Today I received a bill with the full amount due, as they now deny ever accepting the new insurance provider which I verified with them at the beginning. I received a call from the Director trying to argue they never took that insurance, despite my clear memory of speaking with the intake person/receptionist. There is a great speech therapist there, but he is leaving this business fortunately.

The Pearl provided excellent care for my husband after an extreme spinal surgery. He ended up with…read morean infection at the hospital requiring emergency abdominal surgeries. After all of the surgeries my husband spent a month in the hospital and he was kind of at square one when discharged. When he started at the Pearl he was unable to stand. After his month long stay, he was in good enough shape to slide transfer from a wheelchair to his bed or shower/commode. He was also able to stand for brief periods of time. He progressed enough to join the intensive Rio Rehabilitation Program at Legacy Health. During his stay he received top notch care from Rio staff. They were very caring and met him where he was physically. The therapists pushed him to get where he needed for additional rehabilitation. Thank you Colin and Debra! The nursing staff were caring and as timely as they could be and several nurses were standouts (like Carol and Sherry). The weekends seemed to have less staff so things could take longer. That said, they were upfront about other work they needed to do before being able to help. And when they were helping, they took all the time and care that was needed. The food was very good with several alternatives if the main menu didn't sound good. Bambi was great in helping set up wheelchair transport for appointments, Sondra helped coordinate lots of appointments and helped make Rio happen. Tawnya was amazing at coordinating transition to Rio and backup plans. Penny was the nicest therapy pooch. She lifts everyone's spirits. I highly recommend the Pearl as a skilled nursing facility. I simply asked the clinic to hold my account until the matter was resolved, but instead of showing patience or compassion, I was discharged as a patient and accused of being verbally insulting. The reality is that I have only been treated rudely and unfairly by the clinic staff. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with me has added significant and unnecessary stress while I am already navigating postpartum recovery and caring for my baby. Patients deserve compassion and respect, not to be dismissed during an ongoing insurance investigation. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and mistreated, and I hope no other patient has to go through what I have. Response : I am disappointed by the clinic's response. My reviews reflect my actual experiences as a patient and are not "harassment." The billing issue relates to an ongoing error with OHP, and I have been instructed not to pay until it is resolved. I have never engaged in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff, and I find it concerning that such examples were suggested in connection with me. I hope this matter can be addressed with professionalism and respect.

I have been guessing my pain have been contributed by my work-from-home ergonomic settings like the desk and the chair height. I decided to see this physical therapy first to get their opinion if I needed to seek a medical doctor for my issue. When I called the front desk, she made it so easy to schedule and to check my benefits so I clearly understood what to expect for all my office visits. I was super happy I was able to get an appointment within the same week I called. During my first visit they recommended a brace different then the one I had purchased a week prior to my appointment. It's only been a couple days using the new brace and it worked and improved my pain tremendously. The physical therapists there were VERY knowledgeable!!! I also just recently changed my work space at home to make it more ergonomically functional for me too. This clinic is SUPER clean and organized. They truly care about our health and safety and take Covid very seriously. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Be careful as they like to bill you even when the front desk assure you that you will not be billed and it's covered, the mighty corporate office sticks it to you anyhow. they have no regard for honest service and even called me a liar more then once.
