    Get my puppy groomed here every month. They are amazing with him. Especially since he's a little ball of nerves. Everyone is very friendly and sweet. Would not take Ramsey anywhere else

    Shoutout to Lia doing a great job grooming my dog! I recently moved to the area and was concerned about finding a new groomer. Luckily, Lia was super kind and walked me through how she would work with my dog, especially since he doesn't like his paws touched and can get snippy. My dog left in a great mood and I'm happy to report I found my new groomer! Thanks Lia and the PetSmart team.

    This was an awful experience. Not only did they butcher my dog, but I believe that he was also in very much discomfort. He was rattled when I picked him up. And obviously when I'm looking at the hack job, they did with the grooming you can tell there is a groomer named Ashley at this PetSmart and I would recommend that everybody avoid booking their services with her. This is the first encounter with this girl who shouldn't even be grooming. She left his ear dirty and lied to me & said she cleaned it, and the wax came back already. How incompetent. 2nd time I book my dog for only bath & brush because I do not trust them to do haircuts anymore.. I get put with this same girl. I didn't realize until I was there & dropped my dog off. when I recognized her, I should've rebooked but I really needed him clean so I let him stay. She does her initial check on him and takes him to the back I leave. I get a phone call about 20 minutes later saying I need to come back and pick my dog up because he looks like he has ear mites. My dog does not have ear mites. He's never had ear mites. He gets wax buildup in his ear because of his floppy ears noodles are prone to this type of thing and anybody with one or works with them should know that. However, I go get my dog and obviously he does not have ear mites. He just has gun wax buildup in his ear. She made a big scene and even lied and said that we agreed that he had ear mites when I called to speak with the manager about her behavior. My dog was obviously uncomfortable, and I fear that she was aggressive or abusive to him. I didn't see that for myself, but I can tell that how she was acting and how my dog was when I got him back that something happened. This employee Ashley should not be trusted around your pets and I don't know how they can keep her as an employee after the ongoing issues with her. I called to speak with Mgmt. and there was only a supervisor on duty who gave me names of other people who weren't going to be in the store for a few days and I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been a week.

    I am so upset.... Am I crazy?? Took my fur baby to PetSmart in Eastvale to have her groomed. Been there before, so didn't think twice since my regular groomer was booked up. NEVER AGAIN! I asked for her to be trimmed and cleaned up, the same thing I always say. I am not a groomer, I am an accountant, so should I have said something different??? This is what I got!! My beautiful baby had her fur butchered! They charged me $180 and added an extra fee for extra brush time! I am furious! I can't even believe a groomer would do something like this! I am disgusted!

    Update 6-8-25 : Updating my review to 3 stars after receiving great follow-up service. Manager Nick went above and beyond to address the poor experience I previously had--he issued a full refund for both of my dogs and offered a complimentary wash and cut to make things right. Way better alternative than Kenny's approved 10% discount. His lead stylist did an excellent job working with the botched cuts left by the previous employees. While my dogs' hair had to be trimmed a bit shorter to fix the issues, they now look much better. I really appreciate Nick's professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation. This kind of service shows they do care about their customers--just wish it had been done right the first time. AVOID JADEA AND LEA LIKE THE PLAGUE. Original Review : I used to be a VIPP member at PetSmart but downgraded to "Bestie" after I stopped using their grooming services due to a bad experience. I recently decided to give them a second chance -- huge mistake. I brought in both of my Golden Retrievers, Buddy and Bella, for grooming. I requested a wash, DeFurminator treatment, and scissor-only haircuts. Buddy was assigned to a stylist named Lea, who completely disregarded the request and gave him a clipper cut. His coat was uneven, he was still shedding due to lack of brushing, his ears were left soaking wet, and she didn't even trim his paw pads. When I raised concerns, she acted like she did an amazing job and refused to fix anything because she was "busy." Bella was even worse. I believe her groomer's name was Jadea (or something similar). He barely touched her -- no paw pad trimming, no detail work, and left her rear area completely unkempt. On top of that, his attitude was condescending and dismissive. For buddy, I was charged $124 and offered just 10% off for a completely unacceptable experience. The wash, cut, and defurminator were all poorly done -- on both dogs. The only reason I still shop at PetSmart is the rewards program, but after this, even that loyalty is wearing thin. Unprofessional, rushed, and careless. Do better, PetSmart.

    Jaeden did an amazing job grooming my chiweenie! He is always anxious going to the groomers but Jaeden took the time to get to know him and make him feel comfortable. Thank you!!!

    Ashley was great for grooming!! She was very kind and accommodating. Really appreciated it. Our dog is nervous/anxious but Ashley took care of him and he came back so fresh and clean! Don't forget to bring cash for tip!!

