The Ranch is a great place with amazing food and the best staff! we have been visiting the Ranch every Thursday since July and a few Fridays and Saturdays as well, and every time we visit we are treated extremely well! I had my daughters birthday here and they went above and beyond to make sure that she had everything she could possibly want from the specific waitress to the perfect tables and the most amazing cake we have ever had, Rich chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling and chocolate frosting,(it was so delicious that my daughter went back a month later and got another cake so she could freeze pieces and eat it later) your amazing visit all starts at Valet. Valet is $6 and very worth it when you have been dancing all night and are to tired to walk to the non valet parking! Brent is in valet and is extremely kind and friendly, he awaits our arrival and always makes sure to have our car waiting for us the moment we are ready to leave! Cover charge is $5 unless its a Friday and Saturday night after 10 p.m. then the cover charge is $10 ( that is because they have a live band starting at 9:30 for your listening and dancing enjoyment) and is paid when you walk in the front door! If you have a coat thats not a problem they have a coat check in the same place you pay for your entrance, it does get quite hot in there if you are dancing! after paying our cover charge we are greeted by Brad, Vince, or Reed who walk us to our reserved table and always come back through out the night to make conversation and make sure that we are having a good time or to see if we need anything or to see how I am doing since I do not dance, but my daughter does all night long! We usually have Ashley as our waitress and she is amazing, she has our drinks ready and waiting for us to arrive and our water or soda glasses are never empty nor do they even get close to empty, she is quick and friendly and always has a smile on her face! If Ashley is not working we have Dina as our waitress! She too will have our drinks waiting and refilled before we even need it, she is always happy to help with anything we may need! Trey is an amazing bartender and will make any drink you want and always has something funny to say or will make conversation with you while he readies your drink. He also turns the Los Angeles Kings hockey games on for my daughter every time they are on because he knows how much she loves hockey and likes to watch the games! Frank and Ray are security and will always make a point to come over and say hi and have a conversation. Security is a very important aspect of the Ranch, they continuously watch the crowed and the dancers, if anything is not as it should be or if someone is not behaving the way they should be one of the security staff will quickly and effectively take care of it. I feel very safe here and never have to worry about my daughter going alone, because I know that they are always watching out for her. The rules are clearly stated on the web site as well as outside the door, if you cannot follow the rules, then just remember you will be asked to leave, its simple follow the rules or don't go to the Ranch. It is all about having a good night and not having to be worried if someone is going to cause a problem or not act properly. The management and security is ALWAYS clearly visible and are always prepared to assist in any way possible! Brad and Vince go out of their way to make sure that we always have a table even when its a last minuet decision to go to the Ranch or even when they are sold out, they always make sure we have a place, as I said before I do not dance, I like to enjoy my time watching my daughter and friends dance and have a good time, and because of this they make sure that I have a great table and a clear view of the dance floor, They are extremely accommodating and are willing to work with you! My daughter takes the free line dance lessons every time we go on Thursdays with Kerry and Saturdays with Shelly, Two of the best teachers so helpful and fun! there are two lesson and begin promptly at 6:30 and 7:30. DJ Leo will then play these again later in the night so you can practice what you learned. DJ Leo is awesome and always makes sure people are having fun and get to dance an even amount of line dances as well as couples dances, if you have a specific song you'd like to hear or a certain dance you want to do, he has a clip board that you can write it on and he will play it sometime through out the night! At the end of the night if you have had to much to drink and feel that you can not drive home or if the staff feel that you are not in a state of being able to drive, then a taxi will be called for you! Safety is important to them and that extends to your drive home! I never thought I would become a "regular" at a place but the Ranch makes you feel so welcome, and will go above and beyond for you, there is no place better! Thank you to everyone at the Ranch! As I told you all last night. in my review. the ranch saloon I certainly went downhill. in its first year it was a classy country night club for middle class Americans who love country music. It is now a drunks bar. Where are your safety is in question any time you're there. They have more than 50,000 dollars worth of cameras watching the customers at all time and yet they let environment incidents take place with impunity. The troublemakers befriend the guards and the manager so they can get away with whatever they want to do. Which is bully other