First, a shoutout to our waitress Isabella. Prompt service with a delightful attitude. We decided to get away from The Strip and stopped in for breakfast before heading home after a fun weekend and maybe too much drinking. I was in need of some waffles or pancakes and don't forget the coffee. Coffee requirement was met by the delicious vanilla cold brew, which I'll definitely be coming back for next time I'm in town. We wanted a good breakfast after a morning at the doctors office and Keke's Breakfast Cafe was pretty close and has great reviews. We walked in around 1230pm on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all (which was to be expected) but there were quite a few tables being occupied so I can only imagine how busy it can get on the weekends. The place is clean, bright and very modern feeling. I liked the ambiance a lot, even if it was a little chilly in the dining room. Service could have been a bit better, but I do understand it was a weekday and there probably weren't very many servers working. It took a very long time to have our server greet us and take our orders. We didn't get straws with our drink and had to wait so long to flag someone down for one. When we did see our server, she was nice and friendly though so there is that. The food was fantastic and very much made up for the not so great service. The pancakes are huge and taste great. I love that they offer extra crispy bacon. I wish there were more accompaniments I could pay for to add to the grits (they were the only thing I thought was bland and needed something else.) We had a really disappointing experience at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. We sat at our table for 20 minutes without a server even coming over to greet us or bring us water. We tried to get someone's attention, but no one acknowledged us. After waiting and still receiving no service, we decided to leave. We didn't even get the chance to place an order. I understand restaurants can get busy, but completely ignoring customers for 20 minutes is unacceptable. This is a really solid breakfast joint! I had seen it when I've been driving up and down St. Rose parkway for the longest time, and finally decided to stop in on a weekend. Got seated right away even though it was a busy morning, they had plenty of great seats available, while still maintaining a warm and cozy atmosphere. The coffee was definitely on point! And the food selection was perfect. Everything we had was absolutely stellar, cooked perfectly, and our waitress was top-notch. She was always around to refill water glasses and coffee, and made just enough conversation to make the breakfast pleasant. Bottom line? I will definitely go here again, and you should too. Had a ladies friend breakfast today. This place is clean and large. Came in at 07:30 and seated right away. The waiter and staff were all great and very attentive. We ordered pancakes, a breakfast bowl and oatmeal. I ordered the breakfast bowl and found it just ok. My friend who ordered the oatmeal ate all the fruit and a bite at best of the oatmeal. The only negative is I asked for crispy home fries and boyfriend asked for his pancakes to be cooked light, but the cook disregarded both requests. Other than that, the flavors of was really good. Just had a horrible horrible horrible breakfast Door-Dashed. First of all - If you're gonna serve "inside out" omelets, your menu should say so. So my omelet arrived. The feta cheese was inside the omelet BUT I was shocked to see that the cooked spinach and the small-diced tomatoes were on the outside of the omelet! The order came with toast; I chose Raisin Bread. So the Employee who packed this meal to go, placed the four triangles of Raisin Bread on top of the cooked spinach and diced tomatoes! By the time the food was delivered, PREDICTABLY, the Raisin Bread was soggy and inedible. Hubby gave me his Bagel -- for which we paid an upcharge which would be fine if we'd gotten both Raisin Bread and a Bagel but we didn't get edible Raisin Bread. The home fries are thinly-sliced, overly oily potatoes which were so salty, I could only eat two forks of them -- and I love salt. I threw out much of the omelet (way too much spinach; the tomatoes had been diced so small that it was a tomato mush), all of the bread and 95% of the potatoes; accordingly, my half of the $61 breakfast was worth absolutely ZERO! Fortunately, I have one last large Oatmeal Cranberry cookie from Von's left; that will be my breakfast. After having waited an hour and paying $61, I'll eat a Von's cookie for breakfast. Hubby wanted to ask for "no jalepeños" for his omelet but this restaurant chooses to not allow NOTES or REQUESTS to the restaurant. He finished eating less than 10 minutes ago and just headed for the bathroom; the jalepeños went right through him. We normally order from EGG WORKS and are able to request "no jalepeños." (DD software allows for NOTES and REQUESTS but KEKE's has opted out of offering that convenience to their customers, apparently.) The last time we ordered from EGG WORKS, it took them nearly 1.5 hours to get our order made which is why, today, we decided to try KEKE's. We won't make that mistake again. I mean, seriously?? Decided to try out a new brunch spot. Bright, open restaurant with lots of seating inside and out. Came around 11:30 am on a Weds. It was not busy. We got sat right away. The service for not being busy was slow. The food runners checked on us more than over server. The food was