This place had been on my list for awhile and I finally got a chance to try it, and I've got to say, I was quite disappointed. I wanted some traditional pancakes and sausage so I ordered their full stack with sausage and eggs on the side to make sure a meal. I also got some hot tea. The meal came out quickly and was huge, but upon eating it, the flavor was just not there b the pancakes were dry and needed way too much syrup to even have a chance. Even the sausage patty, which looked very promising, was missing flavor. I had to add Cholula to the sausage and eggs just to give them any flavor. I was very impressed by the size of the dish and actually took half of my pancakes home. That being said, $20 for two eggs, some sausage, and pancakes is very overpriced to me. Even more overpriced was the tea bag and some hot water for $4! I will say my server was incredibly kind and probably one of the best I've ever had. Shout out to Ellanay! After all was said and done though, I was not impressed and quite upset I didn't go to my usual spot up the road, Scrambled.

The staff is so nice and friendly. Don't you hate it when a customer comes in 15 minutes before closing? Well we did that and the staff didn't blink and welcomed us in. They close at 2 on the door but on Yelp it said 3. The food was delicious and in large portions. We ordered the Hawaiian breakfast, another the breakfast burrito and the two others ordered the chicken fried steak. We also ordered a short stack for the table. No one had any complaints. When I'm with the family I'll suggest we come here for a good breakfast.

This little hole in the wall restaurant is very well appointed!

I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but I love breakfast. Upon moving to Las Vegas I have found numerous breakfast places, and they've all been good, but a few really catch my eye. Pegs Glorified Ham and Eggs is definitely one. It's tucked away in a little strip mall, would be easy to mess if you didn't know it was there. But I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get a table on any weekday morning. The ambience is great, the service is stellar, but the real star of the show is the food. I have gone to Peg's numerous times and had different things each time, and have never been disappointed once. One of the things that I always judge in restaurant on is when they bring the milk out with the meal. Long time readers of my Yelp reviews know that it is that attention to detail. That makes a difference for me. Pegs passed the test with flying colors! I highly recommend the stuffed French toast, the pancakes.... Well. To be honest, I've never had anything bad off the menu that I wouldn't have again. The bottom line is run. Don't walk and get yourself some amazing breakfast at Peg's Glorified Han n Eggs!

We've been to Peg's several times over the last few years and have always had a great experience, and today was no different. I was craving some eggs Benedict and they definitely do it right here. In the past I've had their El Caliente Benedict which is chorizo patties in an English muffin with poached eggs and a spicy chorizo hollandaise with some fresh sliced jalepenos. It's amazing but my stomach wasn't ready for all that fire today so I just got the traditional eggs Benedict. The portion size is perfect, served with a nice helping of hash browns. The hash browns were nicely browned and flavorful. Their hollandaise has just a touch of lemon in it and is perfectly creamy and satisfying. I also had a glass of fresh squeezed OJ that is absolutely delicious and worth every penny of the $6.99 cost. My girlfriend ordered the bacon and eggs. The eggs were scrambled nicely and the bacon is to die for. They're several nice big slices that are on the thicker side and cooked just right. About the only negative I have to say is about the toast that she got with her breakfast. She ordered sourdough but unfortunately it was cooked a bit too dark. The other thing with the toast is that they only serve one piece and they cut that in half. Other than that, we had a wonderful meal and will definitely be back again!

Located on S Eastern clean restaurant and great service. Average breakfast first time here tried a few items at 0630 they were the only breakfast establishment open off strip the other options open between 0700-0800 on a Sunday. This restaurant serves an American Breakfast and some Hawaiian breakfast options which I did not try during this visit.

We were greeted by the friendliest staff instantly upon walking in! The store looks modern and clean! Traci was our server and she was the absolute best! Food came out fast, fresh and yummy! She gave refills without ever needing to ask and she was so sweet! Such a great personality! Thank u for a great first meal of 2026!!!

