I was a fan of Peerless as they have switched out my winter/summer tires for the past several seasons. Nothing fancy here or super professional but it's a tire store and I didn't have major expectations regarding that. With that being said, I certainly DO expect if you have ONE simple job to do which was to put on the winter tires, take off the summer...each set already has the rim so simple and quick job, right? Well, apparently not. After driving all winter it was brought to my attention by the nice people at Jiffy Lube that my tires were on backwards! Yes, that is correct, my tires were put on backwards (never mind that my very expensive performance tires had ARROWS pointing in the direction in which they were to be placed!) I called Peerless immediately and was asked when were my tires put on which was about 5 months prior. I was told that it was a new owner now and they couldn't account for what happened prior to new management! So my new performance tires have been used all winter this way. Oddly enough, I had just been pricing performance summer tires (with rims) and was about to call them to price match (as they told me this when I was in previously). Thanks god I noticed how incompetent these people were before giving them thousands of dollars! In no way can I recommend this business! read more

My tire was going flat, stopped by and I was done within 20 minutes! I thought it may have been a nail but the employee actually showed me what happened (corrosion due to build up that was keeping the tire from properly sealing...or something like that). He also filled up my other tires. He did notice some weird leakage on my car and pointed it out to me so I could go to a mechanic, definitely appreciate that! It was about 10 till six and I called peerless and told the gentleman my situation. He said no problem to bringing it in even though they were closing soon. I went to the Peerless store on 1899 S Sheridan Blvd in Lakewood Co. because my tire has had a slow leak for about the last 3 months. Jose Martinez Jr. came right out to greet me and resolved the problem quickly which he showed me was corrosion that was keeping the tire from properly sealing to the rim. I am very happy with his service and will go back again when I need new tires! I got a flat tire driving to Pueblo for my most recent contract job. Fortunately they were able to patch it down in the Springs, but I knew the time was quickly approaching when I would need new tires. I had been hoping to get through part of the fall season before the big purchase, however a different tire got a stone or rock or something that slashed it, and given the tread and inability to repair that one, I had to take the plunge. I did some research and was about to just head to one of the bigger chains in the area (for reliability and service and maintenance), but I ended up finding a great deal on some Continental tires from an online warehouse that had the option of same day delivery for FREE if you picked a local tire shop to ship them to. That's how I found Tires 4 Less, kinda random, but glad I did. I called the shop that afternoon to inform them that I was purchasing the tires and having them shipped to their store. Spoke with someone who took my info and was hopeful I would get a call back that day, but knew there was a chance it might be the following as it was already late. Well, 6:00 pm came and went. So I called back in the AM. By then, the tires had indeed been delivered, but they were currently busy with other customers and asked if I could come later in the afternoon. My only stipulation was that the tires needed to be on before my drive to Pueblo in the evening, so the employee said they would call me in a bit to tell me when they were less busy. I appreciated the fact that they were respectful enough of my time to save me from waiting around longer than needed. Well, by 2pm I still hadn't heard back, the only negative and why I didn't give this a 5 star review. So I called again and spoke with a different employee who stated they were pretty free and I could come any time. It took me about 5 mins to drive there, convenient, and they got me right in. Best part? They only charged me $60 to install the tires, which I think was quite fair. I ended up saving over $150 by purchasing online and having them installed at Tires 4 Less. I would do it again in a heart beat. read more

Within the past year I have managed to drive over a nail and a screw, and have needed two flats fixed. Both times I went in after work and was expecting a mad rush. Although there were a few customers around, they were staffed well enough to get me in and out within 15 minutes with no appointment (and no charge!) I am so grateful! read more

