I've been here one other time before but decided to stop in here with my husband after our maternity shoot to grab some breakfast. Even though it was a Saturday, we were seated pretty quickly. It did get busy after we left, but still not too bad. Our server was great and did a great job taking care of us. I ordered the watermelon drink they have (which you can also order spiked if you want, but of course I can't right now haha) and then also the chocolate chip pancake and a side of sausage links. The sausage links were delicious and so was the pancake. We also got the special bacon and biscuits, too. Both were delicious! Love the inside here too and there's plenty of seating. We came in around 8:25-8:30 this morning. This was our first time visiting this location, as we usually go to the Stephanie location. My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I suggest more customer service training for these server. Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did. read more

So my cousin that lives in Vegas recommended we visit this place while we were in town.. We met him here for breakfast.. This place was off the chart.. It has this farm to table feel as soon as you walk in.. First off.. Our Server "Chantal" was amazing!! From the moment we walked in she greated with a great smile and positive attitude.. She asked each of us how we were doing and had this glow that she was going to show us this place that stands out from the rest. She explained the drinks and food options.. The coffee is really good and the story about the coffee they serve does make it that much better.. The food... OMG Breakfast was Really Good!!! The BLT benedict with the bacon and a small super greens salad was different and so tasty.. Salad with Breakfast?? It worked and was really good! My favorite meal is brunch so I was excited to visit a place that specializes in that! We went on a mid-morning weekday and still had a bit of a wait, a testament to its popularity. Aesthetic is farmhouse, vibe is busy diner. Service is efficient. The menu has traditional breakfast fare (egg dishes, french toast, etc) as well as sandwiches and salads. They offer a few "morning" cocktails, with mimosas at only $9.99! (I did not see a bottomless option). I had the BLT Eggs Benedict which was very good, with a thick home style type of bacon and a delicious English muffin, but the side was arugula, which I didn't notice when ordering (that's on me)! Perfect brunch place with good prices. Everything is a reasonable price and the portions are great. We joined the waitlist online and when we got there we only had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Service was very friendly and I loved how she gave her opinion on dishes we thought about getting. I got half sandwich and salad combo for $12. It was really tasty and filling too. Salad was a big size. I got the roast beef sandwich. The bread was Parmesan crusted and had a good amount of meat. We have been wanting to try this new breakfast spot since they opened, but every time we drove by, the wait looked too long. We recently discovered their "wait in line" feature on the app, and it made the experience so easy! The app estimated a 10-20 minute wait, and by the time we arrived about 15 minutes later, we were taken straight to our table. From the hostess to the wait staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. We ordered the Traditional Breakfast and the Tri-Fecta Breakfast, and we were shocked by the size of the pancake -- huge! Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. One of the little touches we really appreciated was having a carafe of coffee and water right on the table so we could refill as needed without constantly needing to flag down staff. The server was nice but did not take our order for at least 20 min and then after our food came we never saw her again until needing the check. I have now been here three times because my daughter really likes it. I think the place is just OK and HOME fries are decent. I think the prices are a little bit high. They also put these two coffee mugs on the table and they don't tell you that you get charged for it until you get your bill which is not a big deal but they should tell you beforehand so you think they're just on there and that you can have a cup of coffee, but that's not the case. I do think Service has improved since the first time I was there the first time I was there. The workers were very rushed and kind of snippy but the last time that I went, they were actually kind of nice. My husband's watermelon drink was overly citrusy and barely tasted like watermelon at all. We were especially looking forward to the Eggs Benedict, but it arrived dry and the eggs were significantly overcooked. I was excited to break into a runny yolk, but instead the yolks were completely dried out. When we mentioned it to our server, the response was simply, "Overcooked -- do you want another egg?" There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no attempt to make things right. The granola bowl was okay, but nothing memorable. The almond toast was also disappointing, with large chunks of sea salt that made it overwhelmingly salty. Overall, First Watch felt overpriced for the quality we received. We had high expectations given its reputation, but the food and service both fell short. If you're looking for a truly enjoyable breakfast experience in Las Vegas, I'd recommend trying Cafe Duval, Broken Yolk Cafe, Truffles N Bacon Cafe, or CraftKitchen instead. We've consistently had better service, more flavorful food, and breakfast dishes that are actually worth the price. The hostess didn't seem super thrilled to see us, but we asked to sit outside anyway... which turned out to be a mistake. We finally ordered drinks and coffee, and the hostess (who actually was very nice) dropped them off and disappeared which was rough because after that long wait we were more than ready to order food. Once we did order though -- totally different story. The food was legit really good. I wanted an egg white omelette with mushrooms but was told it wasn't on the menu and I'd have to order an omelette from the ones listed and substitute items. When the order was corrected the egg white omelette was ok but fell short of my expectations with respect to taste. The home fries were good but I did find them a little greasy. My server was great. She apologized for the delay and offered me a complementary