I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran with a walker. Yesterday, I needed help getting my dogs in and out of the parking lot. The employees said they were now not allowed to help me as they have many times in the past. As I was slowly walking down the aisle with my two 65 pound dogs, a young male employee came running out from the cash registers, yelling into his phone as he dashed outside in front of us. He scared all three of us, almost causing me to fall. This is not the first time I've seen him totally out of control. I never saw my groomer who worked on both dogs. This store carries everything from dog and cat food to toys, treats, aquariums, and small pet supplies, so it's easy to stock up on essentials during one visit. They also offer services like grooming and training, which I will try next time I am with my furry ones. I came here looking for dog toys and food. The dog and cat aisles are the most extensive I have seen and there is a large range of brands food and vitamins as well. Service here is non existent. Some of the items didn't have prices and it was hard to find an employe on the floor to check the pricing or stock for you. I had to go up to the register and wait for her to call someone to meet me on the floor. Parking is a good here. There's a large, free parking lot right outside, making it easy to get in and out even during busier hours. read more

The absolute worst location for the grooming salon I've been to. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. I came in with two dogs. One quick wash and One bath and brush. They finished the service in about 45 minutes leaving one of my dogs wet and the other one was still dirty. Held my dog in the front for about 5 minutes and she became super anxious as she deals with anxiety. They got upset I showed up 14 minutes after they called me and tried to charge me an "extended stay fee". Then one of their workers said I drive a "little Tesla" degrading me. More words were said, but overall the service was poor and the customer service was even worse. read more

Went In there because we found a stray outside, tried getting micro chip info. The vet hospital did their best but the dog wasn't registered. We went to the front and ask the manger if they'd be able to give us a discount on a harness/ leash so we could keep the dog from hurting its self on the slip not leash from the vet. The manager told us we don't do discounts for any reason and refused to offer us any kind of help and then smirked and walked away. This was an awful experience. Not only did they butcher my dog, but I believe that he was also in very much discomfort. He was rattled when I picked him up. And obviously when I'm looking at the hack job, they did with the grooming you can tell there is a groomer named Ashley at this PetSmart and I would recommend that everybody avoid booking their services with her. This is the first encounter with this girl who shouldn't even be grooming. She left his ear dirty and lied to me & said she cleaned it, and the wax came back already. How incompetent. 2nd time I book my dog for only bath & brush because I do not trust them to do haircuts anymore.. I get put with this same girl. I didn't realize until I was there & dropped my dog off. when I recognized her, I should've rebooked but I really needed him clean so I let him stay. She does her initial check on him and takes him to the back I leave. I get a phone call about 20 minutes later saying I need to come back and pick my dog up because he looks like he has ear mites. My dog does not have ear mites. He's never had ear mites. He gets wax buildup in his ear because of his floppy ears noodles are prone to this type of thing and anybody with one or works with them should know that. However, I go get my dog and obviously he does not have ear mites. He just has gun wax buildup in his ear. She made a big scene and even lied and said that we agreed that he had ear mites when I called to speak with the manager about her behavior. My dog was obviously uncomfortable, and I fear that she was aggressive or abusive to him. I didn't see that for myself, but I can tell that how she was acting and how my dog was when I got him back that something happened. This employee Ashley should not be trusted around your pets and I don't know how they can keep her as an employee after the ongoing issues with her. I called to speak with Mgmt. and there was only a supervisor on duty who gave me names of other people who weren't going to be in the store for a few days and I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been a week. read more

I am so upset.... Am I crazy?? Took my fur baby to PetSmart in Eastvale to have her groomed. Been there before, so didn't think twice since my regular groomer was booked up. NEVER AGAIN! Update 6-8-25 : Updating my review to 3 stars after receiving great follow-up service. Manager Nick went above and beyond to address the poor experience I previously had--he issued a full refund for both of my dogs and offered a complimentary wash and cut to make things right. Way better alternative than Kenny's approved 10% discount. His lead stylist did an excellent job working with the botched cuts left by the previous employees. While my dogs' hair had to be trimmed a bit shorter to fix the issues, they now look much better. I really appreciate Nick's professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation. I recently decided to give them a second chance -- huge mistake. I brought in both of my Golden Retrievers, Buddy and Bella, for grooming. I requested a wash, DeFurminator treatment, and scissor-only haircuts. Buddy was assigned to a stylist named Lea, who completely disregarded the request and gave him a clipper cut. His coat was uneven, he was still shedding due to lack of brushing, his ears were left soaking wet, and she didn't even trim his paw pads. When I raised concerns, she acted like she did an amazing job and refused to fix anything because she was "busy." Bella was even worse. I believe her groomer's name was Jadea (or something similar). He barely touched her -- no paw pad trimming, no detail work, and left her rear area completely unkempt. On top of that, his attitude was condescending and dismissive. For buddy, I was charged $124 and offered just 10% off for a completely unacceptable experience. The wash, cut, and defurminator were all poorly done -- on both dogs. The only reason I still shop at PetSmart is the rewards program, but after this, even that loyalty is wearing thin. Unprofessional, rushed, and careless. Do better, PetSmart. read more

