Received a manicure and pedicure and the experience felt rushed and half-assed. I got a hot stone massage and the stones were lukewarm. I asked for gel polish and there was polish over my fingers that did not get cleaned off, the finish was lumpy and sloppy. My friend got the nail dip and it was too thick and bubbly. The finishing coat was ruined because the technician decided to touch it to see if it was dry without fixing it. read more

$28 for a 15 minutes pedicure with used tools? I would never come back. The place seems new and having 50% back so my friend asked me to join her for a pedicure day treat. As soon as my friend and I got colors and sat down, there were three other customers came. There are not too many technicians working at this salon so they started rushing through my pedicure to get to the next customer. I did not say anything because my friend was beside me so I don't want to make her feel bad . The technician finished my pedicure in 15 minutes. After that, she got her small basket and ran to the next customer using the same tools that she used on me. The tools did not get washed. I was thinking the tools she used on me was already used on someone else. I hope I won's have any infections. I would never come here or let my friend come here again !!! read more

I came in 30 minutes before closing and not only did they insist I stay to get my pedicure, they stayed late to make sure I received the best experience! They refused to let me leave with my nails still wet regardless that I was the last client of the evening! They were extremely nice, patient, and paid close attention to detail!! I read good reviews in this place and wanted to give it a try. I walked in and was not acknowledged by any employee for a few minutes even though each one of them looked me directly in my face until I was told to pick a color. Strange, I thought but then I brushed it off as them being busy. Another customer and I were comparing colors (the only two black women there) at the front desk when we're both screamed at to "Sit down". Needless to say, we both decided it was time to go. If you have customers who are told different prices on the phone and then they come in and are charged a higher price, you are not a very good business owner!!!! On top of that the polish she got on both her toes and nails was very clumpy and you refused to fix her toes but said you would only fix her nails!?!? That makes no sense. My friend spoke to the owner and they hung up on her. I have owned a business before and learned that to keep happy customers, when you make a mistake or have a customer that is unhappy... I was really unsatisfied. The gel manicure was good. They had two people working with me who spoke to each other the majority of the mani and pedi with only football on the tv. Roaches! I saw a roach hanging out on the tape-lighting that runs under the nail bar. I was sitting in the first seat where the counter goes from tall to short. I discretely pointed it out to the owner. She went behind the counter and grabbed a handy roach spray and squirted it on the bug. I noticed that the sticky part of the tape-lighting was discolored from bug feces. The owner went on to say that they come in on the people. I don't know about you but I don't see a roach invested clientele coming into nail salons ... A few minutes later, a roach walked across the towel where I was receiving SNS. YUCK! I had been pleased with this place since it opened. I get services off and on but I've been going steady for over a year at this point. Up to my prior visit where I received a substandard SNS application, I had been happy. Due to starting a new job and juggling some old responsibilities in that last week and half, I did not have the opportunity to have the bad nails redone. I did point out my dissatisfaction to the owner when I went in yesterday. It was obvious that they were a rush job, however no concession was made or even an apology. One of the worst experiences I have ever had today. The lady was extremely rude and started slamming things down when I told her she hurt me with the dremel tool. I then went to pay with a gift card (that they gave me as a special from a previous visit) and they stated they got a new system so could not take it. I just got the delux pedicure which was a splurge for me. It was my first time here and first day off in a month and expressed how much I was looking forward to the opportunity and how bad my feet hurt. My entire experience from start to finish was 23 minutes and didn't even get to soak. It made me wonder what I just paid the extra money for 10 extra massage minutes and a mask. I was shocked since they were not busy. Left me disappointed and feeling like I paid extra for no reason, how quick are their normal pedicures. This place is either fantastic or completely awful. Consistency in customer service is nonexistent. They will offer the person next to you something to drink and yet never even offer you water. Had a pedicure today. Had more nail polish on my skin than on my nails. When I asked the nail tech if she can clean it up some she said she already had. One nail was missing polish on half of it. It looks awful. The other workers offered to fix it up. At this point I was so disgusted with the lack of service, I just wanted out. I have had my nails done there before. Never a pedicure. Had acrylic