Thai Tea with Tapioca Pearls and lychee
    Odessa L.

MUST STOP HERE if you are in Fairfield County! I had passed by this place a million times and had no idea it was there! The little plaza across Andro's Diner, where Kohl's used to be (next to Subway and Dunkin Donuts). They serve Frozen yogurt, have lots of goodies for you to customize your treat. They also make delicious fruit filled crepes, or a blend of yogurt with crepes. The possibilities are endless!!! Per pricing, it is just right! The average drink or treat pricing begins anywhere from four to six dollars. Everything is freshly made!!!! The young lady serving was also very nice. She shared with us that the Thai tea is house made blend, exclusive to their location. How awesome is that?!? This place is all about yummy creativity!!! Lots of items to add to your tea, frozen drink, yogurt or crepe!! Let me tell you about their Boba Tea: Aaaaaaawesome!!! Must have: Large Chai Tea with Tapioca Pearls and Lychee. I brought my friends here, and they are instantly hooked! Take a look at the pics, they speak for themselves.

Matcha green tea w/pearls (in my mason jar!)

Five stars for making solid bubble tea in a bubble tea starved area! (I've never tried the crepes or frozen yogurt, so this is a bubble-tea-only review.) Short tea menu, but good pearls and they will adjust sweetness/ice on request. The green tea + matcha green tea - no milk & very little sweetness - are my favorites, and they get major bonus points for being willing to fill my mason jar. Cheers to not wasting plastic! I've had a lot of bubble tea (in the US and Asia) and this is solidly average - but they get bumped up from 3 stars to 5 for very friendly service & bringing bubble tea to southwestern CT. Thanks for existing, Pearls N Swirls :) Pro tip - if you plan to come often, ask for a rewards card!

Amazing Taro slush!!! I was obsessed with bubble tea in college and was lucky enough to have a Kung Fu tea in town. Now that I moved to CT, I decided to venture out and find something similar. I think I hit the jackpot! I got the taro slush and passion fruit tea. The taro was fantastic, flavor was on point and it was well blended. The passion fruit tea was very refreshing and tastes great. They were very generous with the bubbles, which were awesome in texture. Not to hard and not too mushy. I'll be back soon!

Delicious bubble tea and amazing frozen yogurt! Great selection of toppings! FANTASTIC Customer service as well!

The best bubble tea in Bridgeport is here! It looks like they got compostable containers and that makes it even better.

Bubble tea drinks and froyo are quick. Crepes are yummy, but take a while to be made. Overall excellent taste and value.

Great place. The only place in SW CT to get decent bubble tea and crepes. Can't always get into NYC for my fix.

Bubble Tea is fantastic, and there are so many flavors to choose from! Much better and more affordable option than Milkcraft.

It's not unique anymore. One of the draws of going here was to walk in and see all the liquid nitrogen and making the ice cream. It's just not fun anymore. Also, they served my bubble cone in a plastic cup? That was weird. The inside is also in need of attention. The lighting was dim and it was pretty dirty in there if you stand and look around. It's like it hasn't been deep cleaned in 10 years. There's also no restroom! People seemed nice to us. I won't complain about them. It seems like a lot of kids working, to be expected. It's basically a fast food ice cream chain so what can be expected. The real issue is, they need a manager there running the ship. The crew was all over the place when I was there. They kept looking at the order receipts, running around chaotically. Asking each other questions etc. I think they need a boss or someone there that can help the crew out with direction. I think lack of management was the issue. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Go find a mom and pop place nearby. This place is just not as "cool" as it once was.

This place should replace "Milk" with "I don't want your business"…read more They have ok milkshakes when they actually have milk in stock but for the last 3 times I have gone; they have been out of milk. At the very least, this is somewhat negligent for a place calling itself milkcraft. Also... checked the reviews for the last year. Ton of 1 stars and it's been somewhat cathartic watching the owner's account argue with each of the different reviewers in the comments portion. Here's hoping that the next ice cream business that replaces this one carries more of its main product in stock.

Freezing moo has tons of flavor combinations which can be a bit daunting at first. We got the chocolate cherry and green tea lychee which were both delicious. The staff here is very friendly and pay attention to the customers and are willing to explain this unique ice cream process for people trying this for the first time.