man and sexually assault women. Tonight I'm writing to say that apparently Andrew. has been told about my earlier review. Perhaps over the next week he will change the general manager change of security staff. dan the list of troublemakers that everybody knows prevent security from accepting tips. And actually provide some level of safety for his customers. Andrew and his wife are class acts and once he's been made aware of what has been going on there for the last 8 months. I'm sure they'll be some drastic changes. He's a multi-billionaire and does not need the alcohol money. While I was there the last visit. as I was exploring a lady off the dance floor. hey drunk want to be cowboy and 2 drunk women were standing in the middle of the aisle preventing us to get to our seat. one of the bouncers said to him excuse me let them through. the drunk ignored the bouncer. so I said excuse me sir. and me and the lady squeezed behind the group to our seats. The drunk follow me to my seat Shiancoe really oh really and trying to engage a fight. My first thought was for the safety of the two ladies I had there. So I whisper to him if he didn't back off he was going to be leaving in handcuffs. he started yelling that he was a dick and he didn't care. The bouncer came over and I pointed out that the man was drunk and needed to be showed to the door. follow the bouncer was attempting to do that the manager overruled him. Turns out he was one of his buddies. So the manager than chewed me out for starting a fight without even listening to the girl I was with. what what the bouncer observed. But this me and the lady left and the lady filed a complaint. Which will cause closer scrutiny by the ABC and the Anaheim PD. The entire thing was covered by cameras they could have looked and seen what happened. I had signal with my hand in my hip to the guard at the big mouth was saying he would get a gun out of his truck. On that alone the drunk should have been banned. Imagine if the drunk would have brought a gun and started shooting with three or four hundred people in there. I imagine by next Saturday Andrew Edwards will have fixed the issue. The saying is a fish rots from the head down. New general manager new assistant manager new customer service manager. For employees that are more diversified black white Asian So there is a fair representative of employees to customers. The first year of the ranch it was an excellent place for middle class Americans. There were lots of rules. and they were enforced without favoritism. read more

For the most part, the reviews on here I feel are true. Both positive and negative. The positive on this place is that the food is good. The establishment is beautiful although not well thought out. The Negative, well there's a list. Security should make you feel secure, not intimidated. They are everywhere. Is this necessary? I understand this place is in Anaheim where the crime rate is higher than in most OC cities but for the love of Pete! LOL The DJ, well, it's a DJ. You shouldn't have to pay to listen to a DJ. There is no place to sit. Let me rephrase that, there's no place to sit unless you are lucky enough to get there early, cover your bar stool with your coat, place a coaster on your drink and have a friend stay while you use the restroom or hit the dance floor. Or, you may reserve one of the $250.00 minimum tables. It's like that. The Reserved area looks great empty. We were trying to find a place to sit or stand and when we did, security asked us to move. Went around the whole Ranch and couldn't find anything available other than the smoking section. We circled around a few more times and stopped to figure out what to do and the same security asked us to move again, except this time he had a little nasty tone to his voice. I asked where we could stand and not break any rules and he suggested I circle a few more times until we found a place. Felt like looking for parking spot at the mall during the Holidays. You can park way out back and walk a mile (Smoking Section outside) Or you can circle around the Ranch till you get lucky and arm wrestle another patron for the same spot he was stalking as well. The place wasn't that busy as you would think, there's just nowhere to stand or sit. Trying to get a drink is another chore at The Ranch, which I'm thinking is a good thing since drinks are priced stiff, but poured weak. Mr. Edwards I think his name is, is a bossy pants when it comes to his dance floor that he allows you to dance on. On the night I was there, he also went on stage and pointed his finger and directed the crowd. LOL I don't know how to line dance or two step, but I would never try it here in fear that I might break a rule. But I love to dance that's for sure. I will not attempt to return to this place. This place does not make you feel welcomed. Based on reviews I've read, Mr. Edwards only focuses on the negative reviews by responding to them, all the time ignoring the five star reviews from people that enjoyed his establishment. He defends his actions and almost belittles the reviewer that is simply stating his/her opinion. I wonder what kind words will he have for me? I don't Yelp and never have, but my night at "The Ranch" forced me to open up an account and inform the public of my experience. Such excitement and anticipation, just to walk out of The Ranch totally disappointed. As a reasonable level headed person I am very suprised I am writing this review. In fact this is the first review I have ever written. I