We've become regulars at Attalus Coffee, mostly to explore their rotating pour-over offerings. Each visit has been consistently excellent. The team is welcoming, genuinely knowledgeable, and always happy to chat through the tasting notes or offer recommendations when I can't decide between beans. You can tell they care just as much about helping people enjoy coffee as they do about making it. For my husband, the benchmark is espresso. He's always searching for a shot that's balanced, sweet, and expressive. It's been a surprisingly difficult thing to find, but somehow, Attalus nails it every single time. His go-to is a double shot over ice, and it's one of the few places we've found that is able to deliver consistently! As much as we love discovering new cafés, we're incredibly grateful to have a shop of this caliber so close to home. Attalus has easily earned a permanent spot in our regular rotation.

I honestly don't even know what I was thinking ordering that combination. I am not the type to get floral drinks and I didn't know that the wildflower syrup would be so strong. I think I wouldn't have minded if the matcha flavor was strong but it was pretty watered down and had a pale color :( Not sure if I'll come back because it's out of the way for me. I'm sure their other coffees are fine, and I noticed they have Starter bakery for their baked goods which is a plus

I was recently over in Napa and had a craving for a good latte. I had been to Naysayer once before,…read morebut it was their other location. This location is in a small strip mall with some neat little local businesses. I love the look of the place. It uses really nice coloring and art on the walls. It is small but does have a little bit of seating. The staff is really friendly and we had a fun conversation with one of the baristas. My wife had a cup of their drip coffee, which she said was good. I ordered their "OK, Bloomer Latte," which is a Lavender latter with Tulsi syrup. I love a good lavender drink in the spring and this one is the perfect balance of sweet with the milk and espresso. I also want to shout out to their sense of humor here with the names of menu items and their coffee roasts. Naysayer is a great local business in Napa!

They make their own syrups, which is so hard to find! We got the cascara latte and honey lavender.... I have never tasted cascara but it's the cherry of the coffee bean and it's one of the most delicious coffee flavors I have ever tried! They put cocoa and citrus on top and whoever made these syrups is a genius. They nailed the flavors, this tastes like they've been perfecting these syrups for ages! The honey lavender latte, was the best I have ever had! And I try them at most coffee shops, they made this one PERFECT! I can taste the quality honey and the lavender is infused perfectly! I can't stand when other places use junk honey, this place was AMAZING! The coffees are made in small batches for that rich aroma. Each vat is carefully labeled so you can test and sip several different flavours before making your decision to purchase a packet. This happens every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. There's usually a local vendor that serves breakfast. This morning, it was crepes. With deft fingers, Scarlett moulded the crepes one order at a time. On this beautiful morning, we ordered a sweet crepe and a savoury crepe. Both were tasty and well put together. The summer menu Yuzu Pineapple Matcha is delicious, the matcha isn't too heavy but the matcha is vibrant and the pineapple foam is perfect, the yuzu is very light.
