There are also plenty of entertainment options and games to play, which adds a fun twist if you're there with friends or family. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Emma and Pyper especially stood out--they clearly know what they're doing and made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The place was also very clean, which is always a big plus. The coffee itself was excellent with lots of fresh options to choose from, and they often have interesting specials worth trying. Our drinks were genuinely delicious. The lavender latte was amazing--smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The strawberry matcha was just as impressive and honestly hard to stop thinking about after. Overall, this is a spot I'd definitely recommend. Whether you want a quiet cuppa, something fun to do, or a place to bring the family, it really delivers. You won't regret checking it out. Oh and they even had pup cup for my fur baby, which was extra special. Definitely coming back!

Plenty of indoor seating with a mix of counters and tables, no outdoor setup, and a pretty minimal food menu. But you're not here for the food anyway. Easy We had: Pour Over, Papua New Guinea and Bali (5/5): Finding a genuinely good pour over under five dollars feels almost extinct at this point. Somehow, Kingdom makes it feel normal. Both beans were clean, intentional, and actually distinct, which is the whole point of a pour over. The Papua New Guinea was smooth with soft chocolate notes, balanced and easy without feeling boring. The Bali brought more brightness with a citrus edge that gave it some energy. Two different profiles, both executed well

I came during a busy hour which wasn't idea but didn't affect anything in regard to the taste of what I got! Typically I like to find a spot that's quietly busy so if you're wanting to do the same I would try to come when it's less busy as I found myself slightly overstimulated by the business and seeing all the seats filled up which otherwise is a good sign! The Banana Dream Match caught my eye so I ordered it immediately along with an Avocado toast + egg ( extra cost). They give you a buzzer for the food and you have to find a corner to wait in that's out of the way and pick your food up by the kitchen. The vibe was very open and I liked the different seating options as well as the abundance of outlets. I ended up eating outside to get away from the busyness and the I was in the middle of talking when the taste of the Banana hit me. The best. Banana matcha I've ever had. Which I didn't expect because I've tried so many but what I loved most is that the banana flavor was sweet but tasted like real banana and the matcha flavor was still present. The banana flavor wasn't just at the top either it was top to bottom so every sip tasted the same making it soooo good!! The Avocado toast was good as well a little on the tangy side but I loved the egg. Great spot when it's less busy which would make parking easier as well but glad I stopped in to find my new favorite matcha spot.

If you cannot resolve a problem, or if it is an ongoing issue, you should escalate it to someone with the expertise and authority to address consumer concerns. Do not wait for customers to approach you after the situation has already deteriorated, especially when a flippant response has shifted the tone of the interaction. Another option would have been to table the conversation for a later time or on a different day until more information was available. What began as a discussion about a product concern quickly became focused on a employee instead of the issue itself. The manager appeared to become frustrated, stated to understand the main concern, yet responded with an unnecessarily intense tone and level of defensiveness. There was considerable deflection, repetition, and what felt like half-truths rather than a sincere effort to work toward a mutual solution. The manager should remember that they represent the Root of Happiness brand. We have been patronizing Root of Happiness for at least 10 years, long before the owners expanded to the Roseville, Midtown, and Rocklin locations. Additionally, over the last few weeks, the Justin's Peanut Butter Cups have seemed unusually dry. It may be the result of a bad batch from the vendor or the effects of extreme weather conditions impacting the product's quality.

There was a food/snack menu on the counter with a couple of the items sold out or unavailable at that moment. I ordered the halo halo espesyal, chicken inasal, and the golden calamansi drink. The halo halo was layered with all the usual "mix mix" ingredients, and topped with a big scoop of soft and creamy ube ice cream. It was delicious! The chicken inasal was a good portion, served with rice, a side of cucumber, tomato, onion, and a vinegar dip. So good and comforting. My husband liked his calamansi drink. I finally stopped by after picking up something small at Chick Fil A next door. When I pulled up into the drive thru, there was a sign that said that the speaker was currently not working so had to go up to the drive thru window to order. Luckily there was no line when I was there! I pulled up to the drive thru window and initially ordered an Iced Vanilla Matcha. Unfortunately, they were out of matcha so I ended up going with my usual second choice drink which was an Iced Vanilla Chai. I also asked for light ice so it's not too much ice. The drink was made pretty quick so I didn't have to wait too long. I took a sip and was very pleased with their Vanilla Chai drink given it was my first time trying a drink from here! You can definitely taste the chai which was subtle and the vanilla sweetener made it even better. Will definitely try this place again to see how their Vanilla Matcha is! Luckily there's another location near my office building where I work so might give it a try there next time. Although I do love the drive-thru only concept when on-the-go!

Iced mocha is my go-to drink when I'm not sure what to order because it's typically hard to mess up. This iced mocha was literally undrinkable, it was like they were trying to mix hot chocolate powder into cold milk. Took the first sip, got a little milk stopped by a chunk of powder (see pic). Took the straw out thinking that would help, but the next sip tasted like chunky, powdery milk. Tried stirring it up more with the straw, took another sip, more powder stuck in the straw. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash. My husband thought his iced vanilla latte was decent, but he's not picky at all so for him to not say it was "good" is pretty wild. The person who took our order was very nice, but we could hardly hear her/she could hardly hear us because the music was blasting. Not a huge deal, but it was pretty annoying having to repeat ourselves/asking her to repeat herself just to order two coffees. Such a bummer that this is what ended up here. I will not be back.
