I found the coffee to be palatable enough for my taste buds, with the standard coffee and espresso drink varieties. This coffee shop has the lowest prices around. I don't know if the place is subsidized by the office building it's located inside of, but I'm not complaining! The barista was very fast in taking my order and making my drink. They take Apple Pay, making the checkout process a breeze. I saw they had some snacks for purchase, though I didn't get any this time. Pineview Coffee can be hard to find as it doesn't have a store logo outside the building. There are many free parking spaces in front of the building, but just be mindful of any reserved spaces. When I was first looking for an apartment in the Hutto area, I decided to try Lamppost to see if Hutto had good coffee and was kind of disappointed that the latte I ordered was not that great in my opinion. After moving to the area and trying their coffee more frequently, my tune has changed on them, and I can say that they are pretty good. Their seasonal drinks are usually what I gravitate toward, like their Orange Chocolate Cortado, their Mr. and Mrs. Claus they served recently, and an espresso tonic I had earlier last year that was great. Their specialty Lamba Latte is one of the best consistent things on their menu. What is their Lamba syrup? I could not tell you, but it is a moderate sweetness that does not taste exactly like a vanilla latte. It has some marshmallow flavors and some caramel flavors as well. What I like most about Lamppost is how bright and naturally well lit their space is. The large windows and doors face the east, so once the sun has risen, you get a pretty well illuminated space by the afternoon. It is great for team meetings, remote work, and anything in between. I will continue coming back to Lamppost because they are the only place in Hutto that can really bring that sunshine with their coffee. One employee, Araceli, was openly rude and passive-aggressive toward coworkers. If customers in the drive-through can hear those comments, I can only imagine what it's like when the window is closed. That kind of environment reflects poorly on the location. I've also heard from others that employees have been fired over text message without warning, feedback, or even a proper phone call. If that's true, it raises serious questions about how this place is run and whether the owners are okay with that kind of treatment of their employees. Not sure if other Scooter's locations are better, but this one has been consistently disappointing.

The sandwich was barely warm; there was a thick piece of cheese on there that wasn't even melted (I presume due to the lack of heat). I can't even remember if I finished either of the things I ordered, but I quickly packed up and left. This was the reason I didn't remember the place as its coffee and food are forgettable.
