The beer options are okay for GF but there are additional items that are gluten friendly (they add an enzyme to the beer to remove 99.9% of the gluten). We have been here twice now, once just for beers and the most recent time for pizza. Service and ambiance were great, very cool that you can walk around Unity park before or after coming here. We loved sitting outside on the patio to people watch. I would probably not recommend this place just for the beer, we both thought they missed the mark on the styles that we ordered so we ended up grabbing a beer at community tap after. I was really unimpressed with my visit. The food was way too salty, the staff was not very friendly and it seemed like nothing was working correctly in the game area. Awesome brewery in Greenville. I was in Greenville for a Saturday afternoon and decided to try out this brewery. Large selection of different types of draft beer on tap. The Valhalla juicy IPA was my favorite so I picked up a 4 pack to go. I also ordered the Italian pizza and it did not disappoint. Showed up for Thursday trivia tonight! Our first time here. The vibe is kind of ... quiet. At first they didn't know if they'd even do trivia, but had at least 3 groups (4)... so they did have it. Ordered 2 pints + 2 pizzas. $15 for a pint and a pizza. The pizzas came out quickly and were surprisingly tasty. Nice crust. Nice sauce. Nice cheese. Would definitely come pick up a pizza again. I had a cider. Decent cider. Husband had a beer. He said it was a decent beer. But it was kind of a boring vibe for us overall. If I had just had a long hard day, and I wanted somewhere quiet to chill ... This MIGHT be a spot I'd choose. But I don't know that I would choose to hang out here with friends or for a fun night. They are on the Swamp Rabbit Trail so you can walk or bike there... They have a small area where they can cook pizza, etc. so the place is good for a meal. We came in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was empty.... It should NOT have been. We had great service, AMAZING food, and the music they were playing was top notch. Pangea has always had great pizza. The beer is hit and miss, but the food is always good, and the service has always been top notch every time I have visited. If I could give a zero star I would. I'm disgusted at their disrespect to customers. We decided to take my family, 2 young daughters and parents from out of town here for my birthday dinner and trivia. I've been several times and wanted to share that with them. After spending over $80 on their pizza and beer for the adults, our kids insisted they wanted Mac and cheese. I bought kids Mac and cheese and fries from next door (since they don't offer that on their menu). Upon returning and setting the food out, a waitress explained that they have a strict no outside food policy and that if we didn't put it away, she would take it. My husband went outside with the kids for them to finish their food. She again went to the patio and demanded they couldn't eat it there. They moved to the sidewalk and she proceeded to take the kids food and my husbands beer. This ensued in a very upset husband, crying kids and us leaving promptly. On my birthday none the less. We will no longer spend money with you and will continue to eat at Sidewall that has better pizza and offers customers a free birthday pizza. They at least no how to treat their paying customers. My kids are now crying and eating a sandwich at home. A very memorable birthday. Just disgusted with an awful experience in my home town where we enjoy supporting local. read more

A fun brewery to go to and kid friendly! There is a little coloring station for kids. We didn't try any of the food but it looked so dang good. The staff is really friendly too. I didn't drink any beer because I was pregnant at the time but my husband got some of their beer and liked it. The decor in this place is really fun and adorable. They also have a few non alcoholic drinks I saw on the menu before we left and I wish I would of seen them earlier to taste but I will try that next time! read more

A very nice place! It was Oktoberfest when we went, and everyone was dressed appropriately. Their Festbier and Oktoberfest we're both delicious. The Oktoberfest was one of the best Marzens I've had outside of Germany. They have a really nice variety of options with wines and beers. There is plenty of indoor seating, and they have a couple TVs that they offered to set the station for us. They also have some really nice outdoor seating that is right off the swamp rabbit trail. The best value that you are getting here is the ambiance, both inside and outside, and the drinks. I think they might want to go back to the drawing board on the pizzas. I have been here a handful of times. The pizza is quite good, when you can get it. Kitchen closes super early, and if there are 4+ people in the entire place(typical crowd), expect that pizza to take an hour. Don't bother ordering it in advance through their website, it won't help. While you wait for the pizza, or your patience to run out, try a beer. After all, brewing company, right? The staff will not overwhelm you with knowledge, but will gladly spin around a screen that will not only ask for a tip ranging from 18% low to 25% high, it will also ask for a charitable donation for a charity the staff has some trouble explaining. They will tell you that the hazy/juicy sells well, and that your pizza that was ordered an hour ago is on the way. Hang tight. The beer (depending on style) isn't bad. Not always right to style, but generally interesting. Problem is, every single one is lacking carbonation. They simply taste flat. Ask the staff why, don't expect an answer that makes any sense. However, they will assure your pizza is on the way. End of the day. Pizza is surprisingly good if you have the patience of a saint. You will go nuts trying to figure out why you can count more employees than customers, and try and ascertain certain "house rules" as well as service times. While enjoying your pizza, you have something to talk about. read more

After hearing people talk about it, this was my first time going to Pangaea. Unfortunately, there were many issues. My friend and I told the lady we ordered with we wanted to split a pizza. Then when we eventually got our pizzas, we had two different ones, and we were then told they couldn't split our pizza. We feel like we should have been told that from the very beginning because we would have adjusted our order. The lady ran both of our cards, but when we went to close out (we only had pizza and water), we found out she didn't correctly run our cards. The manager on duty did take care of this issue for us, which was very nice of him. When my friend and I ordered, we were very displeased by the drink choices. We don't drink, and the non-alcoholic choices were not of our taste. We thought getting water out of a jug was a little disgusting. We wish there had been at least Sweet Tea, Sprite, or Coke. My friend and I were quite frustrated with the wait we had for our pizza. My friend eventually got up to ask the lady where we ordered when our pizza would be ready. She went to check on it. It had been sitting for over 10 minutes, ready for us. The person said they buzzed us, but our beeper never went off. Our pizza was good, but it would have been excellent had it been fresh out of the oven. Overall, I do not know if I will go back.
