Four of us came in as a walk-in (2 adults and 2 kids) and they took us right in! They did such an excellent job! My other half has such rough feet and toenails - they looked completely amazing when they dot done. I have one toenail that requires acrylic overlay to make it look like a normal nail because years ago I smashed it...and now it looks FANTASTIC! The bits even enjoyed it for their first time ever! I read quite a lot of bad and good review about this place. I stepped in the place on a sat afternoon with my husband as it is near my place. The place look old. However they provided the best massage pedi service that I know. We had pedi in the big room with big sofa. After having my pedi done, the nail tẹc gave me massage on my neck, shoulder and head. I do enjoy the massage, the relax music and the fragance in the room. My husband had a very good nap during the massage. It is a bargain with pedi and massage at 75 (tax included). read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This was my first time trying this place so i had no idea what to expect.Upon arriving there, there were only two ppl working so my friend & I had to wait (we made an appointment, but no biggie!) we finally sat down and the guy that was supposed to work on my toes was still helping another customer. You could tell they were short handed & he was trying to rush to get to me- but again, i was with my friend and we were having girl time. I didnt mind the wait.. once he started working on me, shortly after i noticed his basket that holds all the nail care tools to be unsanitary and noticeably dirty. I decided not to say anything because as a nail technician you would hope they know what to do and what not to do. Maybe he jus had a busy day & it LOOKED like that, but that wasnt the case...This was Saturday, fast foward to Monday & I now have a infected toe I tried calling the nail salon and the lady rushed me off of the phone saying the manager was on vacation this whole time and to call back in a hour. When I tried calling back the phone kept giving me the busy signal. At this point my toe was seriously hurting so I drove back to the salon to talk to the lady. The lady (not sure if she was the owner) brushed me off and said there's nothing she can do. She gave me attitude and refused to help me... I kept insisting she needed to help me my toe had puss coming out at this point. They tried trimming it and saying "there all better" and saying "wait a few days it'll get better" At this point I was beyond frustrated. She did not want any part in helping me or at the very least refunding my money. My TOE WAS CLEARLY INFECTED! Spoke with a few other people & realized they had Similar experiences. Look, there's nothing like it. We got the relaxing pedicure and it reminded me of an organic pedicure. You're taking into a separate room with more comfortable chairs. They take the upmost care. Even ended with a heavy neck, upper back, head massage to leave you more relaxed. Perfect after our 6hr flight from Vegas. My MIL brought me here & when I'm Maui, if I ever need a pedicure again. Update: went this afternoon Saturday, September 16 and had to wait 25 minutes for my 3pm appointment. Nail tech was very aggressive with a Dremel tool, which I have never had anyone use on my natural toenails before. Up sold me on "extra 10 minutes massage" which I had request lighter pressure because the man started digging into my shoulders so hard. He also put a clip in my hair that was not mine. When they took the towel I had been draped with off, they crammed it back in a cabinet (not the laundry). When I got outside to see my nail techs handy work, I was really disappointed. $100 is too much to pay for a pedicure that looks like a 5 year old did it. When I asked to see my nail techs license they all looked around confused. Do not go here. read more

If 0 stars was an option, that's what I'd give. First, they cut my toe and it was decently painful, expecially when he put alcohol on it! Intentionally. Second, I was WAY overcharged. My husband does more when I ask him to rub my feet/calves (and he doesn't), than this place did. It was the most basic of cut, cleanup, and polish I've EVER seen. I thought that was my fault, as I said I just wanted a spa pedi, not a "delux" or anything like that. But then they charged me for a Delux! I also paid extra for "cat eye gel polish" when I left without it looking anything like cat eye, and it's the wrong color on top of that. I will NEVER go back. EVER. read more

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been too. I came in because they had really good reviews but left extremely dissatisfied. I walked in and saw 3 people just sitting there staring at me. The place is filled with clutter, they had no music but we're playing some show where they were gutting animals on the whole time. I told them I just called and needed a new set with dip powder and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but when the next lady came to do my hands, it took her 3 hours for this. She layered acrylic and dip powder on to my old set, every nail is a different shape and length, she didn't clean or smooth out any bumps she made. When she was using the dip, she kept flicking me really hard and just handling my hands really aggressively the entire time. I was so uncomfortable the entire time, do not come here. I've been going here for years and apparently there's new owners. I called for a pedicure and was quoted $35.00. They have 2 rooms and I requested the quiet room as I have for 20+ years. I received my pedicure, and my tech started to massage my shoulders without mentioning the extra cost. My techs in the past have massaged me in the past while my nails dried and never mentioned the extra cost for the service. I usually would tip the tech well for the extra service. When I went to pay, I was told my bill was now $75 from $35 due to the massage, which I was not told would be extra. I left $65 begrudgingly and told them I was unhappy about the treatment. I have referred many friends to this salon in the past, and now I am telling people not to patronize this shady business practice. read more

I love getting my nails done here. I get the Relax pedicure. You are in a special quite room with nice lighting, spa music and nice chairs and a soft towel/blanket. It's about an hour long and you get a wonderful neck and shoulder massage along with hot wax on your feet. It's my favorite thing to do each month. read more

