I stopped by to get an allowable replacement of milk for my litter of bunnies thats mother had passed away. Employee picked out Ultra 24 multi-species milk replacement and i paid and went home. Called back to ask what the measurements were and was told to google it. I did and it said NOT to give it as it would cause "Fatal Digestive Issues". I called back and they said try cat milk which they could NOT do an exchange on because i had broken the seal of the product THEY recommended for me and could only do a 75% return of the price because it was not considered new anymore & "i put them in a bad position". $24 ish dollars returned on an item i paid $33 for that would have killed my bunnies is not acceptable. And then i still had to buy cat milk. Usually a place with good costumer service happened to have terrible problem solving skills. I still have the Ultra 24 to anyone reading this in need of it, you can have it for free i don't have a use for it. read more

A bit out of the way but help you get prescription flea meds without having to book a visit with a vet. If you know your pets weight why do you need to lug them all in at $50 a pop just to get the prescription for the same flea meds you get often?!?! In this economy? Haha. When I tell you I've never been so happy to see my dogs poop! He was showing signs of parvo,he started with vomiting and very bad diarrhea,the vomiting stoped but the diarrhea continued,when I started noticing blood I called my husband and we took him right away,they gave him some antibiotic and probiotic,they administered his first shot of antibiotics,we came home and he was very lethargic and didn't want to eat after an hours he got up and ate all his food and water took him out to poop and he pooped blood,I got really scared and we called the Pedley vet and they told us it would take between 2 hours for the antibiotics to start working but if he didn't get better to take him back and they would see what they could do,he rested all day and then got up and asked for food I was very happy he seemed to be feeling better,this morning he at all his food again and I took him out to poop he did one solid poop and my husband and me were so happy,we are very great full and don't know how to thank them read more

I ended up finding Pedley Vet Supplies while my horse was in training at a ranch near the store. Being that I live two hours away from the ranch my horse was in constant need of food, supplies, and tack. Luckily for me Veronica and Robert would always take care of us over the phone and deliver everything within 24 hours and sometimes the very same day. Their products and customer service are amazing!! Truly out of this world. These guys have their customers best interest in mind at all times. I love this place! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about products. They literally have everything here! The dog food is the cheapest anywhere around by about $10 for the big bag. I drive 10 miles to get here instead of going to my local spot. They have a point system for each bag of food you buy then you get one free. Called the morning I was going there got there they didn't have any of the breeds of chicken they told me they did. Then the lady tried to charge me more $$$ per chick then they told me over the phone. Probably train your staff better and then have set prices for products instead of no one knowing what cost what. Not sure what happened to the customer service I called yesterday (11:00a) and the young lady answered the phone I asked if they carry bran due to my horse having a very upset stomach and possible colic sometimes she didn't know what I was speaking about and let me know that she doesn't think that they carry it I asked her if she could ask someone else who works there that may know exactly what I'm talking about and answered everyone's busy right now I asked her if she could take down my name and number and when they were done with the client that they were working with if they or she could call me back with a confirmed answer. When ever i need anything for my husky i come to this feed store. My dogs like to catch cats and opossums and they get flees. Here at the feed store they sell the pills that get rid of the dog flees for 20 dollars for big dogs. That is a great deal. The dog food they sell here is so much better then the grocery store. I have always driven past this store but never gone in. On 4th of july my dog got out and we found him with about 5 bite marks and a really bad big open wound on his leg. I decided to come here "just to see" abd thank goodness I did. A young girl at the register recommended me a product she said was natural and would help it heal.
