When I picked the car up, it worked slow compared to the driver door. I only discovered this after 3 days and messaged immediately which tells me there was no post-repair quality check on basic functions like this. When I brought it back, instead of taking responsibility, I was told it "could be the sensors" and they were damaged prior to the repair which is not true as the door handle worked perfectly fine before I brought it to the dealership. The technician said they'd need to go back to my insurance company for more money to fix it. I never asked for electrical work -- I asked for a scratch to be painted. The door worked fine before I handed over the keys and stopped working the moment I got it back. That's not a coincidence I should have to pay for. Also very sketchy that when I first gave my car, they said they need to order parts which would take a week and then when I went back with this door issue, they never replaced the handle it was just a paint job. They kept my car for around 2 weeks for a paint job and not even sure what part they ordered. The scratch on the door is so small, it cannot disturb the sensors as even after the scratch, my sensors were working fine. Now, my insurance premium will go up because they will take additional money from my insurance Still working with them to get this resolved properly. The next day, the owner, Mr. Farooq, claimed he had performed a diagnostic and demanded $240, even though I never agreed to it. I refused to pay for unauthorized work, and he refused to release my vehicle unless I paid the charge. This is coercive, unethical, bait and switch. Under Virginia Code § 59.1-207.3, no repair or diagnostic work may be performed without the customer's written or verbal authorization. Action Service Center violated this law and used bait-and-switch tactics to pressure payment. I do not recommend this shop to anyone seeking honest service. Their practices are deceptive, and they held my property over a charge I never agreed to. Completely no transparency!

They ruined the inside panel of my car during a wash and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn't they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company's information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn't damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's one thing for accidents to happen. It's another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with damage and zero accountability afterward.