I was gifted a certificate here and decided to take take the mister here for his Father's Day treat and treat myself too...LOL!!! Why not? Let me just say....don't judge this book by its cover. From the outside it looks run down. Inside is different. To the right is your regular nail salon areas with areas for pedis and nails. To the left is a semi private area. Let me tell you...take advantage of the relaxation pedicure and you'll be in that semi private area. For a deluxe pedicure that includes paraffin wax, cuticle & callous removal and your normal foot massage. Now if you want that, it's $30 in the regular area. But for $50 you'll be in the semi private area and you enjoy a little longer of a foot massage and a neck, shoulder & head massage. We felt totally relaxed and wanted to sleep after! Lol! I thought I wrote a review of this place when I came here a couple years ago, but I guess not. On a recent visit to Maui, I again came here for a mani-pedi, as it's pretty reasonable given the island prices. I'm used to San Francisco where you can get a mani-pedi for about $20, so paying at least $50 in Maui is a bit of a shock. But this place was just as I remembered it, which was a good thing, cause I liked in back in 2007 too. They have probably the most comfortable chairs I've ever seen in a salon. They seriously look like they should be in someone's living room. They bring a vibrating foot massager bath to soak your feet in. No massage chairs here, but I don't like those anyway! The little foot rests are great too, makes it feel like I'm lying on a couch or something instead of being in a salon. The room smells of lemongrass, and the brown/beige color scheme is very calming. My sister and I almost fell asleep after sitting there listening to the music waiting for our nails to dry. They advertise as being specialists in reflexology, and while I can't say if they are or not as I know nothing about it, I do know that I had one of the best foot/leg massages of my life. The hand/arm/shoulder massage was nothing fantastic, but it still felt pretty good. They have lots of colors to choose from, both OPI and Chinese Glaze brands. Loudly. when I was there, a couple of women got into a shouting match with each other over vax & masks. There's a sign at the entrance that says turn your phone off, but clients were in the room talking on the phone and listening to messages on speakerphone. Second, Make sure you know what you're getting. I specified when I made my appointment on the phone that I wanted the $50 pedicure, and ended up paying $83, not including tip. On the plus side, my toes look very good, and the therapist gave a decent massage. I doubt I would come back here, but if I did, I would bring noise canceling AirPods. read more

I took my mom here today as a birthday gift. I got her the relaxation pedicure and for me just a "regular" pedicure. The only difference between the regular and the relaxation is the relaxation includes a nice back/shoulder/head massage. Both included a foot soak, relaxing foot/leg massage, paraffin wax, as well as the typical pedicure stuff. The place is very relaxing with the dimmed lights, comfy chairs, and music playing in the background. The nail techs were very focused on there work. Because they whole idea was to relax. I am glad they weren't talking at all. Unless to ask a question regarding what we wanted. This was my second time going here. The first time was when I got married about 5 years ago. My mother in law took me. I got a Mani and a pedi with French tips. That was also my first time ever getting my nails done and it was a great experience. They didn't do a paraffin wax but I did get a good foot/leg/hand/arm massage and they offered tea! The manicure lasted well after my wedding date. The second time I got my nails done was at a nail salon in the mall. The ladies there were quite rude to me and the polish did not last long at all. The ladies were saying something about my hands and some other comments that made me feel uncomfortable. This kind of turned me off from getting my nails done again. Which brings me to one more reason I really enjoyed going to PediCare. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Even though I had not shaved my legs in some time. I booked a mani pedi service I paid $80 and all i got was my nails painted in gel. There was no soaking of my hands to remove calused areas around my nails no cucical push back no massage I simply got nails painted. They were rude upon my arrival asking do you have an appointment? yes I do then sit here and you can't have french paint pick a color this is not customer service and it not a very clean place either. Go to oceans way better service and you get your arms and legs massaged on a basic mani pedi. read more

I was really excited to find a nail salon that I liked on Maui as I'm really picky with my nails. I was told about this place from multiple people and their prices seemed unbeatable. I came in and got a full set with gel and it was beautiful. As meticulous and picky as I am, I loved it and had no complaints. I was watching customers get pedicures while I got my nails done and couldn't believe all of the service included in the basic pedicure... I came back to get one later that week. As I started coming back repeatedly, I started feeling more and more uncomfortable... I also started to notice the quality of service I was receiving was getting more and more careless. My mom was coming to visit and I had planned ahead to book appointments for us as a treat... let's just say, it did not feel like I was welcome back or it was appreciated at all that I actually brought them business. Also, don't ask for any sort of nail art at all. They don't know how to do it.. and the one lady that does is incredibly rude and will tell you she can't do anything you ask for either. She will even tell you that you can't have the basic colors you're asking for too. I'm going to be finding a new salon. This is the one splurge I make to relax and treat myself and make myself feel good. I definitely don't need to be made to feel unwelcome while dropping 100$ on services I could honestly do at home. Save yourself the trouble and check out the salon in Maui Mall. They have a huge color selection and do a fabulous job. Okay, So it took me 4 times to finally come to the conclusion that I like this place. My very first time coming to Pedi Care, my friends and I made a reservation. We arrived, picked our colors and were seated immediately, which is seriously amazing! We were all doing pedicures which usually starts with scrubbing/cleaning your toes, grate your heels like parm cheese, then amazing foot massages, then they put your feet in a plastic bag filled with hot stuff. It was soooo hot that it burned my toes! My toes were sensitive for a few days. After that, I was so skeptical of going back. But, I decided to give it a chance one more time, and another. By my third try, I found the wonderful Jenn/Jenny to be the best! She does the best foot massages, certainly feel clean, very attentive and sweet, and DID NOT burn my toes. The quality of the massage and pedicure is inconsistent. But, if you're looking for somewhere decently priced for Maui ($30) and for the perfect pedicure and pretty damn good foot massage, I would recommend Jenn/Jenny! read more

