Beyond impressed with these folks. I came in 20min before they closed for a (free!!) tire patch because I couldn't get out of work any earlier. The guys were wonderful and so kind about it, and they ended up finding a different puncture that was right next to a spot that was previously patched, so they had to take that out to redo the whole area. They stayed after close in order to make sure it was properly repaired, and the guy there did a wonderful job explaining what happened and that my TPMS meter would still be freaking out for a bit until I drove on it enough to get a proper read. That would definitely have freaked me out if he hadn't said anything, I am not a car person haha. Once my TPMS meter started working again, I realized that he had also filled up my tire pressure on my other 3 tires to keep it even with the one he patched because they had all been a little low. That was the final cherry on the cake that made me come to Yelp to write this review - they went above and beyond to take care of me for a FREE!!! TIRE REPAIR. They were not going to make any money on that, the store was about to close, and they went above and beyond anyway. I wish I had gotten the name of the mechanic but I was in a hurry to get out of their hair since it was after close. Stopped in as this location as soon as it opened, I've had my vehicle serviced there since it opened. New tires etc. Because of my ever changing work hours it's difficult to make an appointment. I typically walk in as soon as they open and they're usually able to accommodate. Today there was only 1 car in the bay, and nobody waiting to get in. I was not able to get in today as the girl behind the counter insisted that I leave my car there all day. I told her that wasn't possible, never offered another option, so now I'll need to go elsewhere. This is not how you should treat a loyal customer! Maybe she was controlling the amount of work she had to do...very disappointing! read more

It was that time to get all 4 tires replaced on my car, so went to the local Les Schwab. Dropped my car off off at 815AM and by 10AM my car was ready to be picked up. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Les Schwab in Central Park, CO. I've never written a review for a business before, but they absolutely deserve it. From the start, everything was quick and efficient. I was on a waiting list, and instead of having me come sit and wait, they texted me about 15 minutes before they were ready to see me -- which was SO convenient. When I walked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. I enjoyed our conversation so much it almost made me want to come buy tires for fun more often (lol). The shop itself was the nicest tire shop I've ever seen -- unbelievably clean and well-kept. I would recommend this place a million times if I could. The gentleman who worked on my car did an excellent job explaining exactly what was done and what maintenance I should expect in the coming months. The one big difference for new tires between Les Schwab compared to Discount Tire is that Les Schwab gives you the ability for new alignment done at the same place. Those 4 new tires just cost you over $1000-$1500 why would you cheap out on alignment that will help your car drive straight provide a smooth ride and long tread life. Tire base price is higher here compared to Discount Tire (they always try to sell a $30 additional warranty) the service at Les is honest and I'm willing to pay for 4 wheel alignment cost: $125 Your able to make appointments online, walk ins are available but you will have to wait longer. Alignment took just over an hour. Shoutout to LUIS the tech he was friendly and competent. read more

Got the quote which stated 1250 for everything I was going to get on vehicle. Showed up to my appointment and my total had magically gone up 130 dollars before any service had yet to be done. Replace all four of our tires always trying to suggest something else that is wrong to get more money also try to get alignment. They try to say there was something wrong. They couldn't do the alignment. because of that my new tires went bad in six months and they couldn't even give me a good enough discount. First thing I noticed upon entering the lobby... someone smiled and asked if he could help before I even made it to the counter. I'm actually shocked. I have loved this Les Schwab since I started going a few years ago. I called yesterday to see if they could put air in my tires to turn off my low tire signal on my dashboard. (I know my tires aren't low, it's just because of the swings in temperature. Happens every year. They said I did not need an appointment. I went there today and I explained what happened and what I needed. I know I spoke with the same person over the phone. She asked if I had an appointment, I explained I spoke with you yesterday and you said I didn't need an appointment. She said are you going to wait? I asked how long would it be to put air in my tires? She replied, quite happily I might add, 1 1/2- 2 hours. To put air in my tires. I'm shocked. Probably not going to be my go to anymore. read more

My car was inspected for an oil change and brake replacement was recommended. I've been a customer for oil changed for over a year for all my vehicles and have appreciated how friendly the staff is and the ease of scheduling. The brakes were repaired for $1200+. I trusted their recommendation to replace the brakes and to do a good job. 2 months later, my car broke down on the highway and towed to a nearby mechanic who noted that the brakes were improperly installed and missing hardware. I have three young kids and am terrified that i was driving with faulty breaks on the highway for so long! I filled a formal complaint for reimbursement for the brakes but the company declined stating that the other "three brakes are still working." I'm disappointed that there was never an apology let alone acknowledgment that a mistake was made. You lost a faithful customer with how that was handled. read more

In business, most of the time everything goes smoothly. But, the true measure of a great business is the customer experience when (inevitably) something goes wrong. On my recent visit, there was miscommunication in terms of scope/pricing on the front end that left me really surprised when it came time to pay. With that said, I was taken care of by Mike who represented the company fantastically. He remained calm, analyzed the situation, and in the end made a decision that left me feeling cared for and not taken advantage of. I've been here a couple times since opening and the employees have always been courteous and respectful, and the place always clean. They offer free brake inspections and gave me their honest findings, in which my brakes were excellent and to not let any place talk me into buying new ones! Also, went to have tires rotated (free again) and would need to pay to balance them...but again, they found they didn't need to be and didn't charge me! Granted, I've only ever had my Jeep serviced at the dealership, but I would go here in a heart beat for anything else. I highly recommend. read more

My wife found Les Schwab and while I was proud of saving about $25 over them, I have to admit I was a little jealous about how quick and easy it was when she swapped out her snow tires, and when they fixed a flat for free, and when they were always so friendly. These guys were awesome! This location does oil changes - they fit me in same day, actually within the hour, did a full inspection and were incredibly kind. They didn't offer me any services I didn't need or try to up sell me anything for my Subaru Outback - which other places certainly have. The waiting area is very comfortable, has WiFi, and free coffee or other beverages on offer.