okay. Nothing wowed me. Very mid. My panini was alright and my friend had waffles sausage and eggs, but said they were pretty bland. Not much flavor. This is a place we checked out once. Will we be back? Probably not. Came here for breakfast the other day and was pleasantly surprised with it! It was a weekday so it wasn't as busy, though I could probably tell it probably gets busy on the weekends. It's very clean inside and looks like a diner. The walls for the booths are really high, so you get some privacy, which is pretty nice. They also have a little patio for when the weather is warmer, too. The menu is expansive and there's so many things to select from. I just did a build your own breakfast combo with pancakes (which I upgraded to a chocolate chip pancake of course), sausage links and gritz. The pancake was huge! And the sausage links were good, too. The gritz was fine but maybe I'm not as big of a gritz fan as I thought. They had other options so I'll just get something else next time. While visiting Nashville, Tennessee, I dined at KeKe's and really enjoyed the food. When I discovered one in Las Vegas, I had to try it. The interior decor and menu mirrors the Nashville location. I stopped into Kiki's Breakfast Café for lunch (yes, they do serve lunch!), and overall it was a pleasant experience -- with just one hiccup. I ordered the turkey club, which was huge and came with chips and a pickle. Everything looked great, but the turkey itself tasted like cheap deli meat and had a bit of a rubbery texture. Definitely not my favorite part of the meal. My iced tea was good, though, and everything else on the plate was solid. The service was honestly the highlight. My server, Sam, was super sweet, friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable about the menu. For a brand-new place that's still finding its footing, they're already doing a lot right -- especially with staff and cleanliness. The inside was super clean and decorated really nice, which gave it a fresh and welcoming feel. I ordered an omelet and so did my boyfriend, and both came out perfect. All I can say is HOME FRIES! I have been waiting for this location to open and so glad it finally did. Official grand opening is November 17th so ya'll might see me again! Upon walking in, the staff was welcoming and warm. It was very clean and bright inside. A colorful "Henderson" mural was on the wall and all other wall prints and decor were also colorful and pretty. The food selection was nice- the fall menu looked yummy with pumpkin spice and apple options, but I went with a veggie omelet. My omelet came with cheesy grits and sourdough toast. I wanted orange marmalade for my toast, but they didn't have any. That was my only issue. HOWEVER, everything else was fantastic. My family tried a variety of items: eggs benedict (perfectly plated) with the home fries, a veggie omelet (with plentiful red peppers, mushrooms and spinach) that came with cheesy grits and sourdough toast, the fajita chicken omelet, and a few of the classic combos. The plating on everything was beautiful. The portions were good and the actual plates themselves did not crowd the food. The pancakes were fluffy and bigger than my hand! Our waters and coffee were topped off regularly, and we were greeted by management. I will let the pictures of the food speak for themselves. Visited here for the first time on a Sunday for brunch with 7 friends. I ordered their Fajita Omelet with egg whites, home fries, wheat toast, and fruit cup. Despite the crowded dining room, our food arrived within 15 minutes. It was a unanimous vote that everyone's meal was excellent. So, my daughter wanted me to check out this place. Nice little spot out of the way, and I like the quiet vibe. We got in, and the server came over to take our order; she was friendly. The egg scramble was not a scramble but more of an omelette. Maybe don't advertise an egg scramble and serve an omelette. I'm giving the place a 4 mainly based on great service, and the fact that they are newly opened. I'm hoping that they can tweak their menu to invite more remarkable flavors. Maybe for the chicken and waffles use bone in chicken for more flavor and not chicken tenders The prices were a tad high for the dishes but nothing that would break the bank. Came for breakfast with my mom this morning to check out the new restaurant. It's located next to Eureka on St. Rose. The restaurant is very beautiful decorated with bright colors and festive pictures. The restaurant is very new and clean. We were immediately greeted by the staff and they checked in with us often. As for the food, it was very good. My mom had the Combo French toast with 2 eggs and bacon. The French toast was the best I have had in a long time. The bread was soft yet crisp on the outside. The maple syrup came in a squeeze bottle (great idea) and it was light tasting. The bacon was crispy and not burnt. So I recommend having the French toast and I'll have to try the stuffed one. It looks yummy! I had the tuna melt with upgraded French fries. The sandwiches generally come with Kettle fries. The fries were perfect! So crispy light and fresh. The sourdough bread was delicious fresh and perfectly toasted. The tuna was good but a little too much mayo for my taste. We enjoyed our meal with coffee and water. The coffee was very good and I loved their tall glasses and square coffee cups. It made drinking fun. Overall, we can't wait to return and try more breakfast options. read more