have literally never had such a personally insulting experience as I had at the ranch. We went for a birthday and reserved a table. We came with boots and a great attitude and were really looking forward to having a great time. My wife and the birthday girl went to two step on the dance floor and because they weren't pro's they were pulled off the dance floor and told to come back for lessons. Obviously our group was a little upset because we came to the ranch to dance and celebrate a birthday. While I can actually understand that the dance floor needs a certain amount of regulation to allow skilled line dancers to enjoy themselves, the way that managent handled the situation was just terribly rude and low class. As a concerned husband I asked to speak to the manager. Shortly thereafter one of the "mangers" came up and said that if we had a problem we could leave. Shocked we agreed. On our way out we sort of shook our heads and exited the establishment. As we went into the parking lot the owner followed us out and identified himeslf. At first we were relieved that the establishment actually did care about the customer experience. We said that the band was great and our waitress was wonderful but our experience in general was horrible. He then proceeded to say that the rules laid down in this place were his and my wife and birthday girl were way out of control on the dance floor. Mind you they had had maybe two drinks and the only "out of control" aspect of there dance floor moment was having untrained line dancing skills. We mentioned that we bought a table, spent a lot of money and just wanted to have a good time for a birthday. We were simply a little disappointed. He proceeded to say that he doesn't care about money or if we had a good time. It's his club that he owns outright and if we come there we will abide by his rules. He actually followed us out into the parking lot to tell us this. Wow. Pardon me, but how arrogant and pretentious could you be? No wonder the service was so horrible. If this is the message sent down from the owner it is not suprising it is a cluture of poor service and arrogance. Honestly, if we were out of control, picking fights, or very drunk I would not blame the management for having an issue with our group. But this was truly not the case. I have much better things to do than write some obscure review, but in this situation the treatment was so egregious that I feel I must put something in writing. The place is awkward. It is located in an office building in an industrial park. As soon as you walk up to the door you are immediately greeted by a frowning staff. I did not see a smile until I saw a bartender. The place looks nice inside but the dance floor is very small and cramped . This place tries to maintain an upscale atmosphere but right away you feel like your at a cheap concert with cheap concert security. Not very classy or professional. Most professional security personel working in a "Upscale" establishment would be low key,friendly and dressed in a nice suit. Not wearing faded black pants and shirts with big ugly letters that say "STAFF" on the back while walking around with a "Tough Guy " Attitude. Some are walking around with full gear belts w/handcuffs ect. The "Security" here seem to be the one's blocking the isles, interrupting customers and causing a distraction by flashing their light in customers faces. The guy who owns this place has taken allot of flak on YELP. It does not help when he disrespects and argues with customers who post unflattering reviews on here. I wanted to see if he was the ego maniac everyone says he is. After observing him all evening I watched the owner in the best booth sit by himself while customers were crowded and herded around the building. Advice - Move your special "VIP" booth to the very back of the room, Maybe in the corner? Or just stay home. Looks bad for you sitting there my friend! At one point the owner jumped on stage with the band and took over the singing from the singer and bombed Alan Jackson "Should've been a cowboy" I watched as one of his manager's wandered around on the dance floor, taking intrusive close up flash pictures of people trying to dance, It looked awkward and slightly embarrassing ... Another example of how the staff there is trying to be the center of attention. It never stops. I suddenly realized that this is not really a Country Bar or a Saloon at all. It seems more like a circus atmosphere where the owner is "The Ring Master" and the management and "security" team are the clowns. The music and the dancing are the sideshow..The perception of this place could change in a positive direction if the owner and his "Security " understood the industry a little better.. We do not go there to see you, Sorry ! Treat the good hard working folk's who visit like a guest and not a customer. That might help. So when people do visit they can enjoy themselves. Unfortunately None of us will ever be going back..Once was enough.I heard the food was good. Maybe we should have went to the restaurant instead. read more

