I was super excited to use my gift certificate that I got for Christmas and called and made a mani/pedi appointment for 2 earlier this week. My bestie had never been to this salon so we got there promptly for our 10am mani/pedi date and we never got seated in our pedicure massage chair until 1045. I was honestly so mad because if I knew they were running behind and was overbooked, we could've grabbed breakfast and not rushed. What was the point of making an appointment? There was another 2 ladies waiting for their 10am appointments too and we smiled and talked story but waiting that long was just ridiculous. We were not walk-ins. I love their salon so much so hopefully it was just an off day/morning but it turned me off. Then to add to it, they kept pressuring us to get gel nails. I hate when they keep pressuring you and you have to kindly turn them down let alone more than once. Our nails look great but I might go back to Escape nails the next time. This is my first time here and hands down the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had! My feet feel so clean and was massaged for atleast 20min! Hense, the reason I will be back. Most places rush while they massage and don't take their time. Most of us women go to a salon to relax and feel pampered so that was a huge plus for me. Evon was excellent. read more

My daughter and I came here for gel mani and a gel pedi. Service was good as usual my daughter likes her nails as for mine I got a baby blue color and it's kinda shadowy even though I saw her put many coats. My nail tech was nice and very thorough. She had long acrylic nails so it made it a little uncomfortable when she massaged my legs. I always come here they are fast efficient with a very friendly vibe. read more

My girlfriend wasn't able to get her nails done before our trip so we stopped in here after doing some yelp searching. They were busy and had us come back in 30 minutes. No big deal since we wanted to be in there at the same time. Came back and we're seated right away. Everyone was nice and attentive. I got the upgraded pedicure and enjoyed the extra long foot massage(only real reason I go, lol). The girlfriend got a mani/pedi and really loves how her nails turned out. Lamour nail salon opened about a month ago at the old Maui Clinic building at the Maui Mall. The salon has eight pedicure chairs and five manicure stations. Everything is very clean, AC is strong and has a modern look to it's decor. Prices are very reasonable. They've also got a ton of different nail polishes to choose from, which is always nice. The staff was super accommodating and got me in (with 45 min notice) so I could get my acrylics removed. I opted not to have any polish as I just want my nails to "breathe". Total cost, $28. My niece and I were lucky enough to get an appointment for deluxe pedicures within one hour of calling. Staff is very welcoming and oh boy, where do I even start with the service?! Yvonne or we like to call her Iwa gave us the BEST foot and leg massage. We would definitely go back just for a massage if we could! Kim and Iwa did a wonderful job on our gel pedis. This is our new favorite spot!!! We will also be getting manis next as we saw results of 2 ladies on there way out and 10/10 for sure!!! read more

This newly opened salon is sure to get some buzz soon! It's centrally located and such a cute space. It might be a little hard to find, but just park around back of the Maui Clinic Building. Go thru the double doors, and the space will be on your left when you walk in. They were able to accommodate my friend and I for pedis at the last minute. They took us in right away and got us situated in our massage chairs, made sure we were & comfortable and offered us drinks. We both opted for the Deluxe Pedicure service, which were very relaxing. My massage could have definitely been better, but we were just glad to get in and have some pampering/friend time. I do love the vibe inside, especially the flower "Live Your Best Life" wall. I also like that they give you nail sample sheets to pick your color, instead of having to look at a wall of polish. We are very likely to go back again soon! read more

I come here all the time for years now and never had a bad experience until today. I had an appointment at 12pm but wasn't worked on until 12:35pm so I was already in a bad mood. I told the person doing my pedicure exactly what I wanted (I get the same style every single time square gel French tip with a pink base coat). I was surprised they didn't do a pink base coat because usually they always do or they'll ask but it was never mentioned to me when they started and it was too late to mention once he started working on it. I asked for square shape and said they were not able to do so because my nails were short but another nail tech in that salon was able to do so because my nails don't grow fast so they're usually the same length every time I come in, and the French tip was not done well. I even corrected them that I want it more even and thinner, he corrected only one toe nail and didn't make the others the same as if I only wanted that one tail nail to be thin/even. Never coming here again because these were supposed to be my birthday vacation nails and now I have to get them redone somewhere else and spend more money. read more

We texted them through Yelp around 9pm, and they replied soon after. We request 2 pedicures for the next day. They said they had openings, which we were grateful for. We arrived and were welcomed right away. They welcomed us by name. We sat in the chairs and they offered us a drink - water, coffee, tea, mimosa. For the first 45min, they focus on the cleaning and massaging of the feet. I really appreciate that they took the time in this area. I didn't feel like they were rushing through it. I liked the way they asked to pick a nail color. It was in a case instead of making me choose a color on the wall. One color I wanted they didn't have, but they accommodated me with combining 2 colors. I felt all the workers were very genuinely kind. I was very satisfied with the job, price and salon. read more

On our way to get a haircut for my son by Maria, we passed by this salon I've never seen before and while my husband took my son for his haircut I decided to get a pedicure. They were so nice and ready to help. They sat me right away and made me feel comfortable. A very clean environment. I don't always get my nails done and the workers made me feel so comfortable. There is great quality and professionalism in their work. I did a Deluxe Pedicure and the massage and exfoliation was much needed. I felt so relaxed. I definitely recommend this location. I would give this business 3 stars. I have tried multiple different nail salons in Maui and this one fell short. It took 2 hours to do a classic basic pedicure and a full acrylic set. Most places around the island it takes half of that. The staff was friendly and nice but a bit slow and seemed distracted. My pedicure girl did a better job than my manicurist. I also think taking multiple clients at once is not a good look and maybe why it took so long. read more

I was a big Lamour fan when they first opened. This salon was the ONLY salon I would go to for my mani & pedi. One thing I like about them is that their salon is in a convenient location, it's clean, and they are nice! However, the quality of the experience has gone down for me :( I keep giving them chance after chance because they are very good people, but I feel like they are taking on more than they can handle. My last visit was my last straw.. I had an appointment at 11:30am. They seat me at 11:30, but my pedicure doesn't start til around 12:30. For an hour, I'm waiting along with the woman next to me, just sitting on the chair. I understand that it can get busy with limited staff, but in my opinion, you shouldn't be taking appointments if you are unable to accommodate at that time. The woman beside me also had an 11:30 appt but she waited longer than I did! Anyway, I got my pedicure done, but the younger girl who did my nails dug too deep into my toe. At the time, it hurt for a second but I got over it. HOWEVER, at home that night, I noticed that my foot was sore every time I decided to walk. I looked closer at big toe and it was raw & swollen. The next day, it was swelled up with puss. I went to the doctors and they had told me it was infected and it was most likely due to my pedicure from the day before. I used to love this place but I think customer service and quality definitely needs some work. read more

This place is definitely a hidden gem! We made an appointment the night prior through the yelp chat and requested for 2 Deluxe Pedicures for my boyfriend and I. We arrived on time and they were pretty busy, which we understand because it was a sunday. They have you check-in on an ipad and tell you where to take a seat. Unfortunately I did start 30 minutes later than my boyfriend because they had more customers than techs... It was my boyfriends first time and he enjoyed it! My nail tech did apologize for the wait and honestly I didnt mind because he did such a good job at my painting my nails! Even though i opted for regular polish, the paint job was really good and it looks like I have gel on! He paid attention to detail in painting and took his time cleaning up around the nails which i really appreciate. Normally when you go and ask for regular polish other salons apply such a thin coat... but not here! I would suggest coming in a later in the day and calling first, especially on weekends. They do get busy around lunch time. The staff here is amazing and so friendly, I am definitely going to make it a monthly visit! read more