beverage while I waited. This was thoughtful and very much appreciated. As we walked in the house, discreet us with a smile I told her I was waiting for somebody and she said that she would be with me right away, requested a booth because we had a child that needed a booster chair. Once we got sat, we waited forever for the server to stop by the table. The patio is a great option with heaters and beautiful mountain views in the distance. Since it is new and very popular, the wait is usually around 45 minutes or more. They do a good job keeping you updated with text messages on your wait status. There are about 10 bar seats available, which is a nice option if you want to avoid a long wait. My friends and I ordered the tri fecta, the power wrap with fruit, and the avocado toast. Everything was delicious, and the million dollar bacon is a must. They offer a few iced coffee options along with regular coffee, and you can request oat milk. I also appreciated that they leave the coffee carafe on the table. First off, I want to give a shout out to Autumn. She was absolutely fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Anyone that sits in her section is lucky. She made sure to keep checking in on drinks and if anything was needed, which feels like such a lost cause at most places anymore. Next off was the food. The quality, size and price was great. Everything was delicious and cooked just right. Autumn made sure to ask on how we liked our bacon (which was a huge bonus to us), the poached eggs were also cooked perfectly. First time here and glad we came. As you walk up to the front you are greeted by a cornhole game. We played it and it was fun. I'll say that it wasn't in the best spot. People entering the restaurant have to walk right through the middle of the game. Not a big deal if the people playing are respectful. The service was excellent. The food was great. We stumbled upon a very unique restaurant front that resembled the same characteristics as our favorite ocean area food spots in California. Being locals we are always in that area and it encompasses one of the busiest streets in the southeast side of the vegas valley. It being open for less than two weeks we understood the chaotic atmosphere like every restaurant at its beginning stages We ordered the infamous bacon as a starter and boy it was met with a great mixture of sweetness and peppery goodness to start our morning breakfast. The chickinchimaga had a great buttery toasted crust with a good amount of stripped dark meat chicken along with their specific hollindaise sauce that completed the tangy, cheesy, yet very savory experience. The upgraded million dollar potatoes of a mix of cheesy bacon good ness was the perfect match. My only gripe was there was just too much onions for my taste on the burrito. The chillaquilles was perfect with the toasty tortilla chips and barbacoa. Meat was full of flavor and had enough protein to complete the meal. I've been watching this place being built for the last 9 months, and was super excited to see it open. So I didn't want to miss an opportunity to go have breakfast. Super easy to find on Eastern avenue, it's right next to the Starbucks. Very modern yet warm and inviting exterior. They have a gorgeous waiting area that looks like somebody's backyard in a very high-end house. And if the weight is too long, they have cornhole for you to play. I did not get to do that as I was seated immediately. Inside the place is again as warm and cozy as the exterior, well-appointed decorations, and plenty of table, Booth, and bar seating. Staff is super friendly. Brianna was my server, and she was awesome. Very friendly. Very nice and very helpful. I had the traditional breakfast, which was scrambled eggs, potatoes, couple pieces of bacon, and toast. Toast. Make sure you upgrade to the million dollar bacon, which gives you two extra pieces of this perfectly seasoned and drizzled with maple syrup delight! Delight! The other hot tip is upgrade your potatoes to the million dollar potatoes which includes chopped up pieces of the million dollar bacon, and this amazing parmesan sauce that is just astounding. Of course I had to do my ultimate test, which is the glass of milk with breakfast. I got to tell you first watch nailed it with flying colors. The meal was perfect, I cleaned my plate, and would have licked it clean but that would have been inappropriate. Bottom line? Run. Do not walk and go. Get yourself a great breakfast here! It was rush hour for lunch and they seemed either inefficient or under staff in getting names on a checklist, seating people and serving people. The couple in front of us were angry at their long wait. There was only one person handling the check in and taking guests to their seats. A suggestion use an automated system along with face to face check in for a seamless process like other brunch places in the valley. The lady taking our name and seating us looked overwhelmed with the iPad she was holding. Since we waited a long time to get seated, it felt long wait for drinks and food. However, it was about a 45m from check in to food delivery. The waitress seemed use to apologizing for a long wait. The food was ok. I ordered the Tri-fecta. The waffle was excellent. Nice and crispy on the edges. Sausage was cold. Eggs were average. My husband ordered the ham and Gruyère and tomato soup. The portion was small and food average. The check out system you can pay by phone or head to the front. It was unfortunate, they don't have credit card mobile handlers so you have a plethora of options. Catching up on old times with a friend who chose this spot for breakfast. Nice open and airy restaurant. We got there around 9:45 am so early and didn't have to wait long. I ordered one of the breakfast hash bowls that comes with two eggs, potatoes, avocado, cheese and bacon. I substituted the bacon and asked for turkey links instead. Unfortunately my order came out with turkey links and bacon . I had to send it back. The waitress was good and did take it off of my bill. It was ok but the potatoes were super salty. My friend had the pancakes with strawberry's and they did not look appetizing at all, she also had the granola bowl which did look yummy The blueberry cornbread was excellent. Don't knock it until you try it. No pics because of all the confusion with the messed up order. I would give them one more chance . Seems like a popular breakfast spot. read more