She was great so we decided to trust her advice & we're glad we did! Even though we were walk-ins & there were a decent number of customers there already they got right to work on us. This spa has been here FOREVER! Same with some of their wonderful technicians and care providers. That says a LOT about a salon and spa I believe. When they have a loyal clientele AND along time staff, this makes for such a peaceful relaxing experience here. The staff are really great at each of their specialties and offer services at great prices. Besides mania and pedis, they do offer herbal spa therapy and also include many of the "extra" services from other salons, within their basic package! You can also get a relaxation massage and mani pedi in a private area too! Each of the times I have come here, they listen to exactly the shape or style I'm looking for in brows, fingers and toes and even the length that I like. Isn't it amazing how sometimes we take for granted that simple ability to say, "My gal listened to everything I wanted and delivered it perfectly" . Located behind the Jack in The Box and by the Chevron Station. They are off the beaten path but that's what makes it a diamond in the rough. Be sure to call ahead for an Appointment though. This is a nail salon and foot massage place in one, with two separate rooms (looks like they do waxing in the back too). Five chairs (make sure to take advantage of the electric massage!) and few tables. Massage room is what I'm used to from Chinese foot massage places in SF. $40 for a manicure and pedicure. Predominantly Vietnamese employees. China Glaze and OPI nail polishes available. They have a good selection of nail polish colors and types. They have about 6 pedicure chairs. One of the masseuses was excellent, he trained as a masseuse. The nail technician that did my nails accidentally cut a cuticle too short after I asked her not to cut my cuticles. It is extremely painful hours after the appointment. Other than that, the service was pretty good. It took about 2 hours for us to finish up since I waited about 45 minutes for my friend to finish up her pedicure. I don't know if I would go back since I was pretty disappointed about my cut cuticle, considering I requested them not to cut the cuticles. On Maui, this may be one of the more reasonably priced salons with better service. I recommend it even though I wasn't happy with the cuticle incident. read more

Used to be my favorite place to get a relaxing pedicure I would come about every 5-6 weeks however quality of massage and pedicure is not consistent between workers! I have never been so disappointed like I am today! I come here to get a good foot massage and today it was like someone was just wiping my legs no pressure, my baby niece could massage harder. I even asked if it could go harder. I am so used to the ladies giving amazing hard massages. The wax that was put on my feet was so hard it didn't not stick to my foot but instead of making another bag of wax he just left it so basically it was for nothing didn't soften my feet since it wasn't even on my feet! It was just hanging in the bag. My back massage I am so used to it being firm and hard and they work to take out my knots on my shoulders since I am very tense. Nope again trying to use pressure points with minimal pressure and rubbing of my arms. If I wanted a body rub I would have went elsewhere. He scratched my head for a good 3-5 minutes giving me dandruff not relaxing at al! I could not relax one bit because I was not happy from the initial foot massage and was very annoyed the entire time. now I know who NOT to ask for! read more

My friends had set up an appointment for us to all get our nails done for my wedding. My friends have gone here plenty of times and had said they had notice the service was getting a little bad lately but were giving them the benefit of the doubt. Once we arrived it took them a while to actually sit us down, when they did they took forever to begin on our Pedi session. 2 of us were started on while 1 of us sat there for an extra 30 mins just watching. It was very disappointing. Both my friends said this was the last time they were coming here. My lady forgot to do my massage during the Pedi, since we were on a time frame, which they were told about ahead of time,we told them to just forget about the massage. The lady I had did a horrible job! she was super slow and they also didn't have anyone who could do the design I wanted, it was a simple " I do" on 1 finger nail and a heart on the other. I left there very disappointed! My designs looked like a 5 yr old had done them and I then had to run to different location and get the design fix after. It being the day before the wedding I was pretty stressed! The Nail bar fixed my designs and made it exactly like the picture I had shown them and only charged me $2. read more

The basic run around $30 but you still get a foot and leg massage, and a deep exfoliating rub on your legs. If you want to pay $50 you will get all of the above as well as a shoulder and neck massage. The massage is nice and lasts around 15 mins. So either way it's affordable. I pay attention to the cleanliness of the salon and tools and nothing has ever stood out to me. Love this place read more
