We have also been there for seated dinner style events with Chef's and it has been amazing as well. Last night my Mom and I attended the 40th anniversary screening of the movie Clue and it was amazing! There were rows of seats and I felt we had a good amount of leg room and the seats were not the most comfortable but they worked well for the amount of time we were seated. It was so much fun, the audience was involved and we had a Q&A beforehand which was neat to learn some background of the movie. The venue has plenty of seating out in the happy hour area where you can grab a drink and snacks. Prices were reasonable, popcorn, pretzels, movie snacks, as well as more sufficient foods like pizza, flatbreads, and burgers. Parking is fairly easy in and out. We were coming in just as Angel Stadium was getting out (and it was packed Angel's vs. Dodgers) but entry was still seemless. Great venue, awesome people, and an overall amazing event last night!!!

I originally purchased balcony tickets for myself, my mom, and my sister. My mom is elderly and has difficulty going up and down stairs. When we arrived, a very kind staff member noticed our situation and directed me to Guest Services to see if they could help. They immediately worked with us and moved us to seats that my mom could access without having to climb the stairs. Once we got to those seats, we realized we had another issue. My sister, who has special needs, has wider hips and unfortunately could not comfortably fit in the seat. Instead of making us feel embarrassed or like we were causing a problem, the staff were incredibly understanding, respectful, and attentive. They worked to find another solution and ultimately moved us down to the orchestra area where there were larger seats that worked for my sister. What meant the most to me was how much they genuinely seemed to care that all three of us were comfortable and able to enjoy the show. They didn't just tell us there was nothing they could do--they kept helping until they found something that worked for our family. I wish I had gotten the names of everyone who helped us because they absolutely deserve recognition. Taking care of my elderly mother and my special-needs sister with such kindness and dignity meant more to me than they probably realize. It can be hard to come across truly exceptional customer service, and Segerstrom Center for the Arts went above and beyond for us. I am so grateful. And Beauty and the Beast was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for a beautiful show, a wonderful evening with my family, and most importantly, for treating us with so much compassion and respect. Five stars without hesitation.

My problem is with the service here. I came here on Friday, August 21st. The traffic attendants directed us to walk one way in order to get to the theater. My mom and I then went that one way. When we got to the entrance of the theater, before the security check, one of the female valet/parking/rideshare directors berated both me and my mom saying we couldn't come this way. My mom apologized and she continued to yell at us. We were going through security and more people were going through that same way and nothing was said to them. It put a bad taste in our mouth. Then, when we entered the theater, we went to the merchandise booth, The people working the booth mentioned that there would be more shirts upstairs, so upstairs we went. We went directly upstairs, and we asked the attendants upstairs if there was more merchandise somewhere in the theater. They looked at us like we were stupid and said it's only downstairs, until one of them finally said there might be some more in the orchestra floor. Our saving grace was the worker at the merchandise booth up there. She was super sweet! It really put a bad taste in both my mom and my mouth. I really love this theater, way more than Pantages, but with workers like that, it just put a dulled the whole experience. The best part about the day spent here was the spectacular performance of Phantom of the Opera.

He didn't have multiple outfits like when we saw him at Hollywood Bowl, but it was very entertaining. Our seats were so good that we didn't have to stand the whole time and could still see. Which was quite nice since I'm old now and like to sit. :) We haven't seen a show here since pre-covid so I forgot what a nice place it is. Next year we'll be sure to get show tickets during the fair.

Parking was easy breezy and reasonably priced. After a pit stop and goodbyes to our friends, exiting was equally smooth as most of the crowd had already left. This venue has an intimate vibe with seating being greater than The Greek Theater but much chummier than Hollywood Bowl, when comparing outdoor venues. Its seats were a bit snug, but does that matter if you're up on your feet dancing? What's a little hip bump amongst friends? Sound was great! Full and balanced, it didn't get washed out as it filled the outdoor space. There are some food and beverage vendors, but likely because it's attached to the fair with its gajillion food options, not a wide selection. But, certainly enough to energize you through a concert. Wrist bands are given once your ID has been checked. Interestingly, medics were routinely seen patrolling the walkways while the concert was going. Most of the crowd was...ahem...of an age, so, yeah, I guess this made sense. Even though always available at any venue. I'd just never seen it so readily apparent before. When the concert was over, there was a noticeable police presence inside the venue at exit points, congregation points, and at the gates. This was not a rowdy crowd, so taken altogether, all I can guess is that they take safety and security of their patrons very seriously and in doing so, guard their reputation as a safe and desirable venue. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place. The aisle ways, the walkways, and the restrooms were debris-free and clean. As I mentioned above, we made a pit stop before we hit the road. As anyone who's seen a women's room line knows, it might take a minute. Even with the quick turnover (there are plenty of stalls) a female employee came in with a PE locker room voice loudly saying for us to "hurry it up! Let's go!" A little comedic to us actually, but found impatient by some guests, who shouted back "I'm trying to!" and "Give me a minute!" Pacific Amphitheater, I like you. I'll definitely be back.

