    Vegan "Cheesy" Bread

Music bingo night on Thursday's. Always a solid play. Eclectic pizza spot with great pie. Slightly loud as it's an old workshop but a great experience nonetheless. Service is always on point whether I'm at the location in Charleston or Greenville. Tonight we tried an appetizer and two pies. 1. Vegan "Cheesy" Bread - This is killer. They managed to keep the "fake" cheese stringy and full of flavor. Pairs nicely with the marinara they provide for sauce! 2. The Chauncinator - Marinara base, fresh mozz, double pepperoni and fresh basil. Think that speaks for itself. It was *chef's kiss*. The 10 inch fed me with leftovers to spare. 3. In Bianco - Olive oil & garlic base. Fresh mozz, ricotta and spinach. Got it without the spinach but I'm sure it's still great! The ricotta dollop on top is a great touch as it compliments the flavors well. Will definitely be back here soon!

Came here today after church. Nice little spot, lots of room to sit outside if you want and let the kids play. The salad was amazing and we ordered a large pizza. Neat little spot right before you get to downtown.

Nice fun spot. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is nice and unique. They had musical bingo going on when I was there but we opted out to play. Pizza is very good. I really liked their supreme pizza. Nice portion of toppings and the sauce was good. Their garlic breadsticks were thin and crispy.

The staff at D'Allesandro's are so efficient and friendly: makes a huge difference. The space is really great too. Outdoor green space for kids, huge covered patio, which is amazing, and open to the inside with a large pull-up door. They spring for live music now and then, which is a huge bonus, have beer and wine, and parking is easy (yay!). They also deliver within 3 miles. Oh and I forgot to say the pizza is really good! This is a North Main neighborhood gem. . . a great hangout!

Hidden behind 101 Espresso Bar and near Community Tap, D'Allesandro's Pizza is a chill place to grab cold brews and pizza. They have a kind of hipster ambiance with bicycle wheels hung from the ceiling, decorated pizza paddles that hold your pizza on the table, and just a casual environment overall. You can make your own hand tossed pizzas or choose from their wide selection of over a dozen specialty pizzas. The 10" pizzas are only $8-$10 and the large 16" ones are $17-22. They have vegetarian options as well as vegan options - I found out I'm a huge fan of tempeh! If you're indecisive, when they're not busy they'll let you do half and half. I was disappointed that they only had 2-3 beers available on tap when I was here since they were out of two other beers. They have a variety of canned beers though. - Public Educator - Got this was the tempeh and wow this was delicious! The marinara sauce and the red peppers were a perfect blend. A portion of the cost goes towards public schools also! - Red headed salami - Not the biggest fan of ricotta cheese on pizza. This was just an OK for me.

Almost as good as the original. I only say almost because it isn't Charleston. King Street etc. experience not to be had. Not the locations fault. As to the pie.... FANTASTIC!!! This will soon be known as one of the best - if not the best - pizza places in Greenville. Staff was very friendly and fast. Ample off street parking. Can't wait to return!

I just drove over 40 minutes to get here. I decided to after looking on Yelp. My review just was updated due to a "decision" for closing early tonight. Yelp indicated that the hours for closing were at 11 PM. Unfortunately they were closed at 8:25 PM. I asked the manager what there normal closing hours were & he told me 9 PM. Jokes on me because, I just drove more than I should have because they're having issues with updating the social media sites. I am sure that the pizza is still good... and I still plan on coming back but this sucks for me on a Sunday night that I could've been at home with out Wasting gas!

We ordered from D'Al's for the YELP Big Night In Event. We ordered thru the YELP app and it was delivered by GrubHub. We paid extra for a topping but we didn't receive it. I notified GrubHub but haven't received a response. D'Al's pizzas were superb, as always but we miss the community spirit of actually dining at the restaurant. We thought this was a super idea to help our locals. I thought the Grub Hub fee AND the tip they determined were rather pricey. If we have another event like this, I'll do a curbside pick up and let the tip go to the folk who actually prepped our meal.

    Hyped experience Fruit punch mimosa

First spot I stopped at on my visit to Greenville. The atmosphere & vibe are so cool and relaxing. The pizza was amazing! I ordered the hyped experience but added spinach & green peppers. Had such a great spicy but sweet flavor. One of the best pizzas I've had! The fruit punch mimosa was very tasty & different, had kiwi flavor & was way better than the regular OJ. Our server was so cool & recommended a lot of great places to visit for our trip. Will definitely be back on the next trip!

I came starving and forced myself to eat the subpar pizza. The crust from Trader Joe's is more exciting, the sauce was average, and the toppings were missing/not great quality. They have a dining room with probably about 6 tables. They do more than just the typical thin pizza (NY Style), as they offer Chicago and Detroit styles as well. They also have some Italian dishes, like lasagna. Service was very friendly and helpful. The place smelled amazing, like a pizza joint should smell! My pizza was made quickly and served piping hot! It had really good, fresh, and tasty ingredients. I asked for cherry peppers and this was the first time I've ever gotten cherry peppers without getting any stem - I loved this! The heat and flavor of them was great too. The crust was perfect! A slight crisp and a great flavor and not too thick. Sauce and cheese were excellent as well. Highly recommend pizza here!

Dined at DeMarco's Italian and had a bit of a mixed experience overall…read more Starting with the positives. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It was very clean, and the atmosphere is one of its strongest assets. We sat outside overlooking Fluor Field, which made for a really enjoyable setting. The outdoor patio was comfortable, and the new awnings provided great shade, making it easy to relax even in the sun. Service was excellent from start to finish. Attentive, and professional. No complaints there at all. For drinks, I ordered a carajillo, which was very well done. The food is where things started to fall short. We began with the long hot stuffed peppers. The dish only comes with two peppers, so the portion felt a bit small. The sausage itself was decent, but it was severely lacking seasoning, and the sauce didn't add much to elevate it. The verde lasagna followed a similar trend. The pasta itself was clearly good quality, but the overall dish was underwhelming and lacking depth of flavor. The scallop dish was the best of what we tried. The scallops were cooked perfectly, the asparagus was fresh, and the risotto had a good texture. Unfortunately, even here, the dish still felt like it was missing seasoning and bold flavor, which was a recurring theme throughout the meal. Given the upscale setting and prime location, expectations are understandably higher and so are the prices. That said, the portion sizes and overall flavor didn't quite justify the cost in my opinion. Overall, a great location with excellent service and ambiance, but the food needs more seasoning and depth to truly match the setting and price point.

They do not sell slices, but it's a good portion-- they're about 12 inch pizzas which serves 6 slices. Best pizza in town by far! Liquid diet wise-- they sell their beer which they also brew in house, cider, and wine. Different lagers, ipas, gose, and so much more! My favorite was their cinnamon toast brunch which is a nitro vanilla golden and it is simply perfection.