Extremely rude workers when it comes to ordering pick up I've always been told to wait for someone to help me. Nobody was coming to helping so I got into line to ask for the orders and was told that I'm supposed to just grab them myself and one of them was up on a higher shelf and it was heavy. I had an absolutely horrible customer service experience at Petsmart.I purchased dog food online for curbside pickup. They have different payment options, and I chose PayPal. My dog wasn't fond of the food, so I had to return it. I had my PayPal confirmation receipt that they gave me at curbside pickup when I picked it up. But when I tried to return it, the manager humiliated me in front of other customers, loudly claiming I had no physical evidence of payment, as if I were trying to rob them. After a lot of insisting, he finally gave me the refund. After that, I called customer service to confirm if the fake policy he gave me was true, and it wasn't. Customer service confirmed that they could return my money through PayPal at the store. I was not in the wrong for being upset; this was a complete lack of professionalism and company policies. We are very disappointed when we brought our puppy for nail trim. The groomer is so impatient, you can tell she is not experienced in handling anxious puppy. I hate to put any bad reviews. Today at the Petsmart Eastvale where Jennifer is one of the managers I took my dog for bathing and I was quoted $49 on the phone so I left my dog in the salon. They are awesome people, did great job to satisfy me as a customer when I came to pay they wanted to charge me different amount. When I questioned they say we have extra fee for the weekend when I said I was never told about the extra fee. She asked me if I signed the paper when you leave your dog there and I asked a copy of the paper Jennifer refused to give me the paper that I signed, so she failed as a management to satisfy me as a customer for the extra fee that they were charging. My puppo, Sheila, was running low on dog food, and I had no idea where to turn to in the midst of this current crisis. I saw online that PetSmart is offering curbside pick-up, and I was incredibly impressed by the efficiency and ease of the ordering process. I'll walk you through it: 1. Go to Petsmart.com, pick your store and place your order. 2. Enter your payment information. 3. Wait till you receive an email that your order has been prepped and is ready for pick-up. 4. Call your local PetSmart when you arrive - a team member will walk your purchase out to your trunk! My order consisted of a large bag of food, treats, and some additional protein toppers, which was pre-packaged and ready to go when I called on arrival. Yuri and the entire grooms department is so unprofessional. Yuri has such an attitude that if you make a suggestion on the safety of your dog she will refuse to groom her she decided not to groom my dog because I was concerned over the safety of my 3lb dog and she was saying that there is a note on my toy Yorker that she did not like her paws touched and that they were going to charge me extra if additional groomer is needed note that nothing like that has ever been disclosed to me. Yuri and the team made it so that I feel so uncomfortable that they might hurt my little dog by hurting her since they did not like the fact that I asked that they be careful with her. Not even the manager could tell them anything. A dog is a dog and i still don't understand how they decide to not groom a small Yorker that weighs 3 lbs over there attitude towards a persons skin color because that is what they made me feel. They also want to charge me for putting bows on her head (something that was standard) and that someone on their team conveniently sell them at an additional cost. (Yes the groomers are allowed to hustle the customer for more money) Yet if I upgraded my package there are bows available. WTF they are letting the groomers sell and make money on the side because the $60 is not enough for them. They also called me letting me know another customers dog is ready for pick up. They just called me and said a dog name Bailey was ready for pick up WTH what kind of shit show are they running. Easily making for someone else's dog to be taken. CAUTION: please make sure note every time they cut your dog or hurt it. My dog has been cut so many times I lost count This is what happens: they call us on what happened apologizing telling us how very sorry they are and they tell us they take her next door and get her antibiotic ointment for the cuts they cause by the carelessness of the groomer and they tell me that there is no charge Well I found out today there is no record of the incidents that have happened and that is why they don't charge me for the incidents because they don't have to document all the accidents they had with the dogs if there is no charge. Please make sure they make a record and it's noted in the system because they will hide the fact that they caused an injury to your dog. Our pets are the ones paying for it and all the injuries they cause on them remember they can't tell us when someone hurts them. read more

I came in to have a look at the animals. There were lots of fish that had clean containers and pretty cool tanks. There were lots of items primarily for cats and dogs. They had a four day deal that promoted the adoption of one cats for $50! I thought this was a great price to give the cats another chance to be loved in a happy household. I really wanted to get Sterling (the cat in the attached images). I thought that the cat's informational page could have been done with better effort and more detail. Some of the cat's didn't even have anything in the "about me" box. It's one of the easiest jobs to write a few caring sentences about a cat in need. I would encourage the employers to do better at this. Overall, I had a great time with my boyfriend but felt like more love and care needed to be invested into the lives of the rescued animals. read more

My 6 month Sheepadoodle had lots of matting already on him. I booked online and made it easy, direct with prices and scheduling for grooming. Upon arrival Nicole checked him in and recommended what she would do to get him all trimmed up. She did a great job and is mat free and can see through his eyes now! I checked out in the cash register and the lady was super sweet and nice & I asked about puppy training and got a flyer. I called the store a couple days later for puppy training and Stephanie M answered all my questions on start dates & made it easy to sign up. I had called back with more questions and was surprised to hear the store manager taking my phone call when I had additional questions about training. Last time I take my puppy to get groom at this location. His regular groomer (Armando) wasn't available so we booked with Julie. Armando was great and never had an issue. Ever since then session with her, he has been scared to get groomed. We took him to a different big box store grooming salon, and he was scared to be handed over to the groomer. When we picked him up he was super excited and happy to see us, totally different experience. Terrible service, always long lines to pay because there seems to only be 1 cashier available every time I go in. There are employees walking around nonchalantly not bothering to open a new line.
