The pizza was good, however the price is hard to justify. The list of specialty pizza to me are amazing and the Washington Heights by description is some of my favorite on a topping, however I didn't a quality difference between this and your other local pizza spot. I am going to try again at some point, but $33 (tip included) for a large specialty pizza is hard to get yourself to come back to when nothing in particular stood out. Will definitely update when the time comes and I'd love to be wrong. read more

First time customer. It was small, but a great experience. I've seen some complaints about lack of seating, but it's NY pizza. There's not even supposed to be seating in a true NY experience. We were excited to try the place out since we know another location of theirs is opening called Downtown Pizza (which will be located across from the courthouse In Spartanburg). This place did not disappoint. I loved everything I had. I look forward to trying their new location opening soon. read more

Great New York style pizza. Their crust is thin and chewy. It was made fresh in about 20 minutes at 2pm on a weekday. The toppings were plentiful and delicious, we got a large Forest Hills; sausage and mushroom and a small Astoria; topped with fresh veggies and Kalamata olives. The sauce and cheese were excellent. Tasty pizza pies. Olivia's is mostly takeout, though there are four teeny tables to eat at a pinch. Soft drinks available to drink. Olivia's is new and clean. The food is five star worthy, but I'd love two big picnic tables rather than four plastic two tops. read more

It's good pizza, but not top tier - which would be Pizza Parcheggio or Little Italy (for me) and I know others have partiality to Myles or Belladina, etc. This is partially due to the pizza itself, flavor-wise and the expectation relative to the price point. To the latter, Pizza Parcheggio is expensive, but it never fails in flavor, and therefore, value. Olivia's is easy to order online. It is located in the former Tony's Pizza on South Pleasantburg and the style is Brooklyn, NY style, thin crust. I ordered the hot honey pizza, small, which is called the "Washington Heights." Small is 12 inches. The idea with a hot honey pizza is the sweet from the honey, the saltiness contrast from the pepperoni and a bit from the cheese and the heat from the hot honey. This was just one note, sweet. There wasn't much heat at all. A coworker who is very heat adverse tried a slice and confirmed there was no heat for her. I am a fan of the heat, and I know not to expect too, too much from the hot honey, but I did expect something. It was lunch on a Tuesday. My order was placed around 11:30 ish and reported ready targeted at 11:49AM. It takes me five minutes round trip to get here and back from work. I REALLY wanted this to work out. Crust was chewy, cooked well but still the slight limp sag, not particularly crunchy, and the overall bite was very sweet. Like I said, not really bad, but not really next level. And for the 12 inch, it was $19 plus tax, so $20.52 for the pie. I really pull for the local guys, the underdog, but you have to deliver on the product. At the time of my order, my order was listed as Order # 2. I may try this again some day and go with a savory option, but when I consider cost/benefit on pizza, and that means I'm not cheap but it has to be good, this falls below par for now. Hopefully, they will gain some traction and I can try another day. read more

Came in late one night and wanted to sit down In the dining room .... Met with the upmost respect and hospitality we sit down .... Before the pizza is delivered the very helpful young lady at the front of the store taking orders brings us out two slices of an amazing pizza to try (margarita) incredible While we waited followed by a super fast pizza made to perfection! (Bay ridge) while eating the owners mother brings us out some tiramisu and man was it the perfect consistency this entire experience was such an eye opening to what customer service is supposed to be to stay on top of the game thank you Haley for the hospitality and amazing customer service Fellas in the back make a hell of a pizza ! read more

Not sure how this place has such a strong rating. Went there for lunch and spent $18 on a small one-topping pizza and a can of soda. Having spent 50 years in the NY area, there is nothing "New York" about it. Crust and sauce have no flavor. Overloaded with cheese, and not in a good way. You'd be better off throwing a DiGiorno in the oven. Greenville is not exactly known for great pizza. Unfortunately this place doesn't change that. read more

Came here expecting what is being told to us customers as very good NY style pizza. Pizza was very soft and hardly stayed together. There really was barely a taste. Def would not say it's good pizza but quick pizza in case of a dinner emergency. About 3 tables only to sit and they don't sell by the slice. Food also was luke warm. Excellent REAL NY STYLE PIZZA !! The crust was perfect , the right amount of toppings, and super sweet and helpful girl behind the counter. I kind of gave up looking for good NY style pizza around this area. But soooo glad I took a chance with this place. I met a customer while there who lives 30 min away and drives here for the pizza and knots! He was kind enough to share one of his knots with me and I'm glad he did. I decided to give Olivia's a try because it was recommended on Facebook. I ordered a large cheese and a small pepperoni. The crust on the cheese pizza was super thin. I didn't feel like I ate anything substantial after eating a slice. The cheese and sauce were good and complimented each other nicely. The crust on the pepperoni was thicker and that helped make the pizza easier to hold and eat. Service was quick and ordering online was easy. Overall, I will probably stick with my usual NY style pizza place as the value, taste, and crust are better in my opinion. read more

Service and food were good. Pizza was just not as expected. It was definitely more thin and crispy, not what I consider New York style. Very crisp, not chewy crust at all. Also, getting a supreme style with multiple ingredients required an expensive addition of ingredients. This made the pizza little expensive for what you get.
