It got fixed, after weeks of me calling and leaving messages. The work was very well done, but apparently they lose voice messages regularly. This year, my pump quit. Luckily, I have Aqua for the house, because weeks of calling finally got them to come out and check it. Then it took weeks to get an estimate for a new pump. I approved it, but then silence. More weeks of calling, then my last message saying never mind. I hope everything is alright with them, but I had to move on.

This cemetery sits directly on SH 95 just 2 miles outside of Smithville. It is very well laid out…read moreand orderly complete with paved roads and street signs because it is that large. There are several entry points at the front and rear of the property. It is well taken care of and manicured. It is a very large piece of property with thousands of markers. The majority of the names on the markers are of German or Czech origin. Towards the back of the cemetery, you'll find the older headstones that date back to the 1800's. This is still an active cemetery with some recent interments. If you're a Smithville resident it'll cost you $1000 and nonresidents are $2000 each to make this your forever home. Near the front of the property next to a pagoda, you'll find all the listings of the graves. Even the 10 photos included do not do this place justice.

They are a tiny family style place. They took care of everything. They did not try to pressure me into buying extras or add ons. Not only that... they went out of their way to help our family with many aspects of the funeral process like helping us with the burial insurance, setting up the honor guard for the funeral, handling the cremation process quickly, and even going out of their way to work with my father and step mothers local pastor to set everything up. I just can't say enough great things about them.

Will not use again, and recommend avoiding.
