Driving it away from the shop when we picked it up "finished", the brakes were horribly unsafe because it takes a LOT of effort in order to get the truck to come to a complete stop, windshield wipers are totally non-functional, and the A/C is not blowing cold air. We are not sure what else is not working properly as the brake system has to be completely redone in order to be able to stop safely before we are able to drive it safely and try out other things. We are continually having electrical issues because of loose and unsecured wires. I was supposed to return a few parts that I was told to buy that ended up not fitting, but the shop lost parts to the items to be returned so I can't return the parts for a refund. The shop told me to just return the items with parts missing which I would never do. The paint job looks good but the mechanical work is totally unacceptable. There are some great cosmetic features on the truck but they are overshadowed by the many mechanical problems.

Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.
