Terrible car wash, not only did it leave scratches on my car, but the person in front of me had their rear bumper broken off after going through the car wash. Asked most of the people in line if they have ever been to the car wash and all of them were first timers. Seems like this carwash takes your money, damages your car, and scams you. Soon this car wash will go out of business after damaging everyone's car as most people want to try it out due to the long lines. Save your money and car, go elsewhere if you do not want to take the chance of scratching or damaging your car. You are better off going to McKinley Car Wash as they have better service and the pricing is even better, plus they hire local. read more

Do not go if you want to come out with a scratched car. This carwash did not only leave scratches on the car but also left a bunch of water spots on the car after going through the air dryer slowly. Save your money and your car and go elsewhere, the damage is not worth it. read more

I came here for a car wash and to clean the carpet interior. The wash (I chose the $16 package) was amazing and my car looked much better than if I'd washed it by hand. The carpet cleaning machine is separate from the car wash and the carpet cleaning hose was decent at best. The wash was amazing but the only issue was the line! There's only one car wash stall and I had to wait 10-15 mins just to get the the terminal. Also, bring cash because the credit card machine is inside. Very satisfied overall though. read more

This place ALWAYS has a line. No matter if you go early in the morning, during lunch or late at night. It's kind of annoying. The wash is pretty good it usually gets all of the dirt off my car and its cheap. If you buy 5 gallons of gas you get one dollar off of your car wash. The only reason I came here is because my car was super dirty and I actually had to use it for work. Yelp 100 Review Challenge 2015: 57/100 OK, so I know this is an Automated Car Wash but I bought the Ultimate Wash Plus (regular $16) and expected to at least have ALL the dirt & bird poop removed! It's too much to ask for legit, long lasting wax but come on, at least remove all the residue! My new car is only 8 months old, hasn't been waxed since I bought it but it has been washed every 2-3 weeks so my car wasn't filthy or anything, it just needed it's bi-weekly wash. This weekend was chaotic for me so I decided since I needed gas, might as well pay a little more for a wash too. After filling my corolla's tank, the screen offered me a discounted car wash (see pictures below). I opted for the Ultimate Wash Plus for $14.32, regular $16 if you don't fill up gas. Only one car was in the washer at the time so I waited patiently until it was my turn. You either pay cash at the machine (located at the entrance of the car wash) or you pay via debit/credit card when the screen prompts you after you fill gas. I dialed my car wash number on the machine (from my receipt) and drove in until the light turned red, for me to stop. I turned off my vehicle and let the machine go to work. After all was said and done I drove back home, about 3 miles away, to find that I still had residue of bird crud and dirt all over my car!!! Especially in the back which looked as though is wasn't washed at all! I was upset at the quality, I mean I drove all the way in, until the red light came on yet the back of my car was dirty??? My car is Super White, so you could easily see the dirt even though my car wasn't very dirty to begin with. I think I could've got the cheaper car wash options and then I wouldn't have been so disappointed. Next time, I am trying my money elsewhere. 2 stars because when I called Chevron to find out their hours, the very friendly worker kindly informed me that it was 24/7, YAY for customer service! read more

Kam Highway in Aiea.....always crowded. From the gas line to the carwash. Im not sure why, but its located on the corner of Lipoa place across from Shell and its could be busy with a line and Shell could be empty. I thought it was the price but Shell is about $0.01 cheaper so im going to have to go with the fact that people prefer Chevron over Shell. If you fill up at Chevron, you get the option of a discounted carwash which is a deal as it does clean the car well. Not as good as if you did it yourself but it does a pretty good job. This is a gas station, I cant really say to much about it. read more

Ultra Car Wash is the only way to go because it's the best one they got at $11.00. You can get a small discount if you purchase gas with a credit card at the pump or you can save a penny and pay inside - yay $10.99! Who knows why this car wash is the best because I've tried all 3 of them (The Ultra, the one below that, and the lowest one) and I don't see a comparative difference in cleanliness. The car washed seemed expensive $10, $11, $16, & $18. Opted for the $11 Ultimate Wash. Would be more convenient if the machine took CC card payment. It only takes exact change/cash. When I pulled in the wash bay & the water started it smelled like rotten eggs, not sure if potable water is used, yikes. I was so glad when the protective coating started it covered a little of the stink. But even then after I parked my car it smelled slightly rotten eggy. Other than that, the wash got most of the big bird poop I had on my car & the wash was decent. The cashier was very nice & efficient. read more

Conveniently located car wash! Cashier was helpful and friendly as I had a few questions about their hours (I'm not accustomed to a 24 hour car wash as I would usually go to Car Parlor. I also thought it was just gas that was available 24 hours. Finding a car wash that works around my night shift schedule is difficult.) I work in Mapunapuna but live in Ewa, this is my stop on the way home every Friday. I rarely do catch a long line. Again, I work at night and I'm usually here pretty late, so that could be it. My car finally arrived @ the port, glazed with 2-3 wks of rain and no doubt salt water, from it's mainland voyage to the island. I'd normally wash it myself but thought it should probably go through a high powered spin in the drive thru. Unfortunately, drive thru car washes weren't easy to find near Tripler & I ended up in Aiea, near the Pearl Ridge Mall, where I found 3 drive thru car washes within 5 blocks. What the eff. Had to run inside & break a $20 buying a drink I didn't want so I could get a $5 & $1 bills for the automated car wash. (It doesn't take plastic). The basic wash cost me about $7 + the time I spent outside of work b/c it was so damn far. I believe you can get that down by $1-2 if you buy a certain amount of gas. Chevron gets 3 stars for high powered water and thorough wash. read more

The biggest plus to this car wash was that the next car is supposed to enter the wash as the prior car was drying. Customers these days wait until the car ahead is done drying before entering the wash. Takes as long here as across the street at the Shell station. When I used to have my car I'd always take my car here to get it washed. It was fast but the dryer wasn't long enough to dry the car. sometimes the car would come out nice and shiny. At other times it would still be dirty after the wash. I guess it really depends who washed their cars before yours. I came back once with a truck and the wash was meh. So you may be thinking to yourself, a review for a gas station? This however is a well deserved review. It is undoubtedly one of the busier stations on the Kam Hwy corridor, but is by far one of the cleanest and the staff is super friendly. Prices are comperable to other stations but it is definitely the customer service which sets it apart. I have a wide variety and choice of stations I could stop at during my morning commute, but find myself going ever so slightly out of my way (I actually have to backtrack) because it is a place I can rely on to be consistent regarding all its services. read more

Car wash isn't that great for 1 the dryer isn't nearly long enough to dry the car and 2 there was so much water spots on the car after. And I know I didn't have them b4 cause I wipe and wash my car weekly. I'd rather go tonys car wash its a little bit more but does a better job overall and definately dries better 2 read more
