I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt this one was worth it. From the beginning, the process felt very organized and straightforward. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to details that I honestly didn't even think about. What really stood out to me was the final result. My patio and walkways look completely different now, it gave everything a much cleaner and more upgraded look without having to redo everything from scratch. New ownership doesn't return calls. Apparently they no longer perform periodic maintenance, cleaning, and resealing for existing customers! Pebble stone epoxy will deteriorate within a few years if it isn't maintained, potential new customers should be aware before buying this expensive product. read more

Pebble Stone Coatings installed a patio coating in my backyard. The initial project looked great. Two years later I had to have it resealed for about 300.00. It looked great again for about 6 months, and then the patio was faded and dingy. I have been trying to get ahold of them for a few weeks and even had an appointment for them to come evaluate the patio. They "no showed" for the appointment and again I'm not able to get a person to answer my calls. They have an answering service but that's as far as I can get. I can't recommend them because for the price of this project I should be able to get ahold of someone. Also the sealant should last more than 6 months. read more

Three years after the original install of our Pebble Stone Coating driveway, walkway and back patio, I heeded the advice to have everything resealed at year three. I understand that some customers have had poor experiences, but I have been completely happy with the look and quality of the product installed and how it has worn over time. Naturally the color fades with the brutal southern Nevada sunshine, but that was to be expected. "Arlufro" (I think that is his name) was here this week for the two day project of resealing everything. WOW! The reseal simply brings it right back to life, brightens it back up like brand new, everything looks slick, shiny, fresh. We are the talk of our neighbors since we did this many years ago and get compliments all the time. Arlufro worked in 115 degree heat and paid attention to detail and did good work. My husband and I don't regret having Pebble Stone install it the first time and to protect our investment, it was worth the cost of the reseal this past week. read more

Understandable, things to come up and sometimes it's out of the control of the company.. so rescheduling isn't the issue. We had our driveway done by Pebble Stone a year ago. The work was started and completed exactly in the amount of time we were quoted. The workers were incredible. They were quiet and cleaned up after they were finished. We absolutely "Loved" our driveway. It added so much to the look of the front of our house. After loving it for a year we decided on a much bigger area and wanted to do our patio and all of our pool deck. They came out and gave us a quote the day and time they were scheduled and gave us a start and finish date for the job. We decided on Dark Apache for the surface with a border of Flint. Company is inferior compared to original owners. Impossible to reach and has zero customer service. I've had Pebble Stone for over 10 Years and was very satisfied with the old owners. Every 3 years they would notify me that it was time for a reseal, than did it at a fair price. The new owners almost doubled the reseal price and won't budge or even talk about the price. I originally got my driveway & backyard done in 2022. Shortly after I noticed some areas were missing pebbles and had divots. The company came back out and filled them. About a year later the shine on my driveway was gone and even more divots popped up. I scheduled an appointment and they came and addressed the issue. At that time I also got my driveway resealed. Excellent service and very pleased!! ***Fast forward to now, unsure if the company is now under new ownership but I scheduled an appointment for a specific time (office offered 10am). At 11am I called because no one had shown up. The office debated with me that they don't schedule specific times. Nonetheless that someone would be there at some point. Next day I called because no one showed up. They told me that someone did show up. Strange because my driveway camera was on and it picked up every activity that day including another company coming for an estimate, UPS driving by, the postman etc. I was told I would be sent the estimate. I didn't receive the estimate called back next day and was answered with a huff and puff when I asked about the estimate being sent. Unsure who they have working the office now but this isn't the way to respond to customers when they're soliciting your business and paying you! Needless-to-say whoever is answering the phone now seems bothered when you call. Wish Trisha was back working in the office. I never received that response any time I called. read more