The Ranch Saloon has become a big part of my life during the last year and a half. I used to go to In Cahoots but heard about this place and figured I would give it a try. I am now a regular and cannot imagine going anywhere else! I love any chance I get to bring new people in to support this place and am always telling everyone to check it out. From the first time I stepped into the Saloon, I instantly felt at home and was welcomed by many of the staff members. The place is tastefully rugged and well kept. The bar food is delicious and the menu has a large variety. Eddie and Trey are great bartenders and very attentive to everyone (not just the girls). They run around working hard all night long. Pitchers of water are left out on the bar and you are welcome to help yourself at anytime, just like you would at a friend's house. I have experienced The Ranch Saloon in a variety of ways: I've been there by myself, with small groups, large groups, with my nieces and nephews on family night, and even with my grandparents! My friends finally warmed up to the place and instead of me dragging them along, they now suggest that we go there and love it as much as I do. I have made new friends that are also regulars. Most importantly: 6 months ago, I met the man that I am going to spend the rest of my life with and I owe it all to The Ranch! Yes, it is crowded and it can be difficult to find somewhere to set your drink down on busy nights. The dance floor gets crowded because they have amazing live bands that make people want to get out there and stomp around! I have seen them politely (and I stress the word polite) ask people to move off the dance floor and I have seen a very small amount of people escorted out. My own friends have been asked to leave the dance floor and for good reason. I didn't get all upset; they have specific rules to ensure the safety of their clients and to make sure everyone has a fun and safe night. Steve, Brad, Vincent and the entire staff are extremely friendly, helpful and considerate. I have the upmost respect for each and every one of them. They provide a safe environment for me to enjoy a nice evening out and I actually enjoy spending my money at a place that I believe in. I reserved a table for the first time this week and immediately had a confirmation email. The next day another email arrived that very clearly outlined the policies and procedures that come with reserving a table. As always, I look forward to many more fun evenings at The Ranch Saloon. If you want to have fun expressing yourself while you line dance, this is not the place you want to be. Rules and restrictions. They suck the life out of line dancing. It's like this saloon and dance hall is managed by an angry old nun. We were there for a friend's birthday party. We each paid $50 for the right to occupy a table and that is probably why they didn't kick us out. First I'll say that we enjoyed our server and the security guys who stopped to talk with us. They really seemed to enjoy us. My hamburger was excellent but $27 excellent? I'll have to think about that. We are experienced line dancers and tend to add some creative fun to the standard line dances. We met some nice people on the dance floor who seemed to enjoy us. The line dance lesson was slow and tedious and took up about 45 minutes to teach "Going Ham", a basic dance. We sat and got bored and played "Head Space". FINALLY the instructor finished talking (she did more talking than actual teaching) and we could dance. But. They didn't appreciate our expression of the dance. Who can dance "Going Ham" without asking "How deep?" The live band started at 8:30. The singer had a good voice and the band was good. They played 90% two step songs, which is typical and wasn't a big deal. We looked forward to the bands breaks so we could line dance. But Noooooo. Ms DJ played MORE two step songs and freestyle dance. We were not allowed to line dance during freestyle. Security asked us to leave the floor. He was polite explaining why we couldn't line dance during freestyle. We didn't see the problem because people started joining in with us. We went back to our table and entertained ourselves. We asked Ms DJ why they couldn't do line dance songs during the break. She told us that she had a set list of songs and that her manager would not allow change. We were told to wait until 11:30 when the band was finished and we would be able to line dance to our hearts content. Liar liar! We complained some more. Ms DJ came out and told us to do THEIR version of the line dances and to not add any moves. Excuse me! We know how to stay within the dance while adding a little extra. Dance is all about expression and FUN. We waited and waited. Ms DJ played more two step and freestyle with less than 20 people on the dance floor. Pay attention Ms DJ! PLAY TO THE CROWD! Line dancers fill the floor. You sucked the fun out of this very expensive evening. read more

This place is great! I have no idea why Paul wrote a review because he only based it off of 1 night of music! Let me narrow it down for you folks that are interested... FOOD... AMAZING! Definietely try the Yellowtail fish tacos, you will NOT be disappointed. The nachos are also great especially if they cost $5. SERVICE... EXCELLENT! Our bartender knew what he was doing and was very courteous. The waitresses were very friendly and willing to help. The cashiers greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing when we walked in. MUSIC.... DJ Leo did a great job! Considering this place hasn't even been open for a whole week, please remember that every place that opens will have to do some trial and error and also go off of the crowd that is there. I'm assuming Paul is an older guy who was there while all the 21 year olds with half shirts were walking around and requesting the newer music to be played. THE DJ TAKES REQUESTS AND WILL PLAY WHAT YOU ASK!!! No one should be upset with any kind of music especially