I called Master Tech and Keith said bring it right in. I got there at 8:30 am and they put on lift and pulled off the muffler so I could get to work and bandaged up the exhaust so they could order a new muffler. Keith called mid afternoon and was unable to find a muffler for my Volvo which would have been $650 plus. He welded and fixed it like it was new and the charge was 1/4 the price. He is a family man/people person as I witnessed when he showed me a video of his daughters singing. It was supposed to be a 2-3 day job to repaint the rear bumper. They managed to break the wiring harness on one of the rear taillights when they removed it and it can only be repaired by an Alfa dealership (nearest one is 200 miles/3.5 hours away in Boston). I'm sure it was an accident, but Autobahn completely refused to accept responsibility for causing this additional damage to my car and they lied to/tried to trick my insurance company into paying for the damage they caused that was completely unrelated to the original accident. Autobahn has had my car for over *7 weeks now* for a 3 day job, and told me it's my problem to figure out how to fix the damage THEY CAUSED. The owner refused to give me the name of Autobahn's business insurance carrier when asked and then swore at me and called me names on the phone. This is a shockingly dishonest and unprofessional operation. Don't go here, you've been warned!
