Unfortunately, we have had a lot of difficulties with our Samsung washer and dryer and have had to have both repaired, several times, over the past 4-5 years. A few months ago, Greentek repaired our dryer, and most recently, they came out to assess a persistent annoying problem we've had with our washer. Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. (The amount of the repair and the amount we put into repairing it in the past was going to exceed the cost of a new washer.) So, we declined to have Greentek repair the washer and decided to buy a new washer. (Not a Samsung!) Both experiences were positive and we have no complaints with Greentek. Fast and professional service. I had a leak in my washing machine and he checked everything in detail and did several test washes. Now I have a piece of mind and with his advice I haven't gotten any leaks since. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and looked prepared with all of his tools. We had a bunch of extra parts they sent us ahead of time. The service man replaced the ice maker and said that was all it needed. We had told him the drawer was getting frozen in the sliding rails, but he said it was fixed. Well, the ice maker is making ice but after a few hours the drawer is stuck and the only way I've found to open it is to get the hair dryer and thaw out the rail.
