They are quite busy and were up front about the amount of time it would take before they could look at my amp (about 4-6 weeks), but I was not in any hurry, so I left a deposit and my amp. I gave them a call about a month later, they had already taken a look and were sourcing parts for the repair. They called about 1 week later and explained in detail what they had found.