First of all me start out with the reason for this review. Communication and scheduling. Plain and simple. One star for their communication, scheduling and lack of returning phone calls. They have an answering service too so maybe that was part of the issue but even then we wouldn't get call backs. Instead people would just show up at the house. Took over a week to get a quote which that in itself should have been a clue since we were told it would be a few days. And once we called "oh we were just working on it!" By the time it was schedule we received a letter the day before to say it was a two day job and they will show up the next day sometime Okay that's 2 day job and then 2 days (max one day min depending on temps) of not driving on it. By 3pm on the day of the install (oh and they were also scheduled to do our friends house up the street too who hopped onto the process as Pebble Stone asked to do both at the same time) they had no showed. We call and leave a message. A bit later a person shows up who tells us as best as he can (doesn't speak English too well but a very nice guy), that he was pulled from another job to come do this. He is done in an hour and off to our friends to do theirs. When we asked him what about the places where the stone is missing he tells us his boss will come and look at it tomorrow. That night we chat with our friends and talk about how this appeared to be a "gotcha" because we didn't see any difference. Well the next day we find out it was just a cleaning process and the foreman came out and cut out sections that had the pebbles missing. Did the same for our friends house too. The following day (day3) we get the pebbles replaced and the sealant put on. It looks great but some discoloration! It has to dry for 48 hours. And we have spots were the pebbles or epoxy color isn't as grey as the others it's more of an orange tone. On that 3rd day which is the last day of the install we signed off on the project and actually had David the original quote salesman stop by too. Which we didn't put two and two together because we had called in and asked to speak to the owner not the manager. Was asked why and we explained that we were very happy with the product but not the process or the communication. And since we are in the construction field we know how valuable feedback is to improve processes. The person said the owner would be by the next day before 11 am (day 4) or after 2pm. By 6pm no show. On day 7 we get an email asking if we are sending in a check or would we like them to run our cc on file. Mind you before that we had nothing other than the communication on day 3 about the owner stopping by on day 4. As to the payment email, we responded with we will be happy to do that but that we are still waiting for a phone all or visit by the owner. Today (day 10 since they were to show up) we get a call from David to check in and too we gather to listen to the feedback. No comment other than he will share the info with the owner in a meeting tomorrow. Yeah right...would you share negative comments about the process you are in charge of with the owner? Probably not. Next comes a phone call from Teresa asking if it's okay to run the charge. Tell her sure but we still were waiting for a phone call from the owner. The 5 min convo went on back and forth with basically telling us she has been the only person who talked with us and she records all the calls and they informed us of the process. We are mistaken and basically expect too much. The owner will never go to a house after the fact. That is a managers duty. Oh even when you have issues with the entire process and such. How is an owner to know how well his staff is doing if he isn't allowed to hear feedback. I get if we wrote a letter it wouldn't be forwarded either. Told Teresa our email yesterday said that they could charge the cc after we talked to the owner. We are happy with the product but not the process. She said no that our email didn't say we were waiting to talk to the owner. Well she looked and then said again the owner NEVER talks to any clients. Poor process on their part. Between their answering service, the receptionist who told us the owner would come by to David the place needs a serious customer communication overhaul. Told them to run the charge and we wouldn't be using them for a reseal in 3 years (the recommended timeframe due to LV heat) and Teresa promptly said she would put a note in our file to not come by our place again and then hung up on me. And truly this is sad for the company because all it took was some honesty and initially say the owner chooses to never speak to clients and then actually sound like you care about the customer. Like the back, it turned out beautifully. The crew was very good and professional. Everyone at Pebble Stone is helpful and desires your complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend them enough. I've had a crazy experience with Pebble Stone but at the end of the day I am 100% satisfied with not only their product but also with the personal customer service from both owners Sean and Curtis. We had several unfortunate problems with our patio and they were extremely responsive with their decision making. To make a long story short, we had to have ALL our coating removed and redone. I know it was inconvenient for both of us but I sit here today looking at the result and I know I can tell you with 100% certainty, you will not be disappointed with any aspect of your decision if you choose this flooring. We did not want spray decking or travertine around the pool. We found their product, aqua flex and are thrilled with the look and coolness in the Vegas heat this product provides for our family. This review does not reflect the quality of work I am sure the finished product would be beautiful. It is due to what I feel was a ridiculous estimate for work. They receive a two star because they hire a professional estimator to conduct estimates which creates possible over estimates. I have learned from other projects that this create different quotes for everyone. This may not have happened here. However they usually bring in 10% of their estimate which can create an urgency to over estimate so they make more money. When the estimator came in I asked him if that was his job. He said yes and I told him my concern and he didn't deny to me at the time about his position and correct my concern. I wanted a small portion to be coated. It is my pool deck and a connected pad that I poured for a sun deck. I was figuring the estimate would come in at $4500 which I felt was going to be high.m but workable . The estimate then came in at $8734. I just laughed and asked how he could justify this when my concrete pad and all the stain was $3500 ish from Profecient Patios. He seemed stunned with that price. He said the cost was the vertical walls on my hot tub and concrete pad. I advised him I could paint those areas and to send me a new estimate. He didn't want to give me one on the spot without those areas? He did say he would email it. I never received an email and the estimate was weeks ago. This project should have been half of the price. I feel up-priced for a nice neighborhood. This may not be the case but I don't want to bother other customers to see their contracts. Maybe Pebble Stone should have estimators work for salary. This has encouraged me to look for franchises to invest in to be in direct competition with this company or finding similar products on my own. I do feel they would have done a wonderful job;however, the estimator seemed to make excuses. Just because you bake the pebbles at a high temp does not warrant this coat for such a small area. He was unable to back up his claim On the vertical wall cost being the reason for what I perceive as price gouging. He never sent me a new estimate. I'll will Include a photo of the area I wanted done. It's the pool deck and pad that are stained brown. The extremely high price did Not include any special designs such as a turtle to match one in my pool. I did read positive reviews. However layman persons that don't know potential Costs of materials and labor, receiving gouging prices from other contractors may have not cued them to what I feel was a very high cost. I completed a long review so others reading this may learn to do their homework and question pricing techniques. We used this company to resurface our driveway and front walkway 10 years ago. Their guarantee consists of a washing and resealing every 3 years. This cost is $1 per sq foot. We have been diligent about taking care of this. We scheduled another washing well over a month before the job. They were prepaid and came to do the job whenever they wanted. The worker claimed that there were more customers than us! No loyalty to the customer that paid an original price of more than $3000! We're senior citizens as well read more

