Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. My Tri-Athlete was a great combination -- the egg-white omelet, fresh fruit and whole-grain toast made for a satisfying breakfast without feeling overly heavy. My wife absolutely loved her granola bowl. It was loaded with fresh strawberries and blueberries, and the blueberry muffin was a great addition. The service was attentive throughout our meal, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. FIRST TIME HERE. My choice. Brother came with me, he has the car and I don't so I usually call him. He ordered a waffle w/apple sausage and eggs over easy and an English Muffin. He says the eggs were really runny, like not over easy... I ordered eggs benedict which was OK. I ordered a bloody mary but it came with bacon which I did tell the server, I don't eat meat so please no bacon but bacon was there, ok so I removed it... the drink was good. Her "Million Dollar Potatoes" tasted like they used the entire box of salt!! My bacado omelette, I thought, would be delicious. It was just okay if I am being nice. Not only did they forget to put my bread/toast in the bag/order, they put all of the Avocados in one small corner of the dish. I do not know if the cook today was new or training, but for a national breakfast chain restaurant this order did not hit any marks... if there is even a standard in the kitchen?? My favorite meal is brunch so I was excited to visit a place that specializes in that! We went on a mid-morning weekday and still had a bit of a wait, a testament to its popularity. Aesthetic is farmhouse, vibe is busy diner. Service is efficient. The menu has traditional breakfast fare (egg dishes, french toast, etc) as well as sandwiches and salads. They offer a few "morning" cocktails, with mimosas at only $9.99! (I did not see a bottomless option). I had the BLT Eggs Benedict which was very good, with a thick home style type of bacon and a delicious English muffin, but the side was arugula, which I didn't notice when ordering (that's on me)! Perfect brunch place with good prices. Everything is a reasonable price and the portions are great. We joined the waitlist online and when we got there we only had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Service was very friendly and I loved how she gave her opinion on dishes we thought about getting. I got half sandwich and salad combo for $12. It was really tasty and filling too. We recently discovered their "wait in line" feature on the app, and it made the experience so easy! The server was nice but did not take our order for at least 20 min and then after our food came we never saw her again until needing the check. It seemed pretty busy so definitely not her fault but probably sat her too many tables. The inside is very cute and the have a pretty big patio area which i enjoyed. The food was average. Very disappointing experience. We ordered the Maple Bacon Croissant Breakfast Sandwich, but what we received looked and tasted like it was served on a biscuit, not a croissant. We came in around 8:25-8:30 this morning. This was our first time visiting this location, as we usually go to the Stephanie location. My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. The patio is a great option with heaters and beautiful mountain views in the distance. Since it is new and very popular, the wait is usually around 45 minutes or more. They do a good job keeping you updated with text messages on your wait status. There are about 10 bar seats available, which is a nice option if you want to avoid a long wait. My friends and I ordered the tri fecta, the power wrap with fruit, and the avocado toast. Everything was delicious, and the million dollar bacon is a must. They offer a few iced coffee options along with regular coffee, and you can request oat milk. I also appreciated that they leave the coffee carafe on the table. We stumbled upon a very unique restaurant front that resembled the same characteristics as our favorite ocean area food spots in California. Being locals we are always in that area and it encompasses one of the busiest streets in the southeast side of the vegas valley. The chickinchimaga had a great buttery toasted crust with a good amount of stripped dark meat chicken along with their specific hollindaise sauce that completed the tangy, cheesy, yet very savory experience. The upgraded million dollar potatoes of a mix of cheesy bacon good ness was the perfect match. My only gripe was there was just too much onions for my taste on the burrito. I've been watching this place being built for the last 9 months, and was super excited to see it open. So I didn't want to miss an opportunity to go have breakfast. Super easy to find on Eastern avenue, it's right next to the Starbucks. Very modern yet warm and inviting exterior. They have a gorgeous waiting area that looks like somebody's backyard in a very high-end house. And if the weight is too long, they have cornhole for you to play. I did not get to do that as I was seated immediately. Inside the place is again as warm and cozy as the exterior, well-appointed decorations, and plenty of table, Booth, and bar seating. Staff is super friendly. Brianna was my server, and she was awesome. Very friendly. Very nice and very helpful. I had the traditional breakfast, which was scrambled eggs, potatoes, couple pieces of bacon, and toast. Toast. Make sure you upgrade to the million dollar bacon, which gives you two extra pieces of this perfectly seasoned and drizzled with maple syrup delight! Delight! The other hot tip is upgrade your potatoes to the million dollar potatoes which includes chopped up pieces of the million dollar bacon, and this amazing parmesan sauce that is just astounding. Of course I had to do my ultimate test, which is the glass of milk with breakfast. I got to tell you first watch nailed it with flying colors. The meal was perfect, I cleaned my plate, and would have licked it clean but that would have been inappropriate. Bottom line? Run. Do not walk and go. Get yourself a great breakfast here!
