrective surgery, but went to have my eyes tested, and was told that I could use some additional correction. I ended up getting progressive lenses based on the advice of the technician, and was told that it would take some getting used to, but to check back if I wasn't happy with the results. So I called today to ask if I could come in and have my glasses checked because something isn't right with them, either the prescription or the lenses, and was told that I would need to do a full exam. That's not what I was told at the time of purchase. I was told to give them some time to get used to and check back, if I wasn't happy. With so many other eye care offices available, I'll now be going elsewhere. read more

Veronica Stiteler wasn't just the lady who greeted me & kept in contact with me all the way till I received my glasses... She is also the LDO that that makes certain your glasses fit! She is an absolute delight! Dr. Jason Pick is the Optometrist who examined my eyes, and to say he did a through job is an understatement, he checked for everything. All I can say is if you are in Scottsdale and think you might need glasses, these are the folks to go & see. read more

Run as fast as you can!!! First, I'd like to say the doctors are great. Dr, pick is very thorough and super helpful. The problem is with the front office and specifically Chris the manager. He helped me with my glasses and messed up both pairs. The bifocal ht was at least 10 mm to low. I can understand one pair. But two pairs? It was such bad measurements that there was no way I could have used them. He bragged the whole time about how he was the " manager" and I would get the best service. He's very immature and even tried to blame the mistake on me as I am a former optician. Ummm- ok. That was just odd. He took the mistake extremely personal and was condescending and rude. Yes. There were words between us as I was trying to explain that you can't blame the customer for their mistake. I was dumb Founded at this point. The girl that was at the desk while this was going on kept rolling her eyes with attitude. I believe he has experience, but is so on his high horse about being the " manager" That he's not taking his time with the customer. I felt very rushed and talked over. He definitely isn't a good listener and found him to be quite egotistical. Since then I've done elsewhere to have my glasses made and had a great experience. Glasses are way too expensive to be treated this way! Also, They called me to let me know my glasses were ready and when I went to pick them up, they weren't there. They tried to tell me I that they never called me. Why would I go in to pick up glasses after a call for no Reason. When I said I couldn't see out of them, he yelled across the room to his lab tech to just" cancel the order." Beware !!!! read more

I walked in here this morning because one of the nose pieces on my glasses had broken off. A very patient woman took her time getting the right replacement pad and screws together, along with tightening and cleaning my glasses. Much appreciated. read more

horrible experience. i dont k ow where to begin. like the previous comments, sales reps rude and condescending. they gave me zero guidance on what options to chose from. they originally quoted me over $500 for glasses. they didn't tell me they were adding warranty coverage, all of the bells and whistles, why I would need those bells and whistles. they should consult, not sell! talk to me about my options. would never do business with them. read more

Buyer beware! I ordered a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses from Chris at this store. Two weeks later I received a call that they were available and to pick them up. When I arrived, I tried them on they were clear only if I looked straight ahead. But I turned my eyes left or right everything was extremely blurry and resulted in dizziness. The prescription was a mess. Chris, the Pearle Vision Salesperson said I "would get used them in time". I declined to accept them and asked for my $200 refund. Chris told me he couldn't give a refund himself but "Brandi", the regional manager in Ohio could do that and she would call me. Never happened. Left "Chris" and "Brandi" multiple messages to process my refund and it's been 7 weeks now. Still waiting. Have lived in Scottsdale for 10 years and Pearle Vision at 10629 N Scottsdale Rd, and Chris who works there, win the award as the WORST examples of customer service in Scottsdale. I just received a recorded voice mail from Dr.P saying how it's time for my yearly appointment!? He asked more about the NEEDS of my husband, whom had accompanied me /to help me fill out forms. I had my first and LAST appointment there last January, 2021. Do the math. This place is sO desperate for $! The staff is unprofessional. There was a wait to get checked in as there was disorganization issues! My technician,Deinise wore a tacky mask fashioned in sequence ( New Year's eve -ish). Said 'My bad'! when I was asked if I had filled out the forms online previous to my appointment. I WAS NOT able to have a clear reading of the forms online BECAUSE I WAS IN NEED OF CORRECTIVE LENSES! Of course this appointment was over an hour due to Deinise's inept capacity to transfer/navigate the necessary client information forms via computer. She consistently TALKED/HAD to have last word! The FLOOR MANAGER HAD TO HELP HER SEVERAL TIMES. When I asked him if he earned 2 checks D interjected, 'he gets 3!' HELLO! This is during COVID restrictions. I will not go back! read more

Dr. Jason Pick is very friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to make sure all of my questions were answered. I did not plan on buying glasses during my visit, but when I started exploring their huge selection of frames I was not pressured or presented with any sales pitches. A big thank you to Jessica who helped me decide between several frames. Most of all, I really appreciated that everyone was genuine and gave me their honest feedback on what looked best on me. Highly recommend this staff!!! Recently got a prescription for glasses and noticed this convenient location so i had to stop in. The lady who helped me discover and pick out frames was very helpful and knowledgable. In addition; she was very honest about prices and discounts. Then when I got the call to pick them up, two other staff members kindly stayed open a couple minutes late for me since I called stuck in traffic. I don't know many places who go out of the way to help their customers like that anymore. Loved everyone I encountered at this location ! read more

My 1st visit gave me a good impression about the place thanks to a very helpful and friendly lady, but I have never seen her again at the shop afterwards and a new Manager came in, who changed my positive experience to a negative one. When I went to pick up my glasses, there was something wrong with them (bad quality & not well adjusted), so I had to return to double check, as I could not wear them. During the 3rd visit, the Doctor confirmed that the glasses may have not been well adjusted, but they didn't want to take any responsibility and give a refund for the glasses. I will never go back there and I do not recommend this place to anybody. read more