if the place takes requests. :) Am I right? PRICING... Very REASONABLE! I work less than 40 hours a week at minimum wage and am able to afford this place. That should say something considering I am broke. The most expensive thing on the menu FOOD wise are the fish tacos which cost $15. I also noticed they serve wine that is not available elsewhere. CLEANLINESS... This place is IMMACULATE! The bathrooms are spotless and if you've ever been to Incahoots than you'll probably never go back. Incahoots should be shut down due to their lack of cleanliness. YUCK! SECURITY... I had no problem with security. THe guy checking ID's was surprisingly nice when he asked to see my identification. This was a first for me considering ALMOST every security guy or bouncer I have met seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Also some quick tips.... This place opens at 5:30 but if it's raining or cold outside they will open their doors early which I think is very considerate and they don't have to do that. Cover charge starts at 7pm and ends at midnight. It's only $5 to get in. POLICE OFFICERS, FIREFIGHTERS, MILITARY get in for FREE!! Tell your friends :) I HOPE THIS HELPED OUT. How do I even start, this place is unbelievable. I am a lover of country music and I did hear good things about this place, boy did that change. One evening I went with my mother and her friend to grab a couple drinks and a bite to eat and maybe a little dancing. Everything was good up until we went to the dance floor. There is nothing stating: we ABSOLUTELY have to line dance, so as we're having a good time dancing, I go to the bathroom and come back to no one. I start looking for them, only to see they are outside. I asked what happened,"why did you leave?". Come to find out some body guard kicked them off the dance floor saying,"you can't dance like that you need to leave."Seriously? I thought this was a free country, if there are rules then post them! Don't just kick people out because they are not following your "standards". We are human beings, we are different, not one person is the same as the other. So tell me why this place believes having fun is only one way, why are we wrong? I could understand if they were grinding but they weren't. The only thing was, they were not line dancing. To make things even worst, the same man said under his breath "this isn't a Mexican dance". The hell?!? Who do you think you are! First of all, NO ONE was dancing as if we were listening to banda, second one of us is irish. So wtf? Never felt so disrespected, and it wasn't even me who it was said to. My mother was speechless and hurt, couldn't help but feel a violation to our civil rights. Don't know what that man's problem was but he definitely should learn respect and know how to be cordial. Was fortunate to try this place out on opening night! WOW! I didn't expect it from the location but we love trying new places in O.C. and was impressed by the website. The website doesn't give this place enough justice for how amazing it is! The food was AMAZING!!!!!!! The price was very reasonable! (Hard to find that combination in this economy)!. Sat with my spouse and our son. The restaurant has a very classy atmosphere without feeling stuffy or stuck up! Waiter was extremely attentive and always checked in on us (though the place was PACKED)! Food was so good and came out hot! (Love the fact you can see into the kitchen.... great element!). Chef did a great job and sent many compliments! Seeing that it was their official opening night... It felt like it's been around forever... the staff was perfect and attentive! Our son was a bit fussy for something to eat and they gave him a little lobster mac n' cheese to appease him! I live up near Orange Hills Restaurant and this place is only 15 minutes away with side streets. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommending this restaurant to all our friends (in fact, our dear friend will be coming tomorrow for the food and then line dancing at The Salon). I come from Europe to visit California for 5 years now. So, since it was my 33rd birthday, me and my friends decided to do something different and went for line dancing. Such a dissapointment: 1. there were no tables available anywere (if u dont pay up front), so no appetizers were avaible either 2. 10$ charge at the entrance (as the bouncer tells u to go to the left in a really not polite may) 3. there is no place to stand, since the 100 bouncers they have will tell u to move every 5 minutes! 4. if u dont know how to line dance, dont even bother to try it..or to get to the dance floor..u will be kicked out! 5. if u dont have a MALE partner u cant dance on the dancefloor either! 6. if u try to dance something else than line dancing, U WILL BE KICKED OUT AGAIN! 7. and if u have more than 4 drinks and seem tipsy (I mean, it was my bday!!!) u WILL GET KICKED OUT OF THE CLUB FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!!!!! CONCLUSION: this is a terrible ''nazi", ''extremly" republican club! nothing is ALLOWED!! Wtf who is this new manger Alfredo??! We came from a Cody Johnson concert which ended at 11. We arrived at 11:15 and were told no one can come in because they were closing at 12. Why would you decide to close your doors when you have thousands of people coming from a concert to spend more money, I'm disappointed because I have been coming here more than 10 years to support this bar. I know the security and all I was told is Alfredo made the call to close down the bar early. So maybe you should get rid of this Alfredo dude cause he just lost you a lot of patrons and sales for tonight. One more thing to add as we were standing outside waiting for our Uber, I mentioned if we can at least use the restroom, but we were told we wouldn't be able to but "Alfredo" made another call saying no one can use the restroom even if we were being escorted by a friend who is security. We will never come back to this establishment, Fire Alfredo and get someone who cares about their guests and welcomes people to your establishment this is not a club. read more

