Instead of simply sending us away, the staff at Sourland Cycles went above and beyond. We knew the exit was coming up since the boat from another company was telling their customers to get ready to get off on the right. We never ONCE saw another boat. Got to the exit to see the boat driver just chilling and running his mouth with a teenage boy worker, not doing a damn thing. No help from any of them getting out and nice to see them lazily sitting in the tubes like this instead of helping customers. Next time we go we will be renting from the PA company who actually help. I thought that would be my final run in with Bike Land but boy was I wrong. As things continued on I realized I would a bunch of other things that I would need and Vincent was there to help. He helped me order panniers and racks. He custom fit my front rack and had to send back the panniers as the company had sent the wrong ones. He took it into his own hands to order everything for me and was a huge help. I have had many negative run ins in bike stores around NJ but Bike Land was quite the opposite, Vincent is a knowledgeable positive influence ont the store and all that walks in.