Traffic to enter the venue was ugly and slow due to other venue events that were ending as we were entering. I take partial blame for not realizing that Great Park Irvine sent both a text and email to me approx. 7 hours before showtime to advise me of parking and traffic issues that I would encounter. Once we entered, we were both pleasantly surprised that the varied foods and drinks available for purchase. Finding our seats was somewhat aggravating. When I purchased our tickets on-line, it provided the section row and seat numbers. But at this concert, the signage for sections was not very prominent. We had to ask several Symphony volunteers where our section was. We finally stumbled onto the section but where the hell was row 03310??? Turns out that row was more like a table number, with 4 chairs and no seat numbers. Unsure if we had reached the right seating area, we asked some very nice folks sitting at the table next to us if we were in the right location. Yes! we were. My wife and I were quite impressed with the seating that we got for $70 each. We were seated at a round table with a tablecloth on it. The folding chairs we sat on were very comfortable as well. This seating arrangement was very nice for watching a concert in style. Just wish we were hungry, I saw a stand selling charcuterie boards and that would have made the evening that more special for us. After the concert, we waited several minutes for the majority nof the crowd to leave the parking lot. Overall, we really like attending the Pacific Symphony's Outdoor Summer Concert at Great Park Live. Knowing what we learned that night, we can now better plan our next evening concert there.

They allow small clutches or up to a 12x13 clear bag. Our first visit on July 4th was super busy and parking took a while because there were roads closed off, however yesterday's Star Wars concert was really easy to get into with no wait at all for parking. It's very easy to get into the venue and there were ushers showing us to our seats. The VIP section and forward middle areas were all circular tables with chairs so you can eat and drink comfortably while watching the performance. The other seats are foldout style seats in rows with cup holders. The chairs in some areas had little platforms to put your snacks. There are vendors that sell all kinds of food and drink at premium prices but that's expected at these events. There are large screens to view different camera angles of the concert if you are further back and don't have a full clear view of the stage. The sound quality was excellent and the performance was spectacular.

We were able to tour the concert hall and were able to see live musician practice sessions. The concert hall lobby, stage, and the overall building is beautiful. The acoustics and architecture are world class. One thing to note about the concert hall is that strollers are not allowed inside. However they do have kind employees that will help check your stroller for you and will provide an identification tag so that you can retrieve the stroller at the designated storage locations. We are looking forward to returning for a future performance.

I listen to symphony/classical music with a different ear. It is always relaxing, soothing, and calming. Also, let me not forget to mention that I grew up playing the piano very well. That also has something to do with it. The Renée & Henry Segerstrom Hall is the newest addition to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts campus, opening in 2006. I have been to this place 5 times in my life. Each time that I have gone there has been a beautiful experience, top notch, in every way. Great location with so many dining options within walking distance & the Pacific Symphony are glorious, glamorous and amazing to listen to. This hall is GORGEOUS, BEAUTIFUL, & EXTRAORDINARY! It has 4 levels and no matter where you sit, you can see and hear the performance very clearly. The sound system is FANTASTIC!! I have seen/heard Itzhak Perlman, Scandinavian dance performance, couple of Jazz artists like Berry Perkins Bobby Rush, and few others.. On February 7th, a friend of mine invited me to the event "St.Clair Conducts Beethoven & Don Quixote". Tickets started at $33 and up. Our tickets were $108.00 each. I know, pretty steep, but, totally worth it. We were sitting in the orchestra level row U, seats 10 & 11. I can go on and on and on about this wonderful venue, the architecture of the building, but my fingers are now tired, so I will conclude my review by saying that staff are very professional, helpful, ushers will direct/escort you to your seats, parking is $20 and the rest I am leaving it to your own imagination. Pristine, super clean restrooms. Lights off, and enjoy the program:-)!! I wish this place was close to my city/home.

The amphitheater is not really accessible for the physically handicap. Has only one section that is relatively level, rest of the Amphitheater is accessible by stairs or steep and sloped walkways. Bathrooms on both sides and at top are available for the audience. The neat thing about the stage, is that it has a walk way over the orchestra pit, so the performers can walk from the stage to the front row area of the Amphitheater. Some performers will walk into the audience after they leave the stage area. Food trucks are usually adjacent and staff sets up lots of chairs and tables for a nice food experience. Residents are allowed adult beverages ( Alcohol ). Some drink a bit too much. Parking is available around the Amphitheater and the streets. There is no charge to attend and park your vehicle. Basically the concerts are only for residents and their invited guests.

We liked how the neighborhood wasn't as crowded as Brea. The neighborhood was small enough to walk without having complaining kids. They served free hot cocoa, had a live band and even a nice Santa that posed for photos. The sparkle balls are beautiful. Love how the community all comes together to make an enjoyable experience for everyone. Happy holidays!

Me and my boyfriend make a tradition to go see Christmas lights every year. This was our first year…read morecoming to this neighborhood. I love how the families who live in this neighborhood are so friendly just saying hi to everyone. There's even some families who sell desserts or hot chocolate! You can't see Christmas lights without some good hot chocolate! One house even had a mistletoe hung up which I thought was cute. Parking was not bad at all or you can also stay in your car and drive around. I loved seeing all the decorations and some of the houses really go all out!
