I stopped by Peet's at Terminal B because I had been tired of Dunkin' always getting it wrong. I am so glad that I finally caved and tried this Peet's location. I got the Matcha Latte with Protein. When I took the first sip I probably made an ugly face because even though I ordered my drink with protein I forgot that I should be expecting to taste it a bit like protein too. The barista saw that and suggested to add Vanilla syrup. I am so grateful for them and their suggestion. They made the drink perfect to my taste. 10/10 would recommend based on this experience. I stopped here for a warm drink before my flight and got the matcha latte with almond milk. To be honest, it was pretty bad. I have high standards for matcha drinks but this one tasted like warm almond milk, and I barely tasted any matcha at all. They have a wide variety of pastries and some grab and go healthy options, which I appreciate. But man, that matcha latte was kind of disappointing especially for $7. read more

I was hungry for a quick snack before my flight and Peet's was the perfect option. The space was clean and conveniently located. They didn't have any seating, but there are plenty of chairs by the nearby gates. I just grabbed a corn muffin, but for what it's worth, it was a pretty delicious one! read more

Not really what I was hoping when getting their matcha latte. They didn't stir the matcha powder until it got dissolved completely. It tastes like milk and ice tbh. They don't have simple syrup on hand, so if you need to sweeten your drinks, you have to mix your own - which is hard to dissolve in cold drinks.. When you're commuting early to make sure you beat the rush hour Boston traffic to get to the airport early enough to go through security and haven't had breakfast, Peet's Coffee and Tea express shop sounded good to me. They have lots of grab & go breakfast sandwiches and drinks, limited amount of pastries, and several options for coffee and tea. There's a middle high-top island you could sit to get away from chaos around the terminal. Mango Sunrise Iced Tea- Lots of flavored syrup but I didn't mind it at the time. I usually load up on sugar to keep myself wired when I'm traveling until I crash when I get to the hotel. Ham & Cheese Bagel- I asked them to heat it up for me and it still tasted like it's been sitting in the fridge for awhile. Overall Service: Need to be a bit more organized. There wasn't a lot of customers in here and somehow they missed drink order. I had to wait after two customers, who came in after me, got their drink first and then they realized they missed it. read more

I was flying back to my hometown and stopped to get coffee at Peet's before boarding the airplane. I ordered a cappuccino made by an employee with pink hair named christopher according to the supervisor. The pink hair doesn't matter, but i wanted him to be identified because he was beyond rude and disrespectful. When I received my cappuccino, it was literally half milk and half form. I politely let him know it was too much foam and not enough cappuccino. He took my cup and stated, " customers don't even know what they ordered" in a rude and demeaning tone. His body language and facial expressions were horrible and very uncalled for. He needs customer service training. The supervisor didn't apologize or give me an explanation for the half full cup. read more

At the airport, your choices are a bit limited. For my recent flight, Peet's was the coffee shop near my gate. The coffee was bitter. Not a good cup of coffee at all. The cup sleeve didn't stay on the cup. So I almost dumped my coffee every time I tried to pick it up. Granted it was 6:30 AM, but the scone was stale. Very unorganized, had to make my order twice and my caramel frappe was without caramel flavor and almost all milk; I could barely taste coffee, more like coffee flavored milk. Tldr; DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES / DIETARY RESTRICTIONS - they added 2% milk to my drink despite requesting no milk multiple times due to lactose intolerance Specifically asked multiple times for a drink without milk / dairy as I am lactose intolerant, saw the register pull up as "2% milk" and emphasized no milk in my drink, cashier / barista reassured me and then proceeded to make a drink. Took a sip and noticed the taste of milk and asked AGAIN whether there was milk in it. The cashier / barista proceeded to show me how she made it - with 2% milk! Fortunately I am only lactose intolerant (and carry lactaid on me) and not severely allergic but that is extremely irresponsible to completely ignore the customer's dietary restrictions and could have landed someone in the hospital. read more

This Peet's can get real crowded in the morning time. All of the items in the refrigerated section are pretty much guaranteed to be subpar. I got the turkey and swiss sandwich and it was definitely one of the driest sandwiches I've ever eaten. You might be better off getting a pastry. I got an iced chai with a shot of espresso in it and that was not too shabby. I also asked one of the workers to fill my hydroflask up with cold water (little did I know that there was a water station around the corner) but she was happy to do it. Super nice girls. read more

Most people love Peet's Coffee and wish that it was more commonplace throughout the South. However, this is your run-of-the-mill airport food stop where everything is more expensive. I got a roasted vegetable hummus wrap with a zico coconut water. The wrap was cold (came out of the fridge) and didn't have any hummus in it. :( Neither did my roommate's. The people were extremely nice and helpful, as we got into a discussion on the benefits of matcha. From this, I had mixed feelings about this because they had run out of the matcha. :( read more