overlay and it always looked fantastic. However, customer service was never great. Today I paid and left no tip. I always tip 20%. To not leave a tip and write a bad review is a big deal for me. Really I should have never paid. When I got home, I had to remove the polish and redo my nails. This is my go-to nail place! My gel manicure always lasts at least 2 weeks, usually 3. Complimentary wine with your service will always keep me coming back too! I went in last Friday evening for a gel manicure. I was meeting my friend, and they said we would sit next to each other. The place was empty. The guy started my nails when I said I was waiting on my friend... didn't offer me a beverage and was not very friendly. I also felt very rushed and he didn't paint the edges of my nails, which I feel usually helps them last longer. 3 days after, my nails were already peeling off. 1 week later and 5(!) of my nails are chipped and the rest are starting to peel. Usually I can get 2 1/2 weeks with gel, and now I have to shell out another $35 after 1 week so I don't have jacked up nails at Thanksgiving. I am extremely disappointed. read more

I have been getting mani pedi services for 15+ years and this is the best place ever! Kayla is the best, I believe she manages, she does my gel manicure. I have had a few awesome people do my pedicure. Most relaxing, best work, professional staff and clientele. I don't usually have time to write reviews, usually reviews are written by unhappy people who complain about everything and think in doing so they will get some money off or something. This place is so awesome and deserves my time to give it the 150% satisfaction rating. My daughter and neighbor told me to go here and I get asked all of the time where I go as the work is so good. I have been going here pretty often for the last several years but after my experience yesterday, I will not be returning. My friend and I went and got SNS on our nails and a classic pedicure, each spending more than $80. The women did NOT take their time and I've never had a worse job on my nails. The two women that did our nails were also extremely rude. When checking out, I was told the salon also just got rid of their point reward system and for how much I spend on a regular basis on my nails, it does not make sense why they would no longer have rewards. I rarely take the time to write a review and especially a negative review but after my experience yesterday, I felt like it was necessary. I listened to the positive reviews over the negative and It was a huge mistake. The lady did not speak once. Didn't ask me what version of a mani/pedi I wanted or anything. Just pointed to the color I selected. Never turned on the foot jets, hardly trimmed my nails and stopped multiple times to check her Facebook or respond to messages. So much so that I thought I was supposed to be doing something while she took a break. She cut 2 of my cuticles way too low. The UV hand machine for gel wouldn't turn on and I mentioned this three times. She acted like she didn't hear me. I had to wave my hand to get her attention and she huffed like I had done something wrong. I wanted a pretty rose colored pink and ended up with bubble gum pink and when I mentioned it was the wrong one she said it was the one I chose. Very upset with how I was treated today!!!!!!! I called Pedi Nail Spa today to schedule an appointment for my daughter a manicure and a pedicure as well as myself. I asked the price and was told $34 for a regular pedicure and manicure. We arrived and were told to pick out a color from some nail chips and I chose a color. The technician asked what type of pedicure and I told her the regular one like what I was told on the phone. The chairs were nice and everything seemed clean. When our technicians were done they handed me a piece of paper to take up to the register and it had several pedicures listed and the first on the list was classic and she had that circled and it went from that one to more luxurious ones listed. When I got to the register the lady told me it would be $40 each and I asked why it wasn't $34 and she said you got classic and I said I asked for te regular one and she goes that is basic and I said that is not even listed on your sheet. I went ahead and paid but was upset because I felt like it was not a very good pedicure and manicure to begin with, the nail polish seemed old. About 4 hours later it chipped and you could see through the color in places and it was too thick in places. I went back in and asked to have the color changed and the lady who says she was in charge said I will fix your nails but not your toe nails and I said it is the same color on both? She argued and was rude and I left and called back and asked to speak to the owner and she hung up on me. I felt like it was very shady the way they did about the price and the job was not very well and probably the most I have ever paid $40 each for a shotty job. I would not recommend this place and I feel like they will be out of busy pretty soon if they treat most people this way. I was in town for a visit over Easter and needed a mani/pedi. My sister had been here before and her previous experience was positive. The facility is very nice looking. Modern, clean, nice layout. The tech who did my nails was very nice and even chatted me up a little bit. However, this was possibly the worst manicure I've ever had. I didn't notice before I left (my fault) but my nails were filled crooked! My sister was with me and her mani was also a mess (different tech....and her tech was rude). Overall next time we need a little girl time and pretty nails, we will not go back here. read more

