I was greeted right away and even offered a drink while I waited. My technician, Lay, was wonderful--attentive, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. She gave me recommendations based on the health of my natural nails, which I really appreciated. One of my favorite touches was the sugar scrub they use to wash your hands. Such a nice (and necessary!) way to refresh and remove dead skin before starting. Lay made sure my nails were perfectly shaped, uniform, and beautifully designed.