It was cold enough to change the air pressure on our tires. We pulled into Peerless Tires and asked Ambrose, the assistant manager, could we get some air.Where is the opportunity in that to become a memorable customer service experience? Ambrose quickly added air, advised us one tire was significantly lower than the others and we need to keep a watch for a slow leak, plus return to his store if that occurs. He was fast, and gave us good solid advice for the oncoming winter, and like everyone else with enough things to deal with he made it easier for us--the customer. So Ambrose, a high five to your customer service! I would like you to share this review with your company because when we drove to your business you did not know I have an account with Peerless Tire. Weeks ago I decided to closed my account and because of you I changed my mind. Thank you. But on another visit... I needed new tires and based on my experience with this Peerless Tire location I went there in 2017 to buy a new set. I pulled my car up to the area where they put on new tires.Two employees were standing there chatting and laughing just a few feet from my vehicle. They turned their heads, looked at me, looked back each other, shrugged, and both walked back inside the building and did not return. Wow. To have that level of comfort in disregarding the customer tells me that the management has changed and there is simply no concern of accountability for a blatant refusal to work. This place is great. I woke up on a Monday morning with my tire slowly leaking out air. It appeared to have a screw stuck in it and I looked on Google for tire repair shops close to my home. Peerless Tires had great reviews so I gave it a shot. Drove over at 8am as soon as they opened, was the first person they helped (I didn't have an appointment), gave me a quick patch and charged me a mega reasonable $17.99. After noticing a slow ongoing leak in my rear tire, and reading many reviews of other places, I decided to head over a few blocks to Peerless. From the moment I pulled into a parking spot, someone was there to help me. After examining the rim and tire, they gave me several options. Turns out, my rim had a small crack in it, they were able to order a matching factory rim right away, and it was delivered that afternoon. The guys immediately called me, and I was taken care of immediately upon arrival. All perfect in a matter of hours! I'd like to note that although they were extremely busy throughout the day (at one point there were several other people waiting), I always felt taken care of, not rushed, and given many options. They also took the time to acknowledge each customer and ask for their patience at the busiest points. I know I'll need 4 new tires by this summer, and I'll definitely be going back!! read more

(For Peerless at 4860 E. Colfax, Denver) Great, friendly, honest service. Both Vince and Phil were wonderful. I had a slow leak in my tire. I went to a tire shop just down the road from Peerless. They at first told me my tires were almost completely worn, and that I may need to replace them all (all-wheel drive), but that they would see what they could do. Then, they called me and told me that they could not repair my tire, as the puncture was too close to the sidewall. They now told me, however, that my tires were in really good shape, near new, and that they could get away with replacing just one tire - for nearly $300 (I called my original dealer who quoted me $100 less for the same tire.) Feeling jerked around, I went down the road to Peerless to see what they would say. Vince, the manager, and Phil, the gentleman who fixed my tire, were both very kind, honest about my tire condition (about 50% worn), and said there was no reason my tire could not be repaired, which they promptly did. $20 and less than 30 minutes later, I was on my way. I was so appreciative of their integrity and desire to do what was best for their customer, not to try and just sell new tires. Thanks Vince and Phil for being awesome, and your other managers/owners should know that you are appreciated and your behavior is the kind of thing that will bring customers back to your shop when they ACTUALLY DO need new tires. The first time I went to get a tire replaced the man working there was great. I tried to fill that tire about 2 months later and could not, tried two different tire chucks (both the tire chucks worked on all other three tires just fine) I took the vehicle in the guy at the desk told me to pull up to a parking spot, I pulled in, before I could get out of the vehicle and walk around he told me his tire chuck was working fine and he would not replace the valve. No discussion no help at all. I won't be back, poor service and lousy attitude. read more

This is the only place my family and I will go to for tires and let me tell you the service is speedy and of high quality. From their demeanor over the phone to serivce in person..they are dedicated to client satisfaction. I especially love that they give an you an overview of where your current tires are, condition wise, so that you're not purchasing an item prematurely or that you dont need. They also ask you your budget, can same day out of stock items, and will coach you your driving patterns versus Colorado weather and how it impacts the wear on your tires. Love this place!