The "pitting" on my driveway has just been getting worse the last couple of years. It's not the area that the other company that I mentioned in my previous review had touched up, that is holding well! I have been very hesitant to contact pebble stone as I have noted because of the lady at the front desk and the somewhat "bullying letter" and outrageous cost bid to do business with them. I've attached all here and fast forward to now, I called them and she is gone. The new gal at the front desk assured me that they were going to make everything right and they've heard numerous complaints about how the company was run. But all they really did was look in my file to the notes that lady had put in there which are totally falsified and my review here and the manager said he wouldn't do anything about fixing the pitting on my driveway and that I could buy glue kits from them and do it myself or my only option from him was to demo the three panels and put in all new ones at a cost of $7500. The entire driveway brand new was $4100. So nothing has changed, if anything the customer relation is even worse. Let me note, he said he wouldn't do anything about the pitting because I had somebody else work on the driveway. Not even remotely close to the areas that are failing from their product work but ok. Most of the bid work and whatever else that I get from them is done remotely anyway without ever coming out to actually talk to me as a customer or look at the actual defective areas. On another note, pebble stone coating does not last and you cannot fix the pitting to make it last nor are you ever going to get a perfect color match so my recommendation is to stay away from this all together especially when you have a company that is treating you like this in which you have no other options except no options. Because of the nature of the material, other companies that do this exact type work will not service your driveway unless they laid the material down themselves because of the liability, let that sink in! Three year warranty. So with the exponential cost growth, you're better off in another direction/surface choice. At least for driveways. I write these reviews for "company growth" and hoping that the owners or managers have some kind of positive take away from them to improve customer relations not to put the companies down. I also mainly write them so that there is buyer awareness. Photos attached. They did NOT do any work, so I cannot comment on their workmanship, but I will state this: I left a message last week, no call back (until today) I saw them at the Home Expo- whoever their rep was had no interest in talking to me... seemed uninterested in being there (so why pay for the floor space?) Finally got a call back from a lady (she called back repeatedly when I didn't answer the first time as I was on another call)- she could have someone come out tomorrow. What time she couldn't say-so I asked if they could call me maybe 30 minutes prior? Apparently this was asking too much of them...since they "don't work that way." According to her, their sales rep takes appointments in the am and organizes them to THEIR convenience. (I guess the CUSTOMER'S convenience is of no consequence.) Needless to say, I told her I'd get the work done by someone else. (Meaning a company that values their customers as a source of income and future referrals.) Like I said, they MAY do good work? But the way they handle customers (BEFORE even taking the appointment is not worth the risk for me. Too many other choices.) read more

We really wanted to come on here and give a positive review. But sadly, that is not the case. We initially decided on Pebble Stone due to reviews and their ad in Home Magazine. Over all the experience in the beginning was perfect, we couldn't have been happier with the the appointment and estimating process. However, when it came to the work, that was another matter. Forms were set on the first day and the second day the material was to be laid and finished. four hours into the second day the crew ran out of material (hardener for the epoxy) and folded everything up and left. As they were leaving we had to ask why they were leaving and when they would be back, as no information was volunteered. We Were told they would return the next morning between 8-9. At 9:30 the following morning, when we called to ask when they might arrive, we were told it would be later in the afternoon because they started a new project. This led to a bit of consternation and anger. Per our phone conversation with office personnel at Pebble Stone they would be out the following morning to finish; and they were. But, we would have to wait till the following Monday for them to remove the forms and touch everything up. After they left on Monday, we noticed that there were issues with one of the stairs leading to our firepit and one of the stair light covers would not "Cover" the hole that was left. Again, the conversation wasn't too congenial, but we were assured that it would get fixed. We would wait another two weeks before the crew returned to make repairs. Apparently there is no communications between the crew and customers; we were not advised that they were done or that they were leaving. Yet again, they failed to correct the stair light housing, so another call has been made to get this issue resolved. We are waiting...... read more

When Shawn returned and saw my complaint, he and Kurt came back out to my home. He told me that he was going to put two spacers in the area that was coming up but if that did not fix the problem, he would keep trying until it was fixed. g was done on September 8th and the problem seems to be solved.