Horrible experience after I had been here several times. Took my granddaughter and friend on 4/13. Called about an hour before asking for prices for a 12 & 13 year old. Was told the 12 year old would be $25 and the 13 would select from the regular customer list. When we arrived I was told the 12 year old would choose from the same prices as all others. The manager I think her name is Kayla said no it's from the list....so first lie. So I said, ok we will go ahead. Girls picked their color and I decided to do a mani as well. After tipping everyone 20% we left and I looked at my granddaughters nails which looked horrible, cracked and uneven...I called and explained what happened that I wasn't sure I could come by that evening and was told come tomorrow. So arrived and they were busy which I understood but was told by Kayla that there wasn't anything wrong but if I came back in a hour she could try to fix. It wasn't that I didn't want to come back but she was extremely loud and rude and saying nothing was wrong with the nails...which clearly every nail looked horrible. I asked perhaps if she could refund for the nails and she said we did nothing wrong so I can't refund you. That's where I became upset and said yes there is a big problem and your person messed up. I told her this was unacceptable customer service. Unfortunately we just left and $100 later messed up nails.... Will never go back of course. I had such an amazing experience at this shop! I've worked at nail salons before so I know what's good service and value when I see it and this place definitely has it. Kayla was so great with what she does. She helped me out because I am too much of an indecisive person. Everyone else there seemed friendly. The atmosphere was good. Didn't take long to make me feel relaxed and became friendly with everyone. Price is fair and I think in this situation, it's exactly what they say " you get what you pay for" . I wish I had gone to the shop I typically do but I was pushed for time & figured I'd give this company a try.....never again. Aside from offering me a drink, the staff was somewhat unfriendly (there was 1 friendly upbeat worker there).They seemed upset that I wanted SNS (which I already had & had called ahead of time to make sure they did).The girl that did my nails would not follow the SNS procedure I am used to & proceeded to "file the polish off". I kept asking her why wasn't she doing what I wanted & she began to slam the powders/polish down & speak in native language but then told me i didn't need what i was asking for.Once she completed it "her way", she sent me to the booth for my toes to be polished and as I sat there I noticed that on one of my hands, the finish was VERY bumpy/lumpy so i pointed it back out to her which at this point she wouldn't even talk to me, let alone look at me. I also asked her how long would my nails last since she didn't do what was "my norm", she said "same time". Well typically I can get at least 3wks out of SNS but sadly 1.5wks in, my nails look terrible. I also got the impression that she was either new or inexperienced with SNS due to her co-workers walking by "observing". To pay what they charge, there is no reason to leave unsatisfied. Having just gotten engaged, I thought I would treat myself to a luxury manicure and pedicure. This was the complete opposite of a treat. I got the "Signature Pedi Spa" package which was supposed to come with a 10 minute foot massage among other glorious luxurious sounding things. I settled in with my complimentary wine, and relaxed. To be honest, I forgot what I had ordered and before I knew it, nail polish was going on. I figured the nail technician must have thought I had a regular package and therefor I didn't say anything. My thought that the package I ordered was forgotten was further solidified during the manicure which was nothing out of the ordinary. It was the most basic manicure I have ever gotten, yet also the most painful. I left with 6 bleeding cuticles. OUCH! Regardless that there were spots of blood, the technician still continued to forcefully file away at my cuticles! It was incredibly uncomfortable. I had opted for gel polish instead of the standard, not realizing what a pricey mistake I had made. When the bill came, I was shocked. They had charged me for the $48 "signature" package, plus an additional $25 for the gel polish, bringing my total to $73! I explained that I certainly did not receive my 10 minute massage and therefor should not be charged for that package. The technician ensured me that it was all included over the course of the pedicure. So apparently their version of a 10 minute foot massage is a leg scrub, rubbing lotion into my legs, spending a solid 3 minutes trying to rub a speck of dirt off my heel, and joking with the nail technician to my right. RIDICULOUS. I have been getting pedicures for well over 10 years, and this is all BASIC pedicure package. As if all of this wasn't awful enough, the "complimentary" wine that I drank throughout the dreadful 2 hours gave me the worst wine headache I have ever had.
