The cutest beaded summer bag with 2 lemons and bamboo handles caught my attention. Unlike some of the gaudier bags in this style, this particular bag was subtle, with just two lemons on a sand colored, beaded background. it's sophisticated and perfect for an upcoming trip to Italy in the fall, but no way I could wait until them I ripped the tags off in the parking lot and used it that night! My friends, the waitress, and another person at the restaurant complimented it! The bag is unique, stylish, and quite the "find" for $49. The clothing racks were full of many newer spring styles And I spent a lot of time in the dressing room trying on various outfits. So many of them worked, but I had to do a catch and release on a few because I have been buying a lot of clothes lately. I bought a beautiful white boho cropped spring sweater and a pair of wide legged pants, in a fun, beachy print, to go with. Found a two piece set in a light caramel color, perfect to wear in several seasons. The pants are fitted up top, but looser in the legs and paired perfectly with the crocheted knit top in the identical color. This outfit and the purse with lemons are definitely coming on my trip! Also bought a pretty pink athletic jacket and wore it immediately on my walk the next evening. The woman who was managing the dressing room was friendly and super helpful when I needed other sizes. It's such a pain to get dressed and go back out on the floor, so when she offered to bring me a different size, I was so grateful. My only complaint was they had a selection of maxi dresses hung on a low rack so all the bottoms were filthy. I'm not buying anything that is dirty and I'm unsure if it will wash clean. Definitely an area of improvement for the management. They didn't have as many food items as usual, and area I like to peruse for pantry items, but the housewares was completely stocked, as was the bedding and bath area. Lots of fabulous finds! Oh, and I guarded my cart because a friend told me that when she went to use the restroom, her cart went missing and she and the staff never found it. LOL. I Think a worker probably put the items back thinking it was abandoned, but I wasn't taking any chances!

They do have plenty of home goods but not a lot as far as clothes, skincare, cosmetics, shoes. Fragrances are pretty affordable and they receive a great range from moderately priced to designer. I don't know if I will be going back. I would not recommend the restroom. I went in to use it but there were feces smeared all over the top of the toilet seat. I made the staff aware and they started laughing about how it's not even that much feces.

I have very little faith the owner would do anything differently had I purchased the pants at full price. Clothes are cute but very poor customer service and ownership mentality. Do not shop here. Update: If there is a manufacturer issue found after you purchase an item, even at full price, they will do nothing for you. I was blamed for the pants tearing after one wear. I would recommend buying straight from the company's they sell, no additional markup, and better customer service.

I felt like I was in a bad soap opera. I waited to have someone help me or ask if I needed assistance for too long, and got the heck out of there. It felt like I was an inconvenience being there. The clothes were actually cute, I saw many beautiful pieces. The arrogance, unprofessional feeling, the tension in the air.... No thanks. And arguing with a customer, scoffing with the rest of the peanut gallery? Geez! I wonder what they said about me after I left.. The only positive part of my experience: I found the same Dear John flare pants I wanted, online for $92.00, as opposed to the advertised $118.00 at Lily's. You can find them on Zappos or the Dear John website. Overpriced, pretentious, rude, classless.. I'd rather shop back in LA, or online. Word of advice: be kind to customers, or it'll hurt your business. I would have loved to buy from your store, but I'll save the $ and hit Dear John's online shop ;)

They obviously never think to clean their food seating area. Big sign says eat here, but it's so gross. How can they expect anyone to enjoy it? Walking through the door, you are greeted by security guards (that don't offer much "security"...more on that later) and have to go through "gates" to get in the store. I arrived at customer service with one person ahead of me, who had some issues that require one-half hour's worth of conversation. Staff did not call additional help. I finally asked an employee if they could open another register. I kid you not, she said to me, "we don't have enough employees" and sped off. A customer came up to the counter and told a staff member that there was a man in the parking lot who was slumped over his steering wheel with the engine running. She reported it to the "security guard" who told her to go to customer service!! The girl looked at her blankly and went back to helping the other employee. No call to management or 911. She finally overheard us talking and "called someone." And there you have it; the absolute LAST time I will shop in-store at FM. It is just too customer-hostile and dehumanizing. Even Target has started "niceness" training with its employees...like, how to show gratitude for the customers who keep your doors open. Anyway....I'm done.

She then proceeded to walk in on my mom as she was changing once she finally got a room to change in - no knock on the door, no "are you ready", nothing, just opened the fitting room. My mom has recently lost a good deal of weight and was hoping to get spend a good deal of money on new bras and we walked out with nothing and we won't be back. As a former "Bridal Model " very prepared for a new outfit I had no idea the selections would be this easy! I am dying to return to keep shopping and I absolutely love my new bra, dress blouse and pants. While shopping and Lane Bryant Cascade' they all treated me like a real person not a number and reduced the amount of stress while I shopped. That's it! No matter, we're visiting Camas and my planned to window shop. Oh, yeah, I remember! It was cold outside, and being indoors keep you warmer. It's like window-shopping in Arizona, where it's so hot outside and being inside an AC keeps you cooler. I found they have the styles I LOVE to wear. Being a petite, short, well-traveled woman THIS is my store to be! I spotted shoes I'd buy in Spain. I spotted leather jacket, colors I don't own, size I wouldn't buy, but hey! It fits me perfectly when it's zip. It's got pockets, and zippers. I needed this jacket! The staff answered my questions, she helped me. But can you believe it? It's XL. That's a FIRST! Do I look like an EXTRA LARGE? I must be. But, this jacket is MINE! When I got home, and research more on the brand: It turned out, I just purchased the largest leather maker in Europe, and they sell other brands and it is the largest in the world! Woo hoo! We're heading there in March, and I couldn't afford to buy it at Neiman Marcus, but I could in Arktana. I also found out, they have another jacket, similar to my new jacket in the style of FLORI. But, this style, that I bought, I like it so much better. I am so glad we stopped there!