Shame on you, second time shame on me!!! I come from far to be there at the ranch. I had a horrible expiernce there, so I decided to leave the bar! On my way out I happened to see a security and manager. I let them know exactly what happened and pointed out the males that were bothering us. And they did nothing!!!!!!! The manager said I was lying and goodbye and to return to where I came from???. He did nothing!!!!!! He was completely rude and arrogant. From now on I will continue to go to Montana's in San Dimas, and never waste my time or money driving all the way to Anaheim just to be treated with such disrespect! The people there are not even friendly! And dont forget! you'll get kicked off the dance floor if you dont know how to line dance! I recently hosted a gathering of 15 people at the Ranch Saloon for a night of country dancing, food and drinks, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The reserved seating was perfectly arranged, accommodating our group comfortably. The staff at the Ranch Saloon went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. They were attentive, quick to respond to our needs, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making our evening special. The ambiance of the saloon was lively yet cozy, providing the perfect backdrop for our get-together. The food and drinks were excellent, with a great variety to choose from. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous. Our entire group left satisfied and impressed. A big thank you to the Ranch Saloon team for making our night memorable. I went to the Ranch on Saturday night, and we had dinner in the restaurant. After, we went into the bar, to have a few drinks and dance. But there were no open tables and the isle ways are so policed to keep clear for the employees to move through, there is literally nowhere to stand and have a drink between dances. Everywhere I stood, I felt it was not the right place to be. Either you are being asked to move by patrons or the help is rushing by delivering drinks etc. If you don't have a table or if you don't dance all night, they have no where you can be. I don't know all the line dances so while they are played I feel like I am always in someone's way. I left after two dances. Just too uncomfortable feeling Too much policing by the staff. This place is racist AF. My husband and I were dancing and they came to him to pull him out of the line. They said he stole drinks when we were just dancing and talking with the people around us. He bought a round for a friend. The friend bought a round for him. We went to dance. That's literally all that happened. They said they needed to "check the cameras" and came back out 20 minutes later saying that it was on camera. When we asked him to show us because it NEVER happened. He refused. Absolutely terrible experience! We chose this restaurant to celebrate a dear friend's 40th birthday, expecting a great evening, but it was completely ruined by the saloon manager, Alfredo Ramirez, who was unprofessional and discriminatory. After spending a significant amount on dinner, we were inexplicably denied entry to the saloon for no reason. The saloon manager seemed to be doing it just to flex his authority, treating us with condescension and dismissiveness. It was unpleasant, frustrating, and completely uncalled for. If you're looking for a place that values its customers, this is NOT it. Avoid at all costs! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I was in line waiting to get in to the bar. A group came out and were talking to the owner (I knew it was the owner because he announced it). Looks like they were upset with their tab or something. The owner screamed that he didn't care about their money and that they could leave and never come back. Red flag... That was my first experience with this place. We went in and it was pretty crowded. Band was good. Service was super bad. Bouncers were like the Gestapo. You couldn't dance if you didn't know the country line dance. Crowd wasn't that great. Bar tenders were jerks. This place sucks. Honestly didn't want to buy drinks bc I didnt want to contribute money to this place. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like dirt. read more

Seems like the owner / "President " is out of touch with common customer service practices and spends way to much time talking as well as constantly making excuses for horrible service and employees poor behavior. His follow up comments on here show that. When someone makes a critical comment he does not agree with he will go into attack mode. Make misleading statements defending his massive ego.Attacking customers is never good for business. This place will get new customers but will not be able to keep them. He is more focused on his "idea" of a good time and less focused on building a place where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Places like this come and go quite often. read more
