*Review is for Take-Out Only* On a recent visit to Greenville, we were in the mood for some solid thin crust pies and happened upon this place on, you guessed it, Yelp...so here we are! Located away from it all, on Stallings Road across from the Ingles sits this little pizza shop with small town character and prices, and big city taste! While the pizza wasn't the best I had ever had, it was a high quality and overall solid pie for the price! Ordering - I called in and was helped by a nice young lady. She was friendly and helpful from start to finish of our conversation. Ordering was a breeze. Food - In addition to the pizzas, we started our meal with the bread knots. For $2.99 I was expecting far less than what we got! You get (8) full sized bread sticks that have a knot tied into them, these aren't your chain-pizza "knots"...each knot is coated with oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese, and I mean coated! When we first opened the box we thought they mistakenly gave us cinnamon sticks, but luckily for us they didn't! The knots are served with a garlic butter sauce or marinara. We went classic marinara, solid choice. The knots were soft, chewy yet firm. I will say that the oil may have been a little much, as a few of the knots were over-dressed and soggy. Pizzas - As mentioned, we got (2) pizzas, both 10" pies. We had one pepperoni and beef, and one ham an mushroom. Both pizzas were exactly what we were after at the start of the night! The toppings were just enough, the sauce was light and the crust was crispy. Solid thin crust pizzas! Price - GOOD! In addition to the knots only being $2.99, the pizzas were priced really well too, especially for what you get! The 10" pizzas are $6.49 at base, which gets you cheese and sauce. To add toppings its only $.80/per. So, this means that we each got our own six slice two topping thing crust pizza for less than $8.50. We wasn't mad at it! Pick up - Easy! Walked in and up to the counter, stated the name and was handed my order. The folks working were helpful and friendly from entry to exit. Overall, we had a good experience here and when we make our way back to GVL, this place is on the short list of spots to hit! read more

We have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally placed a good sized order tonight. The "garlic" knots have zero garlic or garlic powder on them. They were terribly bland. The cheese pizza was awful, tasted like chain pizza. The pepperoni was ok, still not that good. Finally, we ordered chicken fingers and fries for our daughter. The chicken was usual kids meal quality, however the steak fries were the best thing we've eaten from there. read more

The service here has really gone downhill recently. We came in a couple of weeks ago and the girls at the counter greeted us as if we'd brought them the plague. As soon as we ordered they told us the oven was broken and it would be at least an hour. We opted to leave. Tonight I ordered carry out. Baked spaghetti and a pizza. After a 45 minute wait, I was told they made me lasagna. They asked me if I wanted them to fix it or if I'd just eat the lasagna. Great local pizzeria! Love this place. It's not "hip" so no crazy pizzas with arugula and pig belly. Sorry, millennials. But consistently they use fresh, quality ingredients--no canned mushrooms! And have great classic recipes. Salad Dressings are made fresh in house and are so good! And it's no fuss. I feel comfortable coming in yoga pants with 3 rowdy kids. I had high hopes ordering Delivery from this Pizza joint going off the reviews I read. I wish I could say the same thing as those reviews but I can't. Placing my order was easy and the lady on the phone seemed nice at first but soon became annoyed with me (which could be understanding since I took a minute to find our hotel address) before hanging up on me she left a sarcastic comment that left me feeling kind of bad but I brushed it off and moved on... Hey the food will be good right?....LOL...that was not the case. After waiting 45 minutes for my food to arrive I was sorely dissapointed to find out the pizza was warm but...just meh.. I ate a couple slices but really it just wasn't great like I hoped. The Conolli was even worse... I could only take one bite of the disgusting pastry. I'll be honest I've never had a Conolli before but my friend who has had plenty before and who also tasted it also turned up her nose at the thing. I grew up in Greenville, and I swear there's only a few good pizza spots around, this being in my top two!! I got a pizza from here the other night, and it tasted just like old times. The pizza is delicious but the service is awful! I ordered a pizza to go and sat and waited. It's a Friday night and they were super busy but the wait got longer and longer. After 45 minutes I went up to ask about my pizza and low and behold she brings it from the back. It had been done for who knows how long and no one bothered to call my name. I asked her how long had it been ready and she shrugged. I told her my pizza was no longer hot and she said "it's kept under a heat lamp." Not acceptable! I'm now home having to heat my pizza in the oven so it's actually hot. I've gotten hotter pizzas by delivery than this. I'm so disappointed. I hope managements sees this. Ive had take out here before and thought it was good, however, the dinning room tonight was a different experience all together. The staff was friendly and helpful. The menu was confusing and they seemed to have add on's with stuff you purchase. The drink machine was lacking carbonation. I told the staff about it and they said they have had some problems with it but really could tell me what the problem was or could fix it. We just chose the sweet tea instead. The dinning room was kinda messy when we arrived but they soon started cleaning the tables. The food was good, but not worth the high prices. Actually we could have split the calzone. The smelly dumpster on the side of the building was in rare form. I hope the owner actually reads these. Maybe with a little tweaking it can return to a top knotch place. read more

I have lived here all my life and tried every pizza place in and around Greenville. I love this place. The have so many varieties, it is difficult to choose what size, what crust and what toppings! The 22 oz. meat lovers can fill the whole family.They always have coupons to redeem and accept competitors. We ordered carry out. When my husband got there to pick up, the girl said they had nothing in our name. My husband was told that it would be 45 minutes for our order. The manager had it made up and delivered but they were still wrong in charging us plus we gave the driver a tip because it was not her fault. They won in the long run.