    Came in to buy a 50 gallon aquarium with a stand and filter. Spent about $1,000 and Joseph was beyond resourceful and offered so much insight. He helped me to my car and him and another fellow loaded everything into my SUV. He also recommended a few items to go with my new tank. Customer service, professionalism, sales driven but not pushy, and resourcefulness! Great job Joseph!

    This little girl needed the hair trimmed around the eye area as she tears a lot. Her summer cut is perfect. We ask to keep her ears fluffy.

    We have used Heather A. to groom our dogs for years at the Murrieta California location. When she transferred to Eastvale, we decided that she was worth the drive. She is such a great groomer. She is very calm and relaxed around the dogs, and if you show her a picture of what you want, you will get it. If you need a dog groomed, ask for Heather A.

The entire team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. At the start of boarding, Darcey was able to pinpoint the key areas that needed work. Throughout the training process, we received regular updates, including informative notes, photos, and videos that showed just how much progress our pup was making. It gave us so much confidence and peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. The information shared also helped to prepare us on his return, specifically the steps we needed to take to enforce his training. On pickup day, Elias took the time to walk us through all the commands and detail best practices moving forward. His attention to detail, depth of knowledge, and ability to clearly communicate everything really stood out not just to us, but even to outsiders observing the session. Everyone was genuinely impressed! The transformation in our pup has been amazing--he's noticeably calmer, more attentive, and much better at listening. This is a level of progress we couldn't have achieved on our own. We're so grateful to Darcey and her team and we would not hesitate to work with them again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dog training!

Our pug Boba, who is 6 years old, had a huge issue with barking and reactivity. Before training, anytime there was a loud noise, another dog, or even a person just a few feet away from us, he would immediately start barking and getting worked up to the point where he would do that pug scream, and no amount of reassuring would help. Walks were stressful and we constantly felt on edge trying to manage his reactions. Working with Yasin made such a difference. He was incredibly patient and really took the time to explain why Boba was reacting the way he was and what we could do about it. Instead of just trying to stop the barking in the moment, he helped us understand how to work through the behavior step by step. Everything he taught us felt realistic and doable in everyday life, which made it so much easier to actually stick with. One of the biggest moments for us was when we took Boba and his sister with us on a trip to Joshua Tree. Before training, something like that would have been stressful and probably not even enjoyable. But because of everything we learned from Yasin, it ended up being such a pleasant vacation. At one point we even stood and ate at a restaurant for almost two hours with multiple dogs around us, some of them were even reactive, and Boba was such a model citizen the entire time. It honestly felt amazing to see the difference. Because of Yasin's training, we actually feel confident bringing our dogs on vacations now, which is something we never thought we'd be able to do. Boba is a completely different dog in the best way possible, and we also feel so much more confident as owners because we now have the tools to handle situations that used to feel overwhelming. If you have a reactive dog or feel overwhelmed with training, we definitely recommend working with Yasin. He really cares about the dogs and the owners, and it shows.

Blue was three years old when I adopted him from the shelter and had been there for two years, essentially his entire life. He had no formal training and several behavioral issues, and he was extremely reactive to other dogs. Yasin has been helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He has a positive attitude and genuinely cares about his clients and their dogs. I truly wish I had found him sooner. I will continue working with Yasin and Empire K9 Dog Training to help Blue for as long as needed.

    When we first met Arturo, I honestly didn't believe anyone could make a real difference with my dog…read morein less than 10 days. Our dog Lucky is a Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherd mix. He has a lot of energy and can get very intense. Before training, life with Lucky was somehow stressful. He barked at almost anyone who came close to my mom, especially my dad. Walks were also difficult because he constantly pulled on the leash and would get tangled around my legs. Then we started training with Arturo, and things began to change much faster than I expected. What impressed me the most was that every single day we trained with him, I could see real improvement. It wasn't just small changes either. Lucky began to calm down and focus. Walking him is now completely different. I can comfortably walk and even jog with him, which used to feel impossible. Another big change is how Lucky reacts to other dogs. Before, he would bark back and get into a defensive mode. Now he stays calm and has learned to ignore other dogs. Even at home, the difference has been huge. My dad can now walk in and out of the room without Lucky barking at him, which used to happen all the time. One of my favorite moments now is when we go to the park. Lucky is relaxed, happy, and confident. Sometimes he even sits or rolls onto his back during our walks, which shows just how comfortable he has become. The only challenge we still have is that my mom is still velcro with Lucky. She loves him so much that she still lets him sleep in her room, even though we've been told giving him a little more space would help build his confidence. Overall, I can confidently say Arturo is simply the best! He gave us the tools and confidence to handle our dog the right way. What I also appreciate is that many of the lessons he teaches go beyond dog training. The ideas about consistency, behavior, and leadership apply to people too! Thank you, Arturo, for transforming Lucky and making our lives and our relationship with our dog so much better!
