Charge you for extra stuff they shouldn't be they give you what they want not what you ask and pay for. Not the first time.

Best coffee shop in the city. Staff always pleasant and attentive and service is quick. Coffee flavors are great and you can't go wrong with a coconut iced coffee. Pair that with Sausage, egg, cheese on a cheddar jalapeño bagel and your day is off to an amazing start. Blows the doors off of Dunks in my opinion. read more

I finally ended my long term relationship with Dunks when I started working at a breakfast place and got hooked on our own iced coffee to the point that Dunks tasted like poop. I work a lot so I don't feel the need to get coffee outside my work that much but when I do, I hit up the Dew for sure :) Mocha Madness is Mocha YUMness. Coffee and chocolate milk? Match made in heaven. Their coffee rolls? SO good. I can beast on one every day if my guilt would allow me to. This location in particular has a drive thru which is good for when I'm in a rush or just a hot mess/lazy. The inside is clean and organized, and every staff member I've dealt with has been really nice and efficient. read more

Honey Dew and I started off like a hot high school couple. The first few weeks here they never disappointed. Everything tasted great, coffee made right. THEN the next few weeks they changed their price of coffees and iced coffee to $1 to compete with McDonald's! I was in heaven. Especially considering they are on my direct route to work in the morning, have a drive thru and minimal wait time - I ignored all negs I'd ever heard. THEN when the honeymoon phase was over the $1 coffee price tag went away without warning. The food started tasting like lard. The started screwing up my coffee orders and charging incorrect prices. The wait time would be crazy, so I'd go in - and the inside is even MORE of a wait and filled with homeless people and whacked out teens hoping for change so they can buy a nasty donut - all while the *odd* manager tries to smile through it. *SIGH* I started holding out on Honey Dew, and knew the end was coming soon. One nice thing I appreciate about Honey Dew is the coffee ordering system. They have PICTURES and clear cut language on ordering. As we all know one person's regular is not anothers. I always get the same thing. Today a normal amount of milk came out looking like ice cream. I asked if it was milk, she said yes. I tasted. ONE SPLENDA and normal milk tasted like melted hazelnut ice cream. I said 'this isn't one splenda". She says "I made it. It is". I said to please make another one. The person behind her says she can do it no problem! Confirms 3 splenda? I say ONE. She walks off, makes another - it looks exactly the same and tastes exactly the same. I drove off. Left the coffee in my car and got what I really wanted at Starbucks before work. NO MORE Honey Dew. I was warned about you, and now I've been burned. read more

I love the multiple flavors of iced coffee, the pastries taste pretty fresh, and the service is always prompt and nice. There is a woman who has worked here for YEARS and she is so friendly and sweet! They also have fat free half and half. That to me is a win! The hot coffee never tastes burnt or bitter. read more

Excellent service and good coffee. Better than Dunks. Owner is super nice and he hires people who have same attitude. One complaint I have is FOX news constantly on the TV. I don't know it they realize it's a propaganda fake news network or if owner is making a political point. In either case it's not appropriate in public space. Stick with local news or CNN. read more

There were no Starbucks or Dunks near the route we were going so we stopped at this location for just a snack and coffee. I felt ill the moment I walked in there. I asked about the ingredients on the donuts and she said pretty much everything has cinnamon on it. Being allergic to the spice I couldn't really eat anything there. So I grabbed a hazelnut coffee. Which was awful. It was 25% coffee and 75% water. Very bland flavor. Didn't even taste like coffee. Maybe coffee that was sitting out full of ice that had melted and reheated later. Nasty! I love this Honey Dew - they always make my coffee just right, the girls that work here are super nice and the coffee is WAAAAYYYY better than Dunks. I don't know why anyone would go to Dunkin Donuts when they could go to Honey Dew. My favorite is the French Vanilla and the Irish Creme. I haven't had any of the baked goods, but the flavored coffee is the best!! read more

I am at Honey Dew Donuts and much to my surprise I am literally having the most delicous cup of coffee I've had in a long long time. (okay at least 9 days) Seriously, honey dew, you consistently brew an excellent cup of coffee....and for that I want to say "thank you" oh....and the Cinnamon stick heated ever-so-slightly....is quite good too. read more

I go there almost everyday and.sad to.say but the Manager is so rude he go's out of his way not to wait on me or my friends but he will take our money we are good enough then. He really needs to work on his people skills. The staff however are nice. read more
