This was disappointing. I'm very careful when ordering chicken. In particular, chicken cut into pieces. I don't normally visit this location, but I know I will not do it again. I was only able to eat a small portion of this before throwing it away. I felt like it had more fat than chicken, and I lost all interest in my food. The flavors were great, but fatty chicken ruins the whole thing. If you're thinking about getting this, keep in mind, they do not trim the fat before serving. I'll stick to the location in Euless, I never have these issues when dining there. read more

I should know places like P.F. Chang's or Panda Express... anyway but as a Chinese person, this food was not it. I think non Chinese Americans love the sauce heavy ness of it all but my shrimp was just covered in soy sauce and it was very salty and strong. I wanted white rice but the sauce made it all brown pretty much. I would say the shrimp was hot and fresh but the noodles are horrible and it's just too much sauce. To each their own though. Like I prefer Tex Mex over some Mexican dishes because I'm used to it. But I would highly encourage yall to try authentic Chinese cuisine. There is so much more out there than orange or sesame or kung pao chicken and lo mein okay! Locals don't really eat those dishes anyway. read more

The floors were filthy, tables sat dirty for a long time, and there were fruit flies flying around the dining area and food. On top of that, the food was not good at all. The best thing about Pei Wei in my opinion is that you can substitute Tofu or tofu and veggies for any meat in any of their dishes. I do however wish they would cut their tofu pieces a lot smaller and cook the crispy tofu longer so that it stays crispy. With that said we ordered a few of their tofu dishes and the Chicken lettuce wraps. I had the tofu pad thai. it was too dry not enough sauce so the noodles stuck together. Both this restaurant and the other Thai place in town do this. this is not how pad thai is supposed to be served. Noodles should not stick together in 1 big ball or fall apart because they have been over cooked. My son had the drunken noodles with tofu which he said were not as good as that other Thai place in town, he said they were too sweet. We also ordered the firecracker tofu, which was also more sweet than spicy. The lettuce wraps are however very good, but should be served with chopped nuts on the side. It has been a long time since I have been to any Pei Wei mostly because there havent been any close to me, they have changed a lot since then. I use to really like the and some of the changes they have made I like some not so much. They really need to change some things to improve the flavor of their food. They aren't huge changes, but they do need to change them. Service was good very friendly and quick. If they make those changes this could be a great place to eat. read more

I really enjoyed the PF Changs to go storefront that was in Mansfield for a while. I understand since this Pei Wei has opened with dine in options the other location went away. I used the Yelp app to order General Tso's chicken and crab wontons. When I made it to the store, my order was ready to go. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly! My food was as excellent as I have received at any Pei Wei. If you enjoy this chain you won't be disappointed! read more

We ordered one entree, 2 fried rice, one spring roll and one bowl of wonton soup! With the tip, the total came to 64.21!! I might not have minded, but the wonton soup was not in the order. The food we did receive was lukewarm, and the lettuce wraps had something fatty in the mixture that I hadn't tasted before. When I called to inquire about the soup and all the condiments being left out, the person answering the phone said, "Oh, I guess they forgot them!" I asked if she could tell me who picked up the order, she said she didn't know! I didn't even get an apology for the mixup. I must say, something similar happened several months ago, and I said I wouldn't order again, but decided to give them another chance! I'm done this time, and I'll Never again use Grub-hub! Store staff was efficient & friendly. Items were ready at pick up time as promised. They have "sambel oelek" hot sauce packets (Indonesian hot sauce), which I loved! They also packed some sweet chili sauce packets, very mild chili sauce. Food was delicious. We feast for 6-7 - Korean beef, honey chicken, firecracker chicken, general tso chicken, chicken lettuce wraps, over brown rice & lo mein, & Chinese donuts (bite size). Good-size portions! but if you have more than one big eaters in your party, you may want to have extra food, in case. Our total was $69.68, which was reasonable. I came to lunch with the team to this location. The place was amazingly clean! The service I am not very sure, or maybe caught them at a wrong day... however our order took a bit long to receive, some of us had our plates while others didn't. Took about 30min for the rest of us to receive our food. When asking the cashier about our food. She said "we are taking care of this catering order ,we are backup." Which I completely understand, in my response "I understand that but we are also on a lunch break, and it's been 30min and half of us don't have our order." She simply said ok. (My point is the way she said it made it seem like the catering order was more important than the actual people coming in to dine-in. Again I probably caught them in the wrong day.)But to show no compassion really bothered me. Not even a sorry from what it looked like as the store manager when brining the last plate. And seeing the to go orders being made quickly as that catering order, if I would've known or notified prior to order by the cashier that it will take a while would've saved a lot of us from eating in different times than as a group. I definitely wouldn't mind the wait. But to have half the group with plates and others that order ahead of time didn't have their plate is not ok..... but I would say the food of the last people waiting in our group was HOOOTTTT!! 8/10 on that part ! read more

I had the most amazing experience once I entered the premises the entire team greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. The food is definitely a 5 our of 5. Everthing from the texture the quality and enrichment of the taste was on point. I was thrilled and flabbergasted that the orange chicken that I purchased had actual tangible pieces of orange that gave the plate a great flavor while also made my food look appealing to the naked eye.