Having my car serviced nearby and wanted breakfast while the work was being done. Quick walk over to Peg's. No problem getting a table at 8:30 AM on a Wednesday morning. The restaurant is simple in the decorating with some booths and mostly tables. Ellanay came by soon after I sat down with a warm greeting and to take my order. Being pretty hungry, I went with the meat lovers omelette ($19.50) with a side of hash browns and two slices of toast (the toast is unlimited so you can have more if you are still hungry after the huge omelet). Service was excellent throughout. Food was delish. Great place for breakfast.

Came in for a quick breakfast. It sure was quick and the service was amazing !!! I FELT SO WELCOMED!! The lady working was friendly quick and personable!! This is such a cozy place . She even had a few regulars that came to eat and it's a Wednesday morning.. I was torn between the chicken fried steak and corned beef . I decided on the corned beef and wasn't disappointed at all!! I will be back to try the Chicken fried steak. :)

For the bacon an eggs with fruit and toast. The bacon, eggs, and toast were cooked perfectly. The fruit was also nice and sweet Sat up at the bar watching all the food come out. I'm normally pretty picky but everything that I watched them prepare looked amazing. Staff was also super friendly!

Absolutely amazing diner very old school field with a modern touch with amazing staff that keeps you laughing and happy and very on top of everything. I didn't really have to ask for much of anything or on top of it. Food was top-tier portions were more than enough for one person. Absolutely love this place. Definitely recommended for breakfast or brunch.

    Yes

    Is it Vegan Friendly?

They have one designated vegan dish which is pinto beans, salsa and hash browns. The hash browns were cooked with regular butter and I was happy the server told me before they came out. Overall nice service but definitely not vegan friendly

I opted for the Works Chili Omelette, which was a 4-egg omelette with onions, chili, cheddar cheese, and jack cheese. I got the seasoned potatoes and the housemade banana nut muffin to complement the meal. The chili omelette needed a side of sour cream (because I always eat chili with sour cream) and the Blackened Prime Rib meat pieces. Both toppings enhanced the flavor of the omelette even more! All in all, I loved the generous portion of the plate and the overall taste of everything. The interior of the restaurant gave a family-style, cozy environment. Nicole was my server during the dining experience, and she was super pleasant. The price points of the food and drinks were reasonable. This restaurant even offers an outdoor dining patio area and dog treats for dog owners, which is lovely. We reserved the private room in the back to celebrate a birthday, expecting the same fun, energetic atmosphere that The Stove Las Vegas is known for. Instead, it felt like we were completely forgotten. Our food took over two hours to come out because we were told the printer in the back wasn't working. Throughout, we kept hearing different explanations for the delays. At one point, our server even mentioned that she was serving six tables. While I understand that unexpected issues happen, those are internal operational challenges. As guests celebrating a special occasion, we expected solutions and proactive communication--not a series of reasons why things weren't going well. When my food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. I ordered the Hangover Heaven Burger, and it was extremely dry and sloppily assembled. The fries were also a much smaller portion than expected. What made the experience even more disappointing was watching the main dining room. Guests out there were enjoying the full party atmosphere--birthday signs, tequila shots, music, and staff celebrating with them. In our private room, none of that happened. The birthday girl wasn't acknowledged at all. No sign, no tequila shots, and no birthday celebration despite booking the private room for that very purpose. We also were never informed when booking that the private room required a $500 room rental fee or that there was a minimum food and beverage spend. Those are important details that should be communicated upfront before guests commit to hosting an event. To make matters worse, the private room was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the evening, making an already frustrating experience even less enjoyable. Overall, what should have been a memorable birthday celebration turned into a disappointing evening. Between the two-hour wait for food, poor food quality, lack of communication, hidden room costs, uncomfortable environment, and the complete lack of birthday recognition, I cannot recommend The Stove Las Vegas for private events. There are too many restaurants in Las Vegas that provide better communication, better hospitality, and a much better experience for celebrating life's special moments.
