I've been here a few times now and have had great service. Classic pedis are good, but I will come here for Amy. A true nail artist, she is so creative and can bring your nail ideas to life. She is also a perfectionist which is absolutely something you want in your nail tech.

Kim has been my one and only nail technician for the past four years. No matter which salon she moves to, I always follow her, yes! she's great. Her work is excellent, and she's incredibly patient. I've never had a single uncomfortable experience, and I'm always extremely happy with the results. The other nail technicians at this salon are also kind and gentle, and the overall atmosphere here is very pleasant.

We found this place about six months ago and boy I am so happy we did! Cindy, the owner, is very friendly does an awesome job and does a great job having her team do the same. Myself and my two daughter's have had many of the team do our nails. We like to get the hot gel and I love getting designs. Amy is so talented with her drawings. We love all the workers here, you cannot go wrong. I get complements often and everyone wants to know where I go. I send them here and they all have also been very happy with service and how well the nails turn out. Thank you Cindy and team, we will keep coming!!

Nails looks really damaged it's been almost 2 months since my service.

Unfortunately this place did not work out for me after all after giving my nails a break from my previous nails they have not recovered from their services they look horrible and I went back to show them and the manager didn't even offer me any help, tips or advice to fix them. I will not return back here again and do not recommend this place. My good friend goes here I will be seeing her tonight and I can't wait to tell her what a horrible experience it has been here.

My first time here and I'm happy I found my new nail salon! They honored my appointment (which I loved!) and Cindy did a great job on my fill! The gentleman who did my pedicure was very good as well. I'm usually hesitant on a male doing my pedicures because I'm very sensitive but he was very gentle. The salon is very clean and has a relaxing vibe. The cost compared to other salons in the area is excellent!! After checking in on yelp and 10% off....$100 for gel fill with matte top, gel pedicure and eyebrow wax is awesome!! My experience at Pearly Nails & Spa was so welcoming and nice. It was my first time there and I was referred by a friend. My friend and I called same day and was able to secure an appointment pretty much immediately. The staff were all very kind and patient even when I was indecisive. I told my nail tech my vision and she knew exactly what I meant. She took her time to make sure it was exactly how I envisioned. Not to mention very affordable! I was expecting to pay more but I was pleasantly surprised. A new set with this beautiful design only $60! I will absolutely be returning! read more

Had my nails, spa pedicure, eyebrows and eyelashes done by Cindy, she's the owner. She did an outstanding job with all my services. Incredible, impeccable personalized service. They keep the shop spotless, prices are very reasonable and long lasting results. It is a very friendly, relaxed and no judgement zone. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and happy. Second time I'm here, and as I'm currently getting a pedi. My girl started late and seemed to finish at the same time as the other girl. Not only that I was supposed to get a 3min massage and it was enough to rub the lotion up and down my leg then got a hot towel which it didn't say it was included but good to know. I'm done, these ladies care more about a tip then actually doing the job it states they're supposed to do. Which has me question for the prices that are being charged for these pedis are these ladies not getting what's deserved or are they just expecting more for less. read more

I think I got my nails done by the wrong tech. I'm not sure if she's new to this industry but my acrylics were $55 with gel. They only lasted me 6 days. Yes 6 days. I would hope this nail shop would hire experienced techs. Even watching her do the process was painful, I just wanted to grab the acrylics myself and do them. She was very nice, I think middle easter, but not worth 6 days of nails, should have just gotten press on nails. read more

I went in for a Brazilian wax and I haven't got one in yearssss (just shaved). I forgot her name but she made me feel so comfortable. She noticed I was nervous and she kept talking to me to take my mind off the pain. And to make it better, she did small strips and one section at a time. Hi everyone. My name is Cindy and I own my business in Los Angels for 21 years. I had enough of the traffic driving from the IE to LA so I decided to open my shop in Upland. I am experienced in all type of nail care services, waxing, eyebrows waxing for both men and women, tattoos-micro blading, and cluster eyelashes extension. I know that our health is important so I invested in a state of the art ventilation system at my salon to continuously exhaust the fumes, chemicals, and airborne viruses out circulating new air in. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful -- very clean, modern, contemporary, and hygienic. Booking online was also super easy and convenient and pricing was fair and transparent. I was so happy with my experience that I already booked a follow-up appointment for additional treatments. Highly recommend Skin Casa and Alyssa if you're looking for quality care and an amazing overall experience! My only criticism is the rooms aren't sound proof or sealed. They are separated by short walls similar to how bathroom stalls are "open air". So if someone's trying to have a relaxing facial next to someone's first time Brazilian wax appt....could be interesting.

I'm writing this review as I just got home from my sugaring appointment…read more I am a loyal customer and have gone to different estheticians for Brazilian sugaring here - at their old Rancho location, the new Fontana location, and my first time here at the new Rancho location. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at a local nail salon. I showed the staff a picture of the nail design I wanted, and they assured me it was feasible. While my pedicure was being completed, my hands were left soaking in acetone for an hour. When the technician switched to my hands, another employee took over; however, she informed me that she couldn't achieve the design I requested. Despite her efforts, the final result was not what I had hoped for. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the technician suggested I could return the next day for a correction but would need to pay for a color change. I found this to be a bit unfair, though I considered going back nonetheless. During my visits, I also noticed that the staff often conversed among themselves in another language, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. While the salon is conveniently located, I personally felt that the quality of service and concern for customer satisfaction was lacking. This experience has led me to reconsider my choices for future nail care. read more

I got a gift certificate to this place by my family members for my birthday. I never got a pedicure before so why not. I came in and they sat me down within 3 minutes and recommended their Jelly pedicure. Wow! what a great feeling on my feet when I moved them around the jelly. It is invigorating in the warm water and jelly mushiness. Their warm lotion massage and hot towel wrap helped my tired feet fell better. I am amazed that this shop doesn't smell like my friends place in LA. I was told that they installed a state of the art ventilation system to exhaust the fumes, chemicals smells , and airborne germs-viruses out so their clients and technicians can breathe cleaner air. The nail tech did a great job on my feet. For a guy it's weird to have smooth feet and calfs, but I guess this how people pamper themselves for their hard work. Hey! You cannot take money with you to your grave so treat yourself and enjoy your time on the earth. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back here again soon. read more

Pearly nails recently opened in the Upland area and they are amazing. Cindy goes above and beyond for her customers. Her personality and talent truly exceed the norm! Cindy did dip nails on me and she was fantastic. Wendy does my toes and she is so gentle and precise with her work. My toes have never felt better! This is my third time going to Pearly Nails and Spa since they have opened. Everyone in the salon is sweet and amazing! I do not have a single complaint. My nails have been perfect every time!!
